College language courses in China should focus on the combination of carrying forward the excellent Chinese traditional culture and learning from foreign cultural achievements to guide students to see some aspect of the world in a world-wide sight. This paper advocates setting the curriculum which combines the introduction of the Western literary canons and the Chinese literary classics together. The purpose of this teaching model is to enhance the college students’ humanistic qualities with the new teaching philosophy, new curriculum, teaching content, and teaching methods.

As a teaching model, "project-based teaching" method in the teaching of programming language courses has a very important & practical significance. Especially for higher vocational colleges students to develop practical skills is a top priority, "project-based teaching" can do this. In this paper, C51 programming and development based on micro-controller theory and application has illustrated the principles of project teaching means and strategies for project selection, and made a selection of teaching content to be highlighted based on real objects of material and social needs for the purpose of the base principles. In additional, projects being well selected for teaching methods can greatly raise their overall professional and practical abilities and also as possible as develop the potential and foster creativity.

For the needs of engineering talent for the social and its own teaching conditions of Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University, the electronic basic courses have made effective reform and exploration in practice of teaching philosophy, teaching content, teaching methods and so on. A new curriculum system of multi-platform and multi-level instruction and a new teaching model based on the theory of scaffolding Instruction were constructed. EDA simulation software was also introduced in the theoretical teaching. These efforts greatly improve teaching quality and enhance students' comprehensive quality.

According to the second state program on the development and functioning of languages until 2020, Kazakhstan concentrates on consolidating the Kazakh language as the state language, where Russian, English or others are foreign languages. New educational programs of the country assume a step-by-step implementation of communicative language skills. Students receive a possibility of relaying certain knowledge in the field of natural, human and technical sciences. The mission of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University as the educational center of transforming the results of advanced research in the field of pedagogy, teaching methods are implemented to prepare teachers in order to support multilingual content approaches in education. It is expected that in high schools four natural subjects like chemistry, biology, computer science, and physics will be taught in English, Kazakh, and Russian, while history, language, literature and other art sciences will be the subjects of the Kazakh or Russian languages. The school programs with general educational standards are aimed at creating a base of modernly demanded and replenished knowledge. It explains the creation of the International Nazarbayev University which is unique in Kazakhstan. High admission requirements characterize selection quality, and targets in mastering foreign languages. Grammar is an important basic knowledge of Japanese teaching. In the teaching of grammar, etc., it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ intercultural communication skills. However, in the current Japanese grammar teaching, there are some problems, such as insufficient cross-cultural input. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the problems in the current Japanese teaching, then comparatively analyzes the teaching content, ideas and methods commonly used in the current Japanese teaching, and points out which ideas and methods are suitable for Japanese teaching from the perspective of cross-cultural communication. Based on the exploration, effective methods of Japanese grammar teaching are indicated for cross-cultural communication.
