The purpose of this study is to examine the tendency to invest and consume among student in North Sulawesi. Phenomenon in North Sulawesi province showed an increase in the number of stock investors dominated by young investors (university students). In making investment decision, they often act in irrational way (herding behavior). In contrast, other phenomena demonstrated a consumptive behavior of those young investors which contradict with investment interests. Populations of this research are 3468 student investors at Indonesia stock Exchange Investment Gallery in the North Sulawesi province. Using accidental sampling, the sample selected is 250 student investors. The analytical technique used is Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). The results showed that investment interest mediate the effect of herding behavior on consumptive behavior. It implies the need to educate student investors on the importance of minimizing the consumptive behavior

The population of this research is investors who invest in investment instruments listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Jakarta area with an unknown population, and the number of samples in this study is 100 investors. Data analysis in this study used an alternative method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Wrap PLS 5.0 data processing tools. The findings of this study is herding has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions by investors in the Jakarta area. Overconfidence has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions by investors in the Jakarta area. This means that the increasing herding and overconfidence of investors can drive the investor’s decisions making in the Jakarta area.

This study aims to determine the effect of product excellence and brand trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 144 respondents, who are the retail customers of non-subsidized urea fertilizer of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda in the North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results find that brand trust significantly influences customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, but product excellence does not significantly influence customer satisfaction and Retail customer loyalty of non-subsidized urea fertilizer of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda in North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, customer satisfaction mediates the influence of brand trust on retail customer satisfaction of non-subsidized urea fertilizer of  PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda in the North Aceh Regency. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the leaders of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda to increase customer loyalty, it is necessary to pay attention to the efforts for growing and increasing brand trust in customers by creating positive perceptions of costumers about the benefits that can be given by the products/brands so that they are confident in using non-subsidized urea fertilizer of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda in North Aceh Regency Keywords:             product excellence, brand trust, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

This research was conducted on finance companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2013-2017. The sample is determined by purposive sampling 48  finance companies are obtained. Technique of collecting data is done by documentation technique obtained through IDX official website: www.idx.co.id. Data analysis used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software ver 3.2.7. The result of the research shows that (1) the intellectual capital positive effect on the firm value (2) the intellectual capital does no effect the firm value through profitability

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of environmental training on the relationship between environmental strategic planning and personnel controls in radical environmental innovation. To collect the data, we designed a questionnaire for companies in the Brazil Stock Exchange (B3-Brazil, Bolsa, and Balcão). Data from 150 companies were analyzed using structural equation modeling and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (FsQCA). The results show that environmental strategic planning and personnel controls affect radical environmental innovation. The findings also show that environmental training impacts the relationship between environmental strategic planning and personnel controls in radical environmental innovation. The asymmetric approach reinforces this evidence and suggests that environmental training is a central element that leads to high radical environmental innovation. The study contributes to the literature by showing that environmental training assists in the management of radical environmental innovation by aligning individual and organizational objectives.

This study aims to extend causal relationship between the liquidity and the profitability with growth of stock price trough out to fill a gap research by the dividend paid out as mediated variable. This study conducted at the banking sector listed in Indonesia stock exchange period from 2011 until 2014. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by Amos Software 21.00 was used to analyze the data, and the result shows high goodness of fit while the simultaneous and individual tests generate significant result except the direct influence of liquidity toward growth of stock price. The results of this study shows that; (1) the ratio of liquidity does not affect to the growth of stock price, (2) The ratio of liquidity has positive effect and significantly to dividend paid out, (3). The profitability ratio has positive effect and significantly to the growth of stock price, (4). The ratio of profitability has positive effect and significantly to dividend paid out, (5). The dividend paid out has positive effect and significantly to growth of stock price, so we may conclude that the result evidently shows the dividend paid out was able to mediate the influence of liquidity and profitability toward growth of stock price.

In this digital era, smartphones are considered a primary need in everyday life. A person's behavior that reflects the dependence on smartphones is when most of their activities were spent using a smartphone. This study aims to analyze the relationship among variables convenience,  social influence, and social need towards the dependence on smartphones. Then, this study analyzed the relationship of dependence on smartphones towards repurchase intention. Respondents of this study were undergraduate students in Yogyakarta who are using smartphones for their daily activities. The analytical technique used in this study was structural equation modeling using LISREL 10.1 software. This study proposed four hypotheses then the result showed that all hypotheses were accepted.

This study investigates the Determinants of profitability and firm values in the Manufacturing Sector of Firms in Indonesia. A total of 55 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were used as samples. Observation data is used from 2014 to 2016. The Structural Equation Modeling Test using analysis of moment structures ver. 22 provides evidence that Investment decisions has a positive and significant effect on profitability but not for firm values. Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability but not for firm values. Company's growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability and firm values and then the last causality is Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm values
