The object of this research is the professional identity of such students, while the subject is the creativity peculiarities of students majoring in psychology with different status of professional identity. The article provides the results of one of the research stages on the role of creativity in formation of professional identity of psychology students. The sampling involved 155 students majoring in psychology from Novosibirsk State Technical University and Siberian State Transport University. The conducted empirical research reveals the creativity peculiarities of psychology students with different status of professional identity. The authors also assumed that the manifestations of imagery and verbal creativity differ among the students with different status of professional identity. The students with the dominant achieved status of professional identity demonstrate the highest indicators by the parameters of imagery creativity: degree of development and originality (20 circles). For the students with the dominant status of pseudo-identity, the manifestations of imagery and verbal creativity are not typical. Appearing in Russia of the new cluster of support universities changes their activity in the case of connection with different regional communities. In order to research the experience of support universities’ libraries the Omsk state technical university (OmSTU) scientific library had organized and hold the special webinar. In the preparatory stage the great analytical work had been done. The analysis of support universities libraries’ cites had been performed. It allowed to distinguish events, directed on the interaction with the regional audience. Synchronous studying of strategic universities’ documents allowed the analysis of the role of libraries in realization of universities’ development programms. The results of this work and the opinions, formed during the webinar, are described in this article. Authors also offer the decisions for an effective collaboration and experience exchange between the support universities’ libraries. In this paper, visualizations of second-order curves are considered, created in the Digital Learning System (DLS) Nomotex. Engineering and mathematical examples related to these concepts are given. The visualization collection created on the basis of the Nomotex platform is used for training engineers at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Engineering examples help students better understand the essence of mathematical concepts, as well as learn where this section of mathematics is applied. The paper provides mathematical and engineering examples on this topic, in particular, various images of an ellipse and its properties are given, an elliptical reflector is demonstrated. The article discusses the feasibility of using engineering examples for a particular specialty. The paper compares the performance of students using the Nomotex platform and students studying in the traditional way. The authors estimate the time required to create such visualizations. The authors note the expediency of creating a collection of visual mathematics, which would contain similar visualizations for all mathematical concepts. All examples are implemented using Phyton language facilities.

The role of monetary factor in generating inflationary processes in Russia has stimulated various debates in social and scientific circles for a relatively long time. The authors show that identification of the specificity of relationship between money and inflation requires a complex approach based on statistical modeling and involving a wide range of indicators relevant for the price changes in the economy. As a result a model of inflation for Russia implying the decomposition of inflation dynamics into demand-side and supply-side factors is suggested. The main conclusion drawn is that during the recent years the volume of inflationary pressures in the Russian economy has been determined by the deviation of money supply from money demand, rather than by money supply alone. At the same time, monetary factor has a long-run spread over time impact on inflation.

Financial problems which the developed countries are encountered with today result in volatility of Russian stock market, liquidity problems for banks, unstable prices. These factors in total may put longer-term prospects of economic growth in jeopardy. Monetary, foreign exchange and stock market mechanisms become the centerpiece of economic policy approaches which should provide for stable development in the shaky environment.
