Questionnaire is distributed to 120 middle to top level leaders from the selected government link companies (GLCs) which is listed in the Government Link Transformation Programme (GLTP). A partial least square structural model (PLS-SEM) approach is used to analyses the data for this study. The findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between blue ocean leadership style and emotional intelligence. This study would give practical implications where it could inform leaders that they need to have high emotional intelligence in order to lead the organization. Frequent turnover of employees began from the last century, increased further with the inception of turnover-prone millennial employees and is likely to continue in the future. This study used expectation–confirmation theory and Herzberg’s two-factor theory as the underpinning theory. Its calibrated factors such as transformational leadership, stress reduction, and compensation and rewards that affect employee retention mediating through job embeddedness. A simple random sampling technique was utilized while selecting the respondents from millennial employees in private sectors. For developing the model, Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) was applied for path modelling, measurement models as well as for bootstrapping while testing the hypotheses. The study found that all these factors have got a significant positive relationship as predicted. This study has got numerous contributions, which are beneficial for all stakeholders of private industries. Although the enormous studies have been carried out in the Western context, the problem of frequent millennial turnover remains unresolved both in the West and in non-Western context. Practically, the study will be helpful for all against the frequent turnover and its losses. The paucity of studies on transformational leadership, stress reduction, compensation and rewards, and the retention of millennial employees in a developing country’s context made this research more significant and relevant. The mediating role of job embeddedness was also found to be significant in this relationship. Finally, the study was found to have implications for all stakeholders and future researchers.

This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, zakat institution system and government support in influencing the interest of the government and private officers to pay zakat. This study also aims to determine the extent of muzakki’s knowledge of zakat in improving attitudes, subjective norms, zakat institutional systems and government support in the interest of the government and private officers to pay zakat. Respondents in this study are 402 respondents consisting of 154 government officers and 248 private officers who live in 6 big cities in Java, such as Jakarta, Serang, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta and Surabaya. This research uses the Partial-Least-Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique with the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) model. The finding reveals that attitudes, subjective norms, zakat institutional system, and government support affect the government and private officers' interest in paying zakat. Meanwhile, knowledge as a moderating variable does not strengthen the influence of attitudes, zakat institutional systems and government support. Still, it reinforces the subjective norms of government and private officers in influencing intention to pay zakat. BAZNAS can collaborate with educational institutions, professional institutions, community institutions and utilize social networks to increase public knowledge about zakat. Hence, knowledge about zakat supports subjective norms and attitudes, zakat institutional system, and government support.

Using a web-based online survey approach, a total of 213 employees in the government and private sectors in the Federal Territory of Labuan responded to the self-administered questionnaire via convenience sampling technique. All data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. This study found significant relationships between financial literacy, financial stress, and financial well-being. However, there was no significant correlation between financial behaviour and financial wellbeing. Subsequently, financial stress proved to have no mediating effecton predicting employee’s financial well-being in FT Labuan.

The population in this study is the people who follow the tax amnesty in Surabaya is 58,415 individual taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Surabaya. The sampling technique chosen was judgmental sampling with slovin formula obtained 100 samples. This study was analyzed using partial least square with path analysis model. The results of this study indicate that the benefits of tax amnesty are perceived to affect tax compliance that service quality cannot moderate the relationship between the two. The conclusion in this research is the Taxpayer already feel confident will be abolished taxes that should be owed because they feel watered down and because get tax relief to be more obedient. This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . This study aims to contribute to the understanding of increasing interest in repurchasing the University of Semarang Higher Education services. The variables tested to increase the Repurchase Interest directly are Switching Cost and Perceived Quality. The indirect variable to increase repurchase interest is student satisfaction through Perceived Quality and Service Recovery. The population is all students using USM Higher Education services as many as 25,302 active students, while a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Medelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) program applications, namely smartPLS.3.0. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Hypothesis 1 is rejected, while the other hypotheses are supported. Switching Cost has no significant effect on Repurchase Interest. Perceived Quality and Service Recovery is not directly influential on Repurchase Interest, mediated by Student Satisfaction. Student Satisfaction and Service Recovery have a direct effect on Repurchase Interest.
