Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population. In the context of Indonesian’s, Muslims constitute a very large market share for marketing products, especially Islamic products. One of the products based on Islamic values is Islamic Bank. In Indonesia, Bank Muamalat is the first bank in existence. With such a large Muslim population, on the other hand, Islamic banks do not hold market share in the national banking industry. Islamic banks lag behind other conventional banks. Therefore, a strategy is needed to increase that market share. Islamic marketing is a strategy that can be used to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty at Bank Muamalat Indonesia.This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were 120 people. The Machin and Campbell formula is used to determine the number of respondents. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the effect of Islamic marketing on customer satisfaction; (2) to determine the effect of Islamic marketing on customer loyalty; (3) To determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.The results of this study are (1) Islamic marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Islamic marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty; and (3) Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. So that Bank Muamalat in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty needs to improve the existing indicators in Islamic Marketing

The objectives of this research were to find the influence of murabahah, rahn financing product superiority and the application of Islamic values ​​with quality of service to customer satisfaction in Islamic banks (PT BPR Syariah Lantabur Tebuireng Cabang Gresik). The approach of this research was quantitative using primary data. The sample in this research were customers of PT BPR Syariah Lantabur Tebuireng Cabang Gresik. With the sampling technique using non-probability sampling, so the authors get a total sample of 75 respondents. Analysis of the data in this research using Smart PLS 2.0 analysis tools. The results showed that Murabahah Financing a significant positive effect on Service Quality. Rahn had a significant positive effect on service quality. Islamic values ​​had a positive and not significant effect on service quality. Service Quality had a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Murabahah Financing had no significant negative effect on Customer Satisfaction. Rahn had a significant positive significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Islamic values ​​had an insignificant negative effect on customer satisfaction. From the results of the path test, intervening variables it was service quality proven to be able to mediate the relationship between, Murabahah Financing, Rahn and Islamic Values ​​on customer satisfaction of PT BPR Syariah Lantabur Tebuireng Cabang Gresik. This study aims to examine the effect of personal selling, direct selling, and Islamic values on customer loyalty at BPRS Sukowati Sragen with customer satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The number of samples taken in this study was 100 respondents as a sample using the random sampling technique. The tool used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed personal selling did not affect loyalty. Direct selling had a positive effect on customer loyalty, while Islamic values had no effect on customer loyalty and satisfaction had a positive effect on customer loyalty at BPRS Sukowati Sragen. Satisfaction does not mediate the influence of Islamic values on loyalty, but it is able to mediate personal selling and direct selling on loyalty.

This study examines on how significant the contribution of the critical factors of learning in Islamic schools is which is cover to leadership, teachers’ competencies, infrastructures, and culture of the Islamic schools on learning quality and their impact on Private Senior High Islamic school students’ satisfaction in Yogyakarta. This study implements a quantitative approach with a method of survey. The object study is Private Senior High Islamic school teachers in Yogyakarta with inclusion criteria of non-Civil Servant and has not qualified for teacher’s certification. The questionnaire is implemented in the data collection and analyzed with path correlation). The results of the study show that transformational leadership model becomes a key factor in the development of Islamic schools. Mastery of four teachers’ competencies—pedagogy, professional, social, and personality—through various training have become key for the learning quality of the Islamic schools. Adequate Infrastructures, Islamic values-based of Islamic schools ‘culture, and focusing their orientation on quality achievement and customer satisfaction have become the deciding factor for Islamic schools’ service quality. Keywords: Leadership, Teachers’ Competencies, Learning Quality, Customer Satisfaction Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kontribusi faktor-faktor kunci pembelajaran madrasah yang meliputi kepemimpinan, kompetensi guru, sarana prasarana, dan budaya madrasah terhadap mutu pembelajaran dan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan siswa Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Obyek penelitian ini adalah guru dari Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di kota Yogyakarta dengan kriteria bukan PNS dan belum lulus sertifikasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan multipel analisis (korelasi-path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi faktor kunci dalam pengembangan madrasah. Penguasaan terhadap empat kompetensi guru—pedagogi, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian—melalui berbagai pelatihan menjadi kunci mutu pembelajaran madrasah. Sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, budaya madrasah yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai Islami, dan fokus serta orientasi pada pencapaian mutu dan kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor penentu kualitas layanan madrasah. The problématique of governing diversity has attracted a great deal of scholarly attention but literature has largely overlooked the challenges appertaining to growing religious diversity in many places. The contemporary power sharing models and multicultural policies which are of a secular nature fall short of the expectations to foster peaceful coexistence in multi-religious societies. The primary concern of this paper is to manifest how religion can help us to lessen faith based violence. It is argued that religious traditions may offer valuable insights to design more inclusive governance. In this backdrop, the current paper evaluates the Islamic values of religious accommodation to gauge how helpful they are for designing inclusive policies in religiously diverse societies. The analysis illustrates that Islamic doctrine contemplates the politics of accommodation and forbearance. The pluralistic approach of Islam offered religious autonomy to non-Muslims in the state of Madinah. The ‘millet system’ established by the Ottoman Empire is widely admired for granting non-territorial autonomy in the matters related to religion, culture, and personal laws to non-Muslims. This display of an Islamic pluralistic approach at different junctures of Muslim history attests the capacity of the Islamic values of accommodation to nurture peaceful coexistence in modern societies. However, it requires a more unbiased and rigorous analysis to convince the global audience in this regard.
