Destination competitiveness models reached a development level in which all the characteristics that somehow influence competitiveness were mapped, whereas without identifying which factors are decisive for competitiveness (Crouch, 2011). We used the Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) technique, adopting the domestic and international tourist inflows as criteria variables for identifying which competitiveness dimensions are decisive for Brazilian sun and sand destinations. Our results suggest that Access, Cultural Aspects, Local Economy, and Business Capacity dimensions have a greater influence on destination performance. In addition, the results indicate that it is not necessary to have a high level of development in a large number of dimensions in order to achieve higher performance. Results provide practical guidance for sun and sand destinations management.

This paper concerns a comprehensive study of the Family Law legal terminology and attempts to determine its communicative role and functions in linguistic, sociolinguistic and socio-cultural aspects. Increased contacts between people, societal changes associated with migration processes, and more frequent mixed marriages have led to dynamic socio-cultural values and changes to traditional cultural stereotypes. In this regard, it is interesting to examine and study the marital and family problems in contemporary intercultural space and legal discourse, the sphere that has not been studied yet in terms of comparative analysis in Georgian, English and French languages.

The aim of the survey is to study the employment of graduates of the direction «Construction» IKBFU for the period 2017-2018. The methods of systematic, logical and comparative analysis, the results of the public opinion survey on the employment of the «Construction» direction graduates, the results of the authors 'own research on identifying employers' preferences and the needs of the construction industry in the region, taking into account the development of new technologies in construction, were used. The aspects are shown and the content of the curricula determining the priorities in the training of personnel for the construction industry in the region is disclosed. The indexes of employment of graduates analysed as a criterion of the effectiveness of the activity of an educational institution. It is shown that practical orientation is an integral part of bachelors training, which is a special feature of the personnel training for the construction industry in the Kaliningrad region. The results of graduates employment monitoring are published. Priority profiles of personnel training for the construction industry in the region have been underlined. A comparative analysis could become an important area of results application for fine tuning of territorial labour and employment policy techniques.

Investigations concerning the mutual contacts between Scandinavia and the south-eastern Baltic zone in the Early Migration Period should be combined with careful chronological studies, otherwise it is not possible to point out the source of inspiration and the direction of contacts. A barrier limited such studies still remains the differences in chronological systems used by the researchers from both sides of the Baltic Sea. The author has proposed the synchronisation of Balt-Scandinavian chronology based on the most common phenomenon in Europe in the Early Migration Period, namely the stamp ornamentation. But instead of rather amorphous styles the horizons of certain artefacts decorated in these styles, Samland and Sosdala horizons, have been distinguished and analysed. The author established the relative chronological sequence of individual artefacts within the Sosdala and Samland horizons. There are three phases of each horizon. In absolute dating the beginning of horizons in question could be placed in the 2nd half of the 4lh c., while their ending in mid 5lh c. Basing on such a framework it was possible to establish the sequences of both Scandinavian and Balt artefacts correlated to each other. It was possible to distinguish six phases: phase 0 preceding the appearance of the Samland and Sosdala horizons, phases 1-3 synchronic with these horizons and phases 4—5 succeeding the horizons in question. The above sequence of phases may be fitted within the interregional chronological framework.
