All learning in mathematics can and should be enjoyable. If you, as a teacher, believe in this premise, and act on it, your tudents will more likely enjoy their classroom experiences and acquire knowledge and skills at the same time. Modern methods of teaching mathematics require the use of a wide range of teaching materials. Other things being equal, the greater the use of effective aids, the greater will be the pupils' grasp of abstract ideas and the greater their motivation to learn. With these things in mind, Mortimer Mathematics was devised as a teaching aid for mathematics in a kindergarten classroom.

The development of appropriate teaching materials not only needs to be adjusted to the latest curriculum but also to the needs of the parties involved in learning. One of the parties involved is the learner. The needs of learners in the learning process must be known in order to develop appropriate teaching materials. This study is intended to map the needs of learners in the Seminar on ELT class as a first step to develop appropriate teaching materials by considering the different characteristics of students through the perspective of their epistemological beliefs. The participants involved in this study were 102 students who had attended the Seminar on ELT class. The result showed that majority of Seminar on ELT students (95%) are having sophisticated epistemic beliefs which we can describe them as the students that believe the knowledge is always changing or tentative, learning can be done individually by everyone, their knowledge of English did not come from authority, but through reason or logic experiences. They also believe that everyone can learn English from the beginning, no matter what age, or even their background. They agree on process-oriented learning. They also tend to have high motivation to learn English regardless of whether the motivation is extrinsic or intrinsic motivation. With this finding, we can finally understand the characteristics of the Seminar on ELT students as an initial step to develop an appropriate course material. Keywords: Epistemic Beliefs, Needs Analysis, Course Material Development, ELT

The research aims to find out the problem of Learning based on Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) for high school / MA students in biological materials in the COVID-19 era. This research is qualitative research with a fenomenology approach. Data collection techniques in research are observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The technique of ensuring the validity of data is triangulation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study can be concluded that SMA Negeri 12 Kerinci students have difficulty in understanding the concepts and learning materials and teachers has difficulty in practicing and evaluating learning outcomes, SMA Negeri 4 Kerinci students lack motivation and participation in learning and teachers have difficulty in making teaching materials, and MAS Koto Rendah students often experience internet network disruptions, students are less active in learning, and students have low motivation to learn virtually and teachers have difficulty in making teaching materials and explaining materials.

Abstract. The lack of motivation and student engagement in the learning process are the Challenges in education today. E-learning is one of the methods used to resolve these issues. The E-learning, the digital based learning media, enable students to study every where and every time. Basically the e-learning is only used for repository of teaching materials and for evaluation. This kind of e-learning cannot motivate  the learning process. The development of e-learning must be done in order to increase the motivation to learn. The proposed solution extends the e-learning application with the Gamification approach. Gamification is adopted mechanism of the game in non game context. Typically, gamification is used in the business world. The Leaderboard, Challenges, and reward are components that are used to stimulate products sales by marketing. The reward will be given to the top rank salesman on the Leaderboard. This interesting concept can be applied to e-learning to stimulate the learning motivation

Learning media plays an important role in learning Arabic. Learning media is not only good for children’s students, but also for adult students. The learning media used to convey the contents of teaching materials consisting of books, tape recorders, tapes, video cameras, video recorders, films, photos, pictures, graphics, television and computers are components of learning resources that contain teaching materials that can stimulate a person to learn. . The use of audio media in Arabic learning is very important in the material الاستماع, the teacher who delivers material using audio media will make it easier for students to hear every vocabulary that is pronounced correctly. The use of visual media can increase students ‹interest in writing (الأنشاء) by relying on students› imaginations. Furthermore, through audio-visual media, students can get new experiences that directly touch the motivation to learn Arabic, audiovisual media in Arabic is also known as al-wasa›il al-sam›iyyah wa al-basariyyah (وسائل السمعية والبصرية). This type of research is library research (Library Research). This research is qualitative in nature because the object of research is in the form of learning media which is explained with descriptions of words so that it can be understood easily. Learning media are used in order to improve or enhance the quality of the teaching and learning process. With this media, it is hoped that the learning atmosphere will not be boring and become more interesting so that it can foster student interest in learning Arabic lessons and more importantly the achievement of the objectives of teaching and learning activities and the curriculum.

Teaching materials are developed based on the characteristics of students, so that the specified competencies can be achieved. In general, students' problem solving abilities are still very low, students have not been able to understand the problem, so it is constrained in determining the mathematical problem solving model. This study aims to describe the validity, effectiveness, and response of students to Problem Based Learning-based teaching materials that are problem-solving skills developed. This research is a development research using ADDIE models namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects in this study were 23 students of Meureubo High School 1 in class Mia2 as many as 23 students. The research instruments were validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and tests. From the results of the trials, in the first and second trials obtained teaching materials based on Problem Based Learning that were developed effectively in terms of 70% of students taking the test of problem solving skills obtained a minimum score of 75 and achievement of learning completeness 75% problem solving ability tests and positive responses for Problem Based Learning based teaching materials for problem solving abilities developed.

The technology of blended learning is one of the modern trends in education both in the world and in Russia. The article explores the various possibilities of blended learning technology. As a means of implementing online learning, it is proposed to use LMS Moodle, which is widely used among educational organizations. The categorization of the main elements of Moodle from the perspective of the organization of pedagogical control, forms of presentation of teaching materials is presented. Examples of the use of basic resources and elements of Moodle in the educational process are given. The interactive properties of individual elements those allow you to more effectively implement online learning in blended learning technology are revealed. An approach is proposed to understand the essence of blended learning technology as a technology that allows to activate a student’s activities in the framework of full-time education by using online training and transferring (from full-time education) those activities that students are able to implement in the absence of a teacher.
