<p>This study is aimed at developing the model of organizational effectiveness in university through social capital and competitive advantage. The populations of this study are the head of study programs and the structural officials in some Universities in Semarang. In this case, We used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in AMOS 21.0 program as the analysis tool. The result of the study and model analysis showed that even though the social capital had significant positive influenced to the competitive advantage in the university, the improvement of social capital and competitive advantage at university could not improve the university organizational effectiveness. Then, between two factors which influenced the competitive advantage (internal social capital and external social capital), it is obtained that external social capital got the dominant influenced factor to competitive advantage. The managerial implication suggested the policies should focus on improving the quality of cooperative relationships with external parties in the university. </p><p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun model efektifitas organisasi pada perguruan tinggi melalui modal sosial dan keunggulan bersaing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua program studi maupun pejabat struktural pada perguruan tinggi di Semarang. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) pada program AMOS 21.0.Hasil pengujian dan analisis model menunjukkan bahwa pada meskipun modal sosial memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keunggulan berasingn pada perguruan tinggi namun peningkatan modal sosial dan keunggulan kompetitif pada perguruan tinggi belum mampu meningkatkan efektifitas organidsasi perguruan tinggi tersebut. Selanjutnya diantara kedua faktor yang mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing (internal social capitaldan external social capital), didapatkan bahwa external social capital merupakan faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat disarankan oleh penelitian ini adalah kebijakan yang menitikberatkan pada peningkatan kulitas hubungan kerjasama dengan pihak eksternal pada perguruan tinggi.</p><p>JEL Classification: L, L2, L20</p>

This study aimed to find out the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, innovation and marketing capabilities on competitive advantage. The research population comprised Fish Processing Business in Semarang City. The sample was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The sample was 100 companies. The data were collected by a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using AMOS 24.0 analysis tool. The test results using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques indicate that the model is in accordance with population data. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurship oriented , innovation and marketing capabilities had a significant positive effect on competitive advantage. Used by analyzer for example validity test, test reliabilitas, and hipotesis test use modelling equation structural (SEM).

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on competitive advantage; determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on performance and determine the effect of competitive advantage on performance. The data collection method was obtained by using a questionnaire on MSME actors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and collected 204 respondents. The data analysis tool uses the AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results show that there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientations and learning orientation on competitive advantage, there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage on performance. However, there is no effect between learning orientation on performance

<p>Efficient management and leadership can be achieved via precise planning for selection, recruitment, and optimization of the labor force. One of the major goals in labor force selection and recruitment is the fit between people and an organization. This phenomenon is known as person-individual fit. In this research, the authors collected data via a survey aimed at exploring the relationship between person-individual fit and organizational effectiveness at the University of Isfahan. The research hypotheses were tested through variables such as environmental congruence, KSA (knowledge/skills/abilities) congruence, goals congruence, values congruence, and personality congruence, as dimensions of person-individual fit. The aim of this study is developing and practical and from the procedure implemented is introducing-analyzing. The sample studied in this study is the mangers and employers of the university in Isfahan. A stratified random sampling method was used based the Morgan table and a sample size of 120 was chosen from among 150 persons. The results revealed that there is a significant relationship between dimensions of person-individual fit and organizational effectiveness.</p>

ABSTRACT This study influence of tax evasion and the interaction with the tax authorities on the tax compliance of taxpayers. The population in this study is the individual taxpayer (WPOP) in Bogor district. Sampling was done by the method of proportional sampling. The number of samples is determined 200. Primary data collection method used was by questionnaire (questioner). Data analysis tool used in this study is SEM with Lisrel 8:54. Results show that, the factors that significantly affect tax evasion on Tax compliance, interaction with the tax authorities Taxpayer significant effect on Tax compliance. Factors tax authorities of tax evasion and interaction with taxpayers collectively significant effect on tax compliance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor penggelapan pajak dan interaksi fiskus dengan wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi (WPOP) yang ada di kabupaten Bogor. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional sampling. Jumlah sampel ditentukan 200 orang. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang dipakai adalah dengan metode kuesioner. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation modeling dengan Lisrel 8.54. Hasil analis menunjukkan faktor penggelapan pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak, interkasi fiskus dengan wajib pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak. This study examines the problems of the success of culinary businesses that have not been done much, especially during this covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of business competence, financial governance and competitive advantage on the success of culinary businesses in Jakarta. To achieve the success of the culinary business, a competitive advantage strategy is needed by increasing the competence of business actors and financial governance. The object of this research is culinary business in 10 culinary center locations in DKI Jakarta with a selected population of 1,216 culinary entrepreneurs and a total sample of 257 respondents. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Lisrel 8.80 . program. The results of this study prove firstly that the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of business competence and financial governance together on the competitive advantage of culinary businesses is 82%, while the remaining 18% is the influence of other variables. While the second is that the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of business competence, financial governance and competitive advantage together on business success is 86%, while the remaining 14% is the magnitude of the influence of other variables. The most dominant variable influencing business success is the competitive advantage variable variabel.

The assessment of the university and family social environments is relevant due to the influence during the individual's formative years, effecting the individual's development, career and occupational preferences. In an attempt to deepen the understanding of social capital, the authors proposed an examination of its dimensionality. Hypotheses were formulated building upon three dimensions—cognitive, structural, and relational—embedded in both contexts as determinants of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and intention. Implications are discussed promoting an appropriate social capital dimension and favorable environment for individuals to access information, resources, and support, with the purpose to foster and motivate their entrepreneurial spirit. Structural equation modeling was used considering 399 undergraduate students from universities in Mexico and Spain.

The aim of this study is to understand the influence of the service quality for the student satisfaction and loyalty. To keep compete on the path, IOB should maintain the good service quality to its students, in order to gain the loyalty from its students. Therefore, with the good quality services, IOB could stand on the competition.           Respondent of this study are the active IOB students, with age minimum 17 years old and maximum 35 years old. The total respondent for this study is 104 respondents, using the purposive sampling technique, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the data analysis tool. The result of this study showed that the hypothesis put forward entirely acceptable: 1) service quality has positive and significant impact on student satisfaction, 2) service quality has positive and significant impact on student loyalty, 3) student satisfaction has positive and significant impact on student loyalty. Managerial implication from this study is the management of IOB should have regular evaluation for its service quality, and also perform correction and improvement to reduce students complains, in order to increase the student satisfaction and loyalty.

Community empowerment is a form of development which directly involves the community. In community empowerment program, the position of the community is as program consumer but as program producer instead. Community empowerment aims to achieve community independence and welfare. Zakat is a subsystem which can support community empowerment program. It’s consistent with the objective of zakat, which is material and spiritual wellbeing. To encourage the success of the program, there should be support from various parties, including companion and social capital supports.The purpose of the present study was determining the direct effects of companion and social capital on participant of zakat recipient and its impact of economic performance of zakat-receiving micro businessman. The present study used primary data by involving 72 zakat-receiving micro businesspeople (mustahik businesspeople) in Wonosari Sub-district, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research instrument was questionnaire with likert-5 scale which has high reliability and validity based on Cronbah Alpha and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin values. The empirical model was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The result of hypothesis test shows that companion and social capital affected the participation of zakat recipient, and the participation of zakat recipient affected the economic performance of zakat-receiving micro businessman.
