ABSTRACT It is particularly important to improve the quality of physical education curriculum and the overall health level of college students. It is difficult to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the original evaluation method of students' physical health level. Therefore, this study combined the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and physical fitness training mode to build a university physical health evaluation model. Taking X University as the experimental background, 20 students of different majors in grade 2019 were selected as experimental objects. One group (10 students) adopted the original physical education curriculum mode, and the other group (10 students) integrated physical fitness training into the physical education curriculum. Using the established health evaluation model, the evaluation scores of physical health level of two groups of college students before and after the experiment were comprehensively analyzed. The results showed that the overall score of group A students' physical health level increased; the rising rate was 2.87%. However, there was no significant change in the scores of physical health assessment of group B students. The results show that physical fitness training into the public physical education curriculum can effectively help improve the overall health level of students, and also shows that the introduction of AHP into the evaluation of College Students' physical health level can improve the comprehensiveness of health level analysis. It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for physical education teaching in Colleges and universities, so as to improve the overall teaching level of colleges and universities.

ABSTRACT The construction of public sports does not only improve the sports performance of college students, but also improves the health level of students. At present, the achievements of public sports construction in colleges and universities are not good, and the reasons for hindering the improvement of students’ physical health are more complex. In order to explore the problems existing in the construction of public sports in colleges and universities, this study used literature survey, the Delphi method, questionnaire survey and factor analysis to analyze the health impact mechanism of college students, and carried out intervention research according to analysis results. Factor analysis was used to extract the students’ factors, school factors, parents’ factors and social factors from the 30 influencing factors in the questionnaire and, through empirical analysis, it summed up the students’ health influence mechanism, such as learning pressure, physical education curriculum, family health attention and so on. In view of the main influencing factors, the targeted intervention, including improving the students’ and parents’ awareness of physical exercise and enhancing the load of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities is designed. Before and after the intervention, students’ sprint and long-distance running tests show that students’ physical fitness has been significantly improved, and the intervention results show that targeted intervention can promote the healthy development of college students. It is expected that this study can strengthen the level of public sports construction in colleges and universities, so as to improve students’ physical quality.

ABSTRACT In recent years, China has paid more and more attention to students’ physical health, but it is difficult for schools to provide scientific guarantee for students’ physical health evaluation. How to use scientific algorithm for accurate guidance has become the current hotspot. Based on this, this paper studies the evaluation model of students’ physical health based on the integration of home and school sports. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research status of physical health evaluation at home and outside, then optimizes and improves the deficiencies in the integration of home and school sports in the current research hotspot, then applies SVM algorithm to the physical health evaluation model. Finally, the experimental results show that the SVM algorithm can objectively evaluate the integration of home and school sports, and can optimize the evaluation strategy according to the differences of students in the process of physical exercise, and the accuracy of physical health evaluation can reach more than 97%.

The teaching reform of “Triple independent” in college physical education has been implemented in Colleges and universities all over the country since 2003. The serious problems of “students' physical health level is still the obvious short board of students' quality,” 1 “poor eyesight and physical health level are still the short board of students' quality” have not been overcome and solved. 2 It is of great significance to study the birth and development mechanism of students' short physical health level for enhancing students' physical fitness and promoting the healthy development of teenagers. According to the idea that the connection between causes and results is the connection between things or phenomena, the retrospective perspective based on the “Triple independent” teaching mode of sports and the experience and practice beyond “point” and “level” are adopted. Based on the characteristics of “Triple independent” teaching mode and the problems existing in the implementation of “Triple independent” teaching mode and the countermeasures to solve the problems, two explanatory variables of “Triple independent” freedom and project diversity of students are extracted. Through the analysis of the two explanatory variables caused by the qualitative comparative analysis method, it is concluded that the main position of “Triple independent” of students is the effective condition configuration that causes the short board of students' physical health level. The results show that the contradiction between the students' independent choice of curriculum content and the setting of sports events, the contradiction between the students' independent choice of teachers and PE teachers are the main contradiction of the “Triple independent” Teaching mode and the root of the defect of the “Triple independent” Teaching mode. The crux of the teaching reform of “Triple independent” lies in the understanding and interpretation of the subject status of students' Triple independent. The teaching mode of “Triple independent” in physical education is to teach students in the main position of “Triple independent”. The virtual teaching objectives and the lack of depth in teaching are the reasons for the short physical health level of students. The teaching reform of “Triple independent” in Physical Education in Colleges and universities, whose form is greater than content, is the reform of teaching methods, not the reform of teaching content.

ABSTRACT Introduction: The main reason for the decline in college students’ physical fitness and health is the lack of physical exercise, the emphasis on study and the neglect of physical exercise, and the lowering of the physical fitness requirements of college students. Objective: The paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of college students’ physical fitness and proposes that the school party committee issues policy-based health intervention measures, encourages school physical education teachers to participate in students’ after-school physical exercises, and extensively develops school mass sports activities. Methods: The paper uses a literature method, questionnaire survey, comprehensive evaluation method, etc., to analyze the internal and external factors of college students’ physical decline. Results: Through the practice density test of students in physical education teaching, it is learned that physical education in the first grade can fully develop students’ physical fitness, and the practice density of each class reaches 60%. The practice density of the second-grade optional courses is about 20%, and it cannot achieve the purpose of effective physical exercise. Conclusions: The current teaching content and teaching methods of physical education classes cannot effectively complete physical education tasks. It is necessary to adjust the teaching content further and improve the teaching methods. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment results.
