The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organization climate on employee motivation of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang. The sampling technique used is propotionate cluster random sampling, while the number of samples used for the analysis is 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple linear regression. In research there is one variable, is organizational climate. Organizational climate significant influence on employee motivation of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang. While the value of correlation coefficient obtained in this study amounted is 49.2% These results show that, of employee motivation in Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang, this shows that there is a very strong relationship between organization climate on on employee motivation of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang. While the remaining 50,8% thought to be explained by other factors not examined in this study, such as leadership, organizational culture, orgnization commitment, and discipline. Based on the findings of a simple linear regression, it was found that the organizational climate as well as the positive influence on employee motivation of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang. This study provides practical recommendations for the management of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang to continue to improve organizational climate, because organizational climate have a significant impact on employee motivation of Bank Mandiri KC Lapangan Imam Bonjol Padang.

This study aims to find the effect of job involvement and organizational justice on three types of organizationalcommitment, which are affective, continuance and normative. This research was conducted in Pacto-Bali, using 70 employees as its respondents. Sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling technique.Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique was multiple linear regression, which was processed using SPSS software.The findings indicate that job involvement has positive influence on each types of organizational commitment, that was affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. The same finding was found in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment, where the more justice the employees received the more committed the employees to the organization. To improve the organizational commitment of employees, Pacto-Bali should increase employee motivation by inviting employees to involve in the decision making process, and also should improve the networking between the owners and employees in order to help organization to reach its goals

This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the teacher performance in vocational school. This research used a quantitative approach. Data collection technique was by distributing a questionnaire using a five-likert scale. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Samples taken from each school amounted to 3 teachers from each department, so there were 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used the Pearson product moment. The analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis uses simple linear regression. The results showed that teacher compensation had an effect on teacher performance in vocational high school.

The Influence of Implementation of Good Corporate Governance Principles and Tri Hita Karana Value on Managerial Performance of Village Micro Credit (LPD) at Padangsambian. The current study aims to investigate the influence of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and THK value on LPD financial performance. Saturated sampling technique were used in the current study, and number of sample used were 30. The data were collected using primary data through the method of survey. The current study used classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test as an analysis technique. Generally, it could be stated that if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and The Value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) increase by one unit (one score), it could has a positive influence towards the managerial performance (Y) of LPD Pakraman Padangsambian. This shows that if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and The value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) are increased, then the performance of individual managerial (Y) will increase. Otherwise, if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and the value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) decrease, there will be a decrease in managerial performance (Y). ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of radical content on the attitude of radicalism (analysis based on the theory of planned behavior of Ajzen and Fishbein). This study uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study were users of active social media and following radical content with a total of 393 people. Sampling using purposive sampling technique (non-probability sampling). The instruments in this study are the scale of radical content and the scale of radicalism. The analysis of the data used is simple linear regression using the 23.0 for windows SPSS (statistical product and service solution) program. The results of this study indicate that the influence of radical content on radicalism is determined. Based on F count of 806.47 and probability of probability 0,000 (0,000 0.05) which means that the hypothesis is accepted, therefore there is a positive influence of radical content on the attitude of radicalism. The amount of the contribution or effective contribution of the influence of radical content on radicalism attitudes is 67,3% while the remaining 32,7% is influenced by other factors not measured in this study.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh konten radikal terhadap sikap radikalisme (analisis berdasarkan Teori Planned Behavior dari Ajzen Fishbein). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 393 orang yang aktif mengikuti konten radikal di media sosial. Teknik sampling yaitu Purpusive sampling (non-probability sampling). Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala konten radikal dan skala sikap radikalisme. Analisis data yang digunakan regresi linier, SPSS seri 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif konten radikal terhadap sikap radikalisme. Didasarkan pada hasil hitung F= 806,47 dan probabilitas 0.000 (0.000 0.05). Sumbangan efektif konten radikal terhadap sikap radikalisme sebesar 67,3 % sementara sisanya 32,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain.

Human resources (HR) matters are important in an organization, the existence of fair and satisfying treatment in HR in the organization can create maximum performance of employees in the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and organizational climate on employee performance. The number of samples used amounted to 44 respondents using probabilty sampling method with random sampling technique. The data collection is done through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis obtained leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that if the leadership, motivation, and organization at Warung Mina Peguyangan are good, then the performance of employees at Warung Mina Peguyangan also increases.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the response of impulse buying, response to discount on Matahari Department store and  the effect of  discount on impulse buying on visitors. The population in were the visitors at Matahari Department Store, the number of samples 100 visitors who were collected by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique was descriptive analysis and the simple linear regression. The result of descriptive analysis shows that the response of impulse buying was positive and the response of discount was also positive. The result of simple linear regression show that impulse buying was influenced by discounted price (discount) on Matahari Department Store. The positive results  tend to be weak indicated by the results of adjusted R-square. This mean that  the impulse buying in Matahari Department Store was also  influenced by other variables outside of this research

Objective - The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of after sale service to repeat purchase intention nissan users on facebook. Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional. This research use explanatory survey method. A total of 51 respondents were selected using probability sampling in the form of Cluster random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution and verification technique by using simple linear regression analysis. Findings - Based on the results of research using analysis of verifikatif analysis, obtained the result that After sale service has a positive influence on repeat purchase intention with the influence of being. Originality / value -The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object of research that is Nissan User  on Facebook, with variables studied that is After Sale Service and Repeat Purchase Inention, and use theory or reference different from previous researcher.

Shopee is one of the consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Shopee often collaborates with domestic and international celebrities to become brand ambassadors, one of which is Cristiano Ronaldo. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo on Shopee brand awareness. The sample in this study were 400 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression through SPSS staticstic 24 software. The findings of this study are that there is an influence between the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo to Shopee's brand awareness of 3.3%. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo has a significant and positive effect on Shopee brand awareness.Keywords: Attraction, Brand Awareness, Shopee.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the AXIS card product brand image on the buying interest of students at the Kupang State Polytechnic.The population and sample in this study were students of Kupang State Polytechnic who were interested in using the AXIS Card productand have characteristics according to research needs that can be used as respondents, The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling.The data were collecte thorugh questionnaire. Technique for analyzing data was simple linear regression analysis. The writer collected data by spreading questionnaires to 45 students of Kupang State Polytechnic. Based onthe simple linear regression analysis, it is known that the equation was Y=4.378 + 0.589X therefore there is a positive influence between brand image and purchase intention. r square was 0.513 or it has influence of 51.3% on consumers’ purchase intention. Then, the result of hypothesis test showed that t count ≥ t table, it means that brand image influenced positively and significantly on purchase intention, with thesignificant value was 0.00 smaller than 0.05 so the relationship between brand image and consumers’ purchase intention was significant.
