EG, an 11-year-old- Indonesian boy, 30 kg of body weight and 130 em of body length was admitted to the Department of Child Health, Gunung Wenang General Hospital Manado with pyloric diverticulum. The main complaint was sudden frequent hematemesis. The first attack of this symptom developed when he was 9 years old. Physical examination showed only tenderness in the epigastric region. The laboratory findings were normal. The diagnosis was based on the Barium meal X-ray, which showed an additional appearance in the pyloric region (prebulbar). He was treated with conservative treatment and after 10 days of hospitalization, he was discharged in good condition.

On a baby girl of 4 weeks old with the dtagnosts of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis, an extremely rare case in our Hospital, surgical operation was done using the Fredet Ramsted method. The main complaint was frequent vomiting. The diagnosis was based on projectile vomiting, retarded growth, constipation, moderate dehydration and was confirmed by barium meal study. Ten days after the operation, she was discharged in a good condition.

Abstract Many chapters in the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (AMA Guides) provide a range of numbers within four or five impairment classes, and evaluating physicians are required to justify the choice of a class and the impairment rating within the range specified for that class. The process of assigning a class is accomplished by an assessment of the patient's disease process, objective findings, activities of daily living (ADLs), and required continuing medical treatment. A table in the article provides hyperlinks to different scales for measurement of instrumental activities of daily living and ADL; use of these standardized instruments increases the reliability of assessing the impact on ADLs. After describing the patient's ability to perform ADLs, the evaluating physician should ensure that the physical examination and laboratory findings lead to the final diagnosis used for rating. To provide an impairment rating, the evaluator must identify and confirm a physiologic abnormality via physical examination or laboratory or x-ray findings consistent with the diagnosis. Impairment rating must be based on a clearly established diagnosis, not solely on subjective complaints from the patient. As with all impairment evaluations, the rating should be based on a thoughtful evaluation and obtaining the data needed to apply the criteria specified in the AMA Guides.

Forty one infants suffering from diarrhoea hospitalized in the Department of Child Health, Medical School, University of lndonesia/Dr. Tjipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital, Jakarta, from August 15, 1973 to January 15, 1974 were refed with "free lactose milk".The result is as follows :1. From the point of view of increase of body weight:27 (65.8 %) out of 41 cases were excellent.2 ( 4.9 %) out of 41 cases were good.12 (29.3 %) out of 41 cases were poor.2. From the point of view of stopping the diarrhoea :25 (60.9 %) out of 41 cases were excellent.10 (24.5 %) out of 41 was good.6 (14.6 %) out of 41 cases were poor.

Seventeen infants suffering from diarrhoea hospitalized in the Department of Child Health, Medical School University of Indonesia/Dr. Tjipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital from 10 to 31 August 1973 were refed with LLM, Almiron or SGM. LLM gives good to excellent results in refeeding of infants suffering from diarrhoea. Nine out of 17 cases were refed with LLM, where as the other 8 with Almiron or SGM as a control. Result of LLM in stopping diarrhoea was excellent in 5, good in 2, poor in 2 cases. Increase of body weight was excellent in 4 cases, good in none, poor in 5 cases. Results of Almiron or SGM in stopping diarrhoea was excellent in 1 case, good in one, poor in 6 cases. Increase of body weight was excellent in 1 case, good in none, poor in 7 cases. From these results it is recommended to give low lactose milk as refeeding on patients with infantile gastroenteritis.

During 1½ years, from January 1972 until July 1973, 55 P.C.M. children hospitalised in the Department of Child Health, Medical School, University of Indonesia/Dr. Tjipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital, were involved to this study. Self-prepared "Eiwit Melk (E.M.)" containing protein 2.7%, carbohydrate (lactose) 1.4%, fat 2.2% and calories 600, was used. Thirty children were treated with E.M. and 25 children as controlled, i.e. treated with E.M. + lactose 3.4% (E.M.L.). The results of the clinical trial as expressed with the increase of body weight, were excellent in 85.7% and good in 14.3%, whereas the results in the controlled group were excellent in only 9.1%, good in 36.4% and poor in 54.5%. From these excellent results, low lactose milk formula might be recommended in treating children with P.C.M.

In December 2019, China reported cases of infections caused by a new zoonotic coronavirus, which gradually developed into a pandemic. The disease was initially believed to be mild in children. In April 2020, a possible relationship between a new paediatric multisystem inflammatory syndrome and SARS-CoV-2 was found. In May, the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health published the criteria for the diagnosis of this new disease. We present a case of a 6-year-old boy retrospectively diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2-related multisystem inflammatory syndrome based on medical history, physical examination, laboratory and imaging findings, as well as the available literature.

Perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa) is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm characterized by expression of both mela-nocytic and smooth muscle markers. Only 10 primary malignant lung PEComas have been reported up to date. We report a 59-year-old male who presented with a lung neoplasm, found during the routine X-ray examination. Preoperative CT-scan revealed the 3,5-cm-sized mass, located at the border of the upper, middle and lower lobes of the right lung. Patient underwent a thoracotomy, resection of the upper, middle and lower lobes of the right lung accompanied with mediastinal lymphadenectomy. After surgery, chylothorax was revealed. Conservative treatment was unsuccessful, so we performed laparoscopic clipping of the thoracic lymph duct. Patient was dismissed from hospital on the 10-th day after the second operation in good condition. In this report, we intend to increase the limited knowledge relating to natural history and optimal treatment of such a rare condition as a primary malignant lung PEComa.

Parinama Shoola is a disease of Annavaha Srotas (GIT) characterized by pain during digestion of food which tormates the process after every meal time and source of constant discomfort. It is a Pitta Pradhana Tridoshaja Vyadhi. Based on subjective features most of the Ayurvedic scholars considered as peptic ulcer, one of the most common digestive system disease rise due to the faulty diet and habits. Hence in the field of gastroenterology diagnosis and management of shoola plays a vital role. The present era is an era of new inventions and the modern medical science has stuck the mind of all by its day to day developments. It is true that modern medical science has grown up considerably; still it has to face a big question mark in so far as some miserable problems are concerned. The problem selected for this work is one among them. Considering the solemnity and incidence of the disease, the present study was aimed to observe barium meal X-ray findings in clinically diagnosed cases of Parinama Shoola to evaluate objective features for Parinama Shoola. It was observed that among 60 patients of Parinama Shoola, 30% were having deformed duodenal bulb, in 25% duodenal cap is deformed with mucosal erosion and 13.3% had duodenal ulcer found with ulcer crater in upper GI barium meal X-ray.

The inspection system is crucial to ensure the system is always in a good condition. A technique that can be used for inspection system is process tomography. By promising non-destructive approach; various types of process tomography applied in civil, manufacturing and electrical applications. The purpose of this paper is to review the types of process tomography such as ultrasonic tomography, x-ray tomography, optical tomography, electrical resistance tomography, and electrical impedance tomography that had been applied to the inspection system. Variety techniques of inspection based on those sensors briefly discussed in this paper. The result showed that the process tomography expanded tremendously in the inspection system. Finally, a potential future research on the inspection system in the civil application proposed in this paper.
