Inflammation is an adaptive response to injury, but uncontrolled inflammation can lead to tissue damage and disease. Research in our laboratory (since confirmed in different laboratories worldwide) has shown that hydrogen sulfide (H2S) acts as a mediator of inflammation in different disease conditions. Learning about a novel mediator of inflammation results in unique opportunities with which to approach inflammatory diseases. At the same time, the complexity of biological systems and translation of research from the bed to the bedside also presents challenges. This Editorial aims to discuss the opportunities and challenges in relation to the role of H2S in inflammation, and the future prospects for this research.

Cancer chemoprevention refers to the use of agents for the inhibition, delay, or reversal of carcinogenesis before invasion. In the present review, agents examined in the context of cancer chemoprevention are classified in four major categories—hormonal, medications, diet-related agents, and vaccines—and the main representatives of each category are presented. Although there are serious constraints in the documentation of effectiveness of chemopreventive agents, mainly stemming from the long latency of the condition they are addressing and the frequent lack of intermediate biomarkers, there is little disagreement about the role of aspirin, whereas a diet rich in vegetables and fruits appears to convey more protection than individual micronutrients. Among categories of cancer chemopreventive agents, hormonal ones and vaccines might hold more promise for the future. Also, the identification of individuals who would benefit most from chemopreventive interventions on the basis of their genetic profiles could open new prospects for cancer chemoprevention.

With their growing economic power and international influence, the BRICS group of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa are paying increasing attention to international development assistance. Although the BRICS countries started later than western developed countries, the speed of their development is staggering and their share in foreign aid is gradually increasing. The BRICS countries continue to innovate forms of assistance and cooperation in their own international development assistance, to strengthen cooperation with recipient countries, and to plan their own foreign aid work through the establishment of relevant institutions and the publication of relevant documents. But, at the same time, the BRICS countries are facing certain challenges in the process of international development assistance. This article examines the historical practice of BRICS’ international development assistance, analyzes the role BRICS plays in international development assistance, and considers the future prospects for BRICS’ participation.

Current role of grasslands in development of agriculture and rural areas in Poland - an example of mountain voivodships małopolskie and podkarpackie In paper the current situation of agriculture activity in mountain areas in Poland on the example of two mountain voivodships: małopolskie and podkarpackie was presented. Particular the role of permanent grasslands in development of agriculture and rural areas was highlighted. The tools for support of agriculture development in mountain areas i.e. LFA payments, payments for cow and sheep raising were presented. The future prospects of the development of mountain areas in Poland were showed.

Abstract Periodontitis, one of the most common chronic inflammatory diseases, affects the quality of life. Osteogenesis makes an important role of the disease. There is a connection between hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and periodontitis, but according to the study has been published, the precise role of H2S in inflammation remains in doubt. The main reason of the lack of research is that H2S is an endogenous gasotransmitter, difficult to discern through testing. So, we synthesis a novel fluorescence probe which can detective H2S in vitro. By using the novel H2S fluorescence probe, we found that H2S changes in osteoblasts mainly by cystathionine-γ-lyase, and H2S increases under LPS stimulation. H2S could be a potential marker for diagnosis of inflammatory diseases of bone, and might help deeper studies of the changes of H2S level and promote the progression on the researches about pathogenesis of periodontitis.

Objective - In relation to this, this paper is aimed at portraying the elements of hisbah with regard to the contemporaneous atmosphere; namely ombudsman within the ambit of the modern world. Methodology/Technique - In the process of playing its important role of enjoining good and forbidding evil, this system has been evolved in accordance with the surrounding atmosphere wonderfully. It should be emphasized that the fundamental doctrines and principles has been rooted since the period of the Prophet's lifetime. Consequently, this administration system of justice later has been developed luxuriously to be institutionalized, together with own identity and entity during the period of Al-Mawardi (died 450 H). Simultaneously, the fuqaha has played such significant roles by virtue of this remarkably scenario, that is, for the purpose of governing the principles of justice in the society properly. Findings - The institution of hisbah has been acknowledged as one of the main components of Islamic judicial institutions which has a link with various institutions, inter alia, qada', mazalim and also shurtah. Novelty - In addition, it is hoped that; throughout this paper, a better understanding could be gained pertaining to the future prospects of hisbah holistically. Type of Paper: Review Keywords : hisbah; muhtasib; future prospect; justice

This article traces the extraordinary transfer of control over an increasingly broadly defined sphere of living known as “health” to medical institutions and personnel in the U.S.A.—and examines the role of federal policy and secular trends in shaping the future of medical care. Changes in the prevalence and quality of health education in these settings are described in relationship to these organizational structures, and the “leading edges” of health education in medical care are identified.

This chapter reflects on the future prospects for the field of communication for development (c4d) and social change. It begins with an example that illustrates different thinking about poverty worldwide and the role of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in helping to solve the problem: Kiva organization's use of the internet to get people involved in contributing to change in developing countries. It then discusses passing paradigms, shifting discourses, and pragmatic practices in the field of c4d, suggesting that c4d paradigms do not necessarily disappear but are absorbed in practice by institutions and reappear in different policies or practices at different times. It also describes current contexts and challenges facing c4d, along with new ways to approach them. The chapter concludes with five suggestions of how universities and research centers might contribute to reinvigorating the c4d field in the next decade, one of which is how to adapt the paradigm of social entrepreneurship to c4d.

The principal problems associated with the application of immobilized coenzymcdependent enzymes in biotechnology are discussed. Particular emphasis is laid on the problems encountered in the covalent immobilization of the nicotinamide nucleotide oxidoreductases and on the special problems posed by the freely dissociable coenzyme. Thus the influence of the immobilization regime on the specific activity and stability of such enzymes and the techniques available for the immobilization, retention and regeneration of the coenzyme moiety are discussed. The solution of the dual problem of retention and regeneration by co-immobilized enzyme-coenzyme systems and the applications of enzyme-coenzyme systems in industry, medicine and analysis are also given. Finally, this report speculates on the future prospects for enzyme-coenzyme systems in biotechnology, how some of the problems may be resolved and how, in some cases, quasi-biological or non-biological systems may represent useful alternatives.

Role of Saturn is very important in Political career. If Saturn is strongly placed in a birth chart, it promises the native, position of an Emperor, King or Head of the state or country. In the current context, it promises the native to become President, Prime Minister, Chief Minister or Cabinet Minister. Saturn’s influence on humans are contradictory and complex. Saturn, on one side can revitalize the native and catapult him to the status of a Country Head or ruthlessly, ruin and paralyze the native. Position of Saturn individually or in conjunction with planets brings us to a point, which eventually turns around the future prospects of the native. Saturn positioned in the 10th house takes the native to dizzy heights but it does not bring steep fall from power as is generally believed.
