Objective - The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of after sale service to repeat purchase intention nissan users on facebook. Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional. This research use explanatory survey method. A total of 51 respondents were selected using probability sampling in the form of Cluster random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution and verification technique by using simple linear regression analysis. Findings - Based on the results of research using analysis of verifikatif analysis, obtained the result that After sale service has a positive influence on repeat purchase intention with the influence of being. Originality / value -The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object of research that is Nissan User  on Facebook, with variables studied that is After Sale Service and Repeat Purchase Inention, and use theory or reference different from previous researcher.

Objective – To describe and determine the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions.Design/methodology/approach – This type of research is descriptive and verfikatif with random sampling of 120 respondents. In an effort to achieve a success, then the satisfaction of organizational communication is a very important factor, it ‘caused communication satisfaction is the result of a number of processes that are internal and external.Employees is one of the most important assets who participate in helping in the achievement effortof organizational goals that is realization of the vision and mission of the organization. Therefore, good cooperation between the organization and all employees are indispensable so that common goals can be realized. This research aims to find the influence of communication organizational satisfaction to employees performance in Secretariat Legislature Singkawang city. This research uses quantitative research, the method used in this research is survey method. In this research, researcher used a questionnaire as the data collection technique. Sample in this study is all civil servants in Secretariat Legislature Singkawang city numbered as many as 35 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of simple linear regression test, obtained constant values from the regression variable employees performance that is equal 26,603. While the regression coefficient of the variable communication organization satisfaction is positive that is equal 0,462. This means that the variable communication organization satisfaction have a positive influence on variable employees performance that is equal 0,462. Based on t-test result, obtained t value of 3,874, greater than the table value of 2,034. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0rejected. This mean that the amount of significant influence among the variables communication organization satisfaction to employees performance of 31,3% while the rest 68,7% influenced by other variable.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper was to be found out the influence factors of the dominant country of origin against purchasing decisions on local brandDesign/methodology/approach – the design of the research was a cross-sectional design. This research used verification approach with survey method. A total of 200 respondents were chosen as using non probability sampling. A survey questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect the data from respondents. The analysis technique used SEM analysis tools'Findings - Quality of information and transaction security has influenced on purchase decisions online simultaneously and partially.Originality/value - The paper provides a basis to understand the issues of purchasing decisions on local brand in Indonesia. This study discusses emotional intelligence for adolescents in Silam Village, Kuok Subdistrict, Kampar District. The purpose of this study was to study how emotional intelligence on families in Silam Village, Kuok District, Kampar District. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population subjects were 250 teenagers in Silam Village and a sample of 71 adolescent Cluster Random Sampling. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by simple linear regression analysis, and the processing in this study used the SPSS version 17.0 (Statistical Products and Services Solution) program for windows. The results showed a significant influence between emotional intelligence on adolescent behavior in the Silam Village, Kuok Subdistrict, Kampar District. Based on the hypothesis test (Significant Test), the Probability value of α is 0.05 ig sig (0.05 ≥ 0.00) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus it can be denied that emotional intelligence is approved of adolescent behavior.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of dicipline, work culture and organizational behavior citizenship.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 90 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that work dicipline in the category is appropriate with a score 65,5% , work culture is in the high category with a score 72,8%, and organizatonal citizenship behavior is in high category with a score 66,2%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organization climate on employee motivation of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang. The sampling technique used is propotionate cluster random sampling, while the number of samples used for the analysis is 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple linear regression. In research there is one variable, is organizational climate. Organizational climate significant influence on employee motivation of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang. While the value of correlation coefficient obtained in this study amounted is 49.2% These results show that, of employee motivation in Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang, this shows that there is a very strong relationship between organization climate on on employee motivation of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang. While the remaining 50,8% thought to be explained by other factors not examined in this study, such as leadership, organizational culture, orgnization commitment, and discipline. Based on the findings of a simple linear regression, it was found that the organizational climate as well as the positive influence on employee motivation of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang. This study provides practical recommendations for the management of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang to continue to improve organizational climate, because organizational climate have a significant impact on employee motivation of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription the influence of knowledge management implementation toward employee performance in Bandung city revenue Management agency.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 74 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that knowledge managemnt in the category is good with a score 81,9% , and employee performence is in high category with a score 86%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.
