The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of  promotion mix toward purchase decision on wuling confero users in Indonesia. This research used cross sectional method and descriptive approach with survey explanatory method, and the sampling is 106 respondent. The result of research indicate that the promotion mix in good category and purchase decision in the good category. The data analysis technique used to find out the correlative relationship in this study is path analysis. To test the hypothesis, where the method of analysis carried out in this quantitative research is the verification analysis method, path analysis is carried outIn the research finding if the conditions of the promotion mix is good, the it will increase purchase decision

Employees who are committed to the organization have a tendency to continue working in the organization. The loss of employee commitment means organizations lose support and loyalty from employees in achieving organizational goals. One of the companies that experienced a decline in employee organizational commitment was X Bank. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence job involvement and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The object in this study was employees of X bank, one of Indonesia's conventional banks. This study used saturated samples with 54 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with computer software program smartPLS version 3.0. The results reveal that job involvement and job satisfaction influence organizational commitment. This shows that the higher job involvement and employee job satisfaction together, the higher the organizational commitment of X Bank employees.

Sport decision is a Sport Decision making process that becomes a basic consumption, mainly on Sport Tourism. TNGR os one Hiking Tour provider which is facing up the decrease in visit Decision of climb participant. On this research, thr independent variable (X) is Hikimg Attributes consisting of Physical Benefit, Mental Benefit, Facilitation of Trail and Information, the dependent variable (Y) is Sport Decision, The type of research used is descriptive varification, and the method used is explanatory survey with sample size 109 respondents. Techniques of data analysis an hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression, the result indicated the Hiking Attributes have a significant influence on Sport Decision. the most influential is Mental Benefit where TNGR has successfully made climb participant can reduce fatigue daily routines, so that make the participant feel the comfort and happy while Hiking on TNGR, the weakest factor is Facilitation Of Trail, this aspect needs tobe improved by cleanliness such as held the guidance about environment to climb participants, in addition officials can give a reward on the climbers that keep the environment

This research is based on the phenomena of problems that exist in MSMEs including poor administration, low product competitiveness, low human resources, lack of mastery of science, quality of service and use of quality goods (Halal & Thayyib). The purpose of this study was to measure the level of implementation of Islamic Business Ethics for MSME players in the PUSPA Bank Indonesia program in West Java in Bandung in 2017. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The number of research samples is 50 consumers from 4 MSMEs engaged in the culinary, service, fashion and craft sectors. The results of the study show that the level of implementation of Islamic Business Ethics of micro business actors guided by the PUSPA program in Bank Indonesia in West Java in 2017 was very good. This can be seen from several dimensions used, namely honesty, the use of good quality goods, Ihsan, Building good relations with Consumers and Ethics sets the price of an average value of 5.8 which means very good

This study aims to reveal the brand image and purchase interest in Daihatsu Terios in Indonesia. This study used a descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The unit of analysis in this study is prospective consumers Daihatsu Terios in Indonesia as many as 120 orang.Teknik collecting data field study questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive technique using frequency distribution. Research findings showed that the image of the brand image are in the good category and description buying interest in the excellent category. Differences in this study lies in the object of research, study time, measuring tools, literature used, the theory used and the results of researchswitching barriers and customer loyalty.

This study was conducted in a span of less than one year, the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with the explanatory survey method. 92 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings obtained are physical work environment and work ability significantly influence employee performance. differences found in objects and research methods, populations and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

This research to find out the electronic commerce description of the success of the textile area business.This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross sectional method. This study uses a verification approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 76 respondents as samples used saturated samples. The research questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents and the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The research findings is Electronic commerce has a significant effect on business success. The purpose of this study is to describe of social media and brand loyalty. In addition, to determine the effect of social media on brand loyalty. this type of research is descriptive and verifikatif, by using online survey method. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 235 people with object of this research is Teh Botol Sosro. Data analysis techniques in this study using a simple linear regression analysis. the results of this study show the social media and brand loyalty categorized high on the continuum line. The result of correlation calculation of social media variables have a significant influence on brand loyalty
