The article focuses on the issue of introduction of AI technology into the modern journalism. The topic proves to be of relevant importance as both mass media and press services reveal their direct dependence on the technological development level of the human society. It means that any new relevant technology can change the whole system. The objective of the article is to research the issue of Artificial Intelligence introduction into the modern journalism. The authors consider the history of the “smart machines” creation. Furthermore, they describe the current situation in the sphere of journalism, bring some specific examples of the existing and the projected systems and highlight the areas of possible practical application and the development prospects. They also obtain information on the main principles of the operation, the algorithms, the goals and the capabilities of the machines. In addition, the authors consider the advantages and the risks of this state-of-the-art technology, analyze the cultural and the psychological aspects of its mass introduction, make predictions concerning the prospects for the further development of this sphere, consider different scenarios of its development and identify the challenges and the advantages for the profession of a journalist. In conclusion, the authors state that despite the fact that AI in journalism is a mass phenomenon, all the projects of the introduction of Artificial Intelligence are not currently posing a direct threat to the profession. However, the fact that the mass media of different countries are starting to actively apply AI in journalism, emphasizes the relevance and the importance of further research in this sphere.

The paper reviews the milestones and prerequisites in the history of the emergence and development of xenotransplantation. The currently existing barriers (immunological, infectious, genetic, ethical, and regulatory) to the development of this organ and tissue transplantation type have been studied. Available data on theoretical research and experimental studies have been reviewed. The prospects for performing xenotransplantation in various combination of species have been assessed. The forms and variants of the xenograft rejection reaction have been described. Genetic engineering approaches to overcoming xenoimmunological incompatibility are described. An assessment is made of ways to overcome existing barriers and prospects for the further development of xenotransplantation as a scientific section of transplantology.

The profound changes that accompany the history of mankind appear to be largely dependent on the unstoppable strength of knowledge and innovation. Robotics and artificial intelligences bring about profound changes in production and service delivery patterns (with automated and interconnected productions), in the rethinking of the man-machine and machine-machine relationship (so-called industry 4.0), in work organisation and even in domestic life and everyday life , according to whom “the fourth industrial revolution can act in two directions: an impact on the manufacturing world because the production of goods and services thanks to robots, artificial intelligence, communication technologies, the cloud can be completely reformed and modified and the transformation of society because the entry of robots 4.0 will take place in our midst. In re – thinking and designing the regulatory models of robotic lex, fiscal discipline, although too often towed with civil and commercial, can and must play a decisive role both in the promotion and dissemination of new models of production and social organization and in the taxation of new forms of wealth, also in the form of savings in expenditure, which the diffusion of new enabling technologies and that of data storage and circulation tools (big data) generate, speeding up transactions and expanding how the information is used. The aim of the article is an attempt to assess the application of robot taxes and web taxation taking into account specific nature of the subject of taxation. The author tries to present the possible development of the fiscal instrument in the light of technological development.

The rapid industrial and technological development of the last years has transformed the human society to its current form of knowledge and globalization. As a result, the formal education is nowadays faced with the big challenge of preparing students for a new way of life in the forthcoming fourth industrial revolution. This new revolution could be characterized as the era of the internet of things and energy and of the cyber-physical systems. The present chapter focuses on the role that computers and artificial intelligence could play in future education and the risks hiding behind this perspective. It is concluded that it is rather impossible that computers and the other “clever” machines of artificial intelligence will reach to the point of replacing teachers for educating students in future, because all these devices have been created and programmed by humans and therefore it is logical to accept that they will never succeed to reach the quality of human reasoning. However, it is certain that the role of the teacher will be dramatically changed in the future classrooms.

The development of artificial intelligence is accompanied by the progress of human society. Purpose of the article is to using artificial intelligence in coordination of physical education teaching in middle and higher schools to solve the problems of traditional physical education models and improve modern physical education of overall operating efficiency. In this paper, the research methods of artificial intelligence are applied to physical education teaching. In order to understand the advantages and application methods of artificial intelligence, the application prospect and development trend of artificial intelligence in modern physical education technology are further explored. And the experiment is studied by the conventional research method, taking 400 students in 11 colleges and universities as the research object, and using decision tree algorithm to analyze the overall, systematic and development perspective. A comprehensive and in-depth study of influencing factors of practical teaching of public physical education. The result shown that for the use of public ROTOWIRE data, the practical application proposed in this article can significantly increase the actual attention of physical education and teaching to 90%, while increasing the participation of 70% of students.

Neurotechnology is one of the groups of technologies called disruptive or cross-cutting digital technologies. The spread of these technologies in many sectors of the economy can radically change human society. The state contributes to the development of technology when it implements strategic development programs and creates special legislation. The lack of regulation is an obstacle to the development and dissemination of this technology in practice. Therefore, the regulation of artificial intelligence technologies is actively created in the modern world. The law practically does not regulate other cross-cutting technologies, including neurotechnologies. The uncertainty of the further development of technologies and the impossibility of accurate forecasting of development explain the lack of regulation. At the same time, neurotechnologies are increasingly used in practice (neural implants, neural interfaces). According to experts, the pace of development of neurotechnologies in the next decade will lead to an explosive increase in their distribution in society. The subject of research in this article is the study of the need for the creation of special regulation. The objectives of the study include the analysis of risks associated with the development of neurotechnologies and the substantiation of opportunities to eliminate risks through legal regulation. Methods of system analysis, abstraction, legal modelling, the formal-logical method and the comparativelegal method are used in this study. The result of the work includes a greater likelihood of the future integration of the human body and artificial intelligence into a single system due to the development of neurotechnologies, which will require a rethinking of some personal and socio-economic human rights.
