This paper aims to summarize and analyze the Developing Information Technology in Open CourseWare (OCW) movements and new opportunities in Asia in the context of supporting the education process in higher education that is in accordance with the recent demands for graduate competency supported by IT innovation. The review method is carried out in 3 stages: searching and downloading articles, filtering and sorting, and final screening. The results of this review show that the OCW movement in Asia is growing rapidly, among others, due to IT innovation, stakeholder commitment, public awareness, and the need for quality teaching materials. In the era of web 5.0 technology, lecturers must have the competencies to develop electronic activities through the Web that make students truly active so that online learning actually takes place rather than the electronic reading process. The impact of IT innovation has brought drastic changes in the field of education in the learning process has become an effective driving tool for improving learning outcomes and achieving educational goals, one of the most recent innovations is OCW. OCW movement in Asia has progressed rapidly and significantly, although they experience transformations in accordance with technological developments and needs in the field.

The increasing importance of the information revolution and terms such as ‘speed’, ‘disorientation’, and ‘changing the concept of distance’, has provided us with tools that had not been previously available. Technological developments are moving toward Fluidity, which was previously unknown and cannot be understood through modern tools. With acceleration of the rhythm in the age we live in and the clarity of the role of information technology in our lives, as also the ease of access to information, has helped us to overcome many difficulties. Technology in all its forms has had a clear impact on all areas of daily life, and it has a clear impact on human thought in general, and the architectural space in particular, where the architecture moves from narrow spaces and is limited to new spaces known as the ‘breadth’, and forms of unlimited and stability to spaces characterized with fluidity. The research problem (the lack of clarity of knowledge about the impact of vast information flow associated with the technology of the age in the occurrence of liquidity in contemporary architectural space) is presented here. The research aims at defining fluidity and clarifying the effect of information technology on the changing characteristics of architectural space from solidity to fluidity. The research follows the analytical approach in tracking the concept of fluidity in physics and sociology to define this concept and then to explain the effect of Information Technology (IT) to achieve the fluidity of contemporary architectural space, leading to an analysis of the Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) architectural model. The research concludes that information technology achieves fluidity through various tools (communication systems, computers, automation, and artificial intelligence). It has changed the characteristics of contemporary architectural space and made it behave like an organism, through using smart material.

This paper examines the impact of schools with positive and healthy relationships between Principal and teachers and outlines the factors that facilitate and contribute to learning outcomes, character development and citizenship. Therefore, the objectives of the study was, to investigate the fact that the learning environment in a school is influenced by a positive interaction between the principal and the teachers, identify the relational components between teacher and teacher that promote and influence the teacher's performance and analyze the overall effects of creating and maintaining substantial teacher-teacher relationships on student performance and character building. The sample size was 209 sample size including 190 teachers and 19 principals. The results of this study confirmed the information found in the literature review and agreed with previous studies and studies that suggest that teacher support has a significant impact on their relationships and educational goals. Furthermore, the purpose of this study is to refine these factors and present the results as a means of improving the overall success of schools across the country. The recommendations provided are designed to help administrators who work in difficult-to-fill schools to improve their programs so that their number is lower in schools that are difficult to manage. The recommendations also seek to encourage leaders to take a closer look at their relationships and their style of leadership and support to improve their communication in schools. Specific recommendations are addressed to administrators, institutions and teachers. As well as researchers interested in getting more information in this area of research.

The authors report on a survey of small and medium-sized entrepreneurial information technology (IT) firms to investigate the impact of new service development (NSD) process activities on innovation success and failure. Their findings highlight the importance of managing the process to engage customers, management and employees, facilitating innovation champions to aid in idea generation and commitment, effectively communicating the benefits to customers, and using the tacit nature of the process to create barriers to imitation. In general, the findings point to several key elements that impact on successful entrepreneurial IT innovation projects and appear to result from an iterative, flexible and process-linked approach to NSD innovation.

Current technological developments, in reporting assets in the Faculty of Communication and Information Technology of the National University have not been effective. Because the many assets that exist make it difficult for workers to recapitalize the asset report. Such as incoming and outgoing asset reports and asset status status. Therefore, the Web-based National University Faculty of Communication and Information Technology Asset Report Information System was designed so that workers could report asset data every month. Application trial results for reporting asset data, the system can display the report results based on incoming assets, outgoing assets, and asset status with 100% accuracy. In the search for asset data entered the system can display the results of the report based on the transaction id, date of asset entered, and the name of the asset with 100% accuracy. Then to report asset data out the system can display the results of the report based on the transaction id, exit, and the name of the asset with 100% accuracy
