We will present the latest developments in CutLang, the runtime interpreter of a recently-developed analysis description language (ADL) for collider data analysis. ADL is a domain-specific, declarative language that describes the contents of an analysis in a standard and unambiguous way, independent of any computing framework. In ADL, analyses are written in human-readable plain text files, separating object, variable and event selection definitions in blocks, with a syntax that includes mathematical and logical operations, comparison and optimisation operators, reducers, four-vector algebra and commonly used functions. Adopting ADLs would bring numerous benefits to the LHC experimental and phenomenological communities, ranging from analysis preservation beyond the lifetimes of experiments or analysis software to facilitating the abstraction, design, visualization, validation, combination, reproduction, interpretation and overall communication of the analysis contents. Since their initial release, ADL and CutLang have been used for implementing and running numerous LHC analyses. In this process, the original syntax from CutLang v1 has been modified for better ADL compatibility, and the interpreter has been adapted to work with that syntax, resulting in the current release v2. Furthermore, CutLang has been enhanced to handle object combinatorics, to include tables and weights, to save events at any analysis stage, to benefit from multi-core/multi-CPU hardware among other improvements. In this contribution, these and other enhancements are discussed in details. In addition, real life examples from LHC analyses are presented together with a user manual.

This paper presents an overview and features of an Analysis Description Language (ADL) designed for HEP data analysis. ADL is a domainspecific, declarative language that describes the physics content of an analysis in a standard and unambiguous way, independent of any computing frameworks. It also describes infrastructures that render ADL executable, namely CutLang, a direct runtime interpreter (originally also a language), and adl2tnm, a transpiler converting ADL into C++ code. In ADL, analyses are described in humanreadable plain text files, clearly separating object, variable and event selection definitions in blocks, with a syntax that includes mathematical and logical operations, comparison and optimisation operators, reducers, four-vector algebra and commonly used functions. Recent studies demonstrate that adapting the ADL approach has numerous benefits for the experimental and phenomenological HEP communities. These include facilitating the abstraction, design, optimization, visualization, validation, combination, reproduction, interpretation and overall communication of the analysis contents and long term preservation of the analyses beyond the lifetimes of experiments. Here we also discuss some of the current ADL applications in physics studies and future prospects based on static analysis and differentiable programming.

Safety and Security in Airports flight something that should not be ignored. To anticipate a situation that allows the occurrence of accident and incident, the airport operator and all units of the organization that is the environment of the airport should be able to identify hazards I problems based on events that never happened. The survey was conducted in Supadio Airport towards the application of hazard identification and safety risk management, using the method of comparative analysis and evaluation to make mengukuran of 13 variables. Based on measurements of 13 variables, obtained by 3 variables included in the criteria can not be accepted on condition that there is, namely a foreign object variable that has the potential to cause damage to the aircraft (foreign object damage 4.B), the variable things that can disrupt flights (obstacle 4.B), and variable in Apron vehicles (vehicle in Apron 5.C). Two criterion variables risk control/ mitigation requires a management decision that is, variable Noise (noise 5), and variable Security Issues (security issues. 2A). This value indicates that the 3 variables are included that are essential for risk reduction targets.Keywords: Airports, Safety Management System, hazard identification, safety risk

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of dicipline, work culture and organizational behavior citizenship.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 90 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that work dicipline in the category is appropriate with a score 65,5% , work culture is in the high category with a score 72,8%, and organizatonal citizenship behavior is in high category with a score 66,2%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references

Objectives - analyze the description of liquidity, profitability and stock prices in automotive companies. Design / methodology / approach - This research method uses descriptive method. Objects in this study are automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2016. Data collection techniques with panel data. Data analysis technique using panel regression analysis technique with the help of Eviews 9. Findings - The results show that: (1) Profitability measured using Return On Equity automotive companies tend to decrease. (2) Liquidity measured using Current Ratio of automotive companies tends to decrease. (3) Automotive company stock price decreasedOriginality / value - This research provides a basis for understanding issues of liquidity, profitability and stock price. The difference of this research with previous research is on object, variable, theory, technique of data analysis and also reference which used by researcher with previous researcher.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription the influence of knowledge management implementation toward employee performance in Bandung city revenue Management agency.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 74 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that knowledge managemnt in the category is good with a score 81,9% , and employee performence is in high category with a score 86%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of job characteristics, job satisfaction and job performance.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 75 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that job characteristics in the category is appropriate with the score 86%, job satisfaction is in the high category with a score 85% and job performance is in high category with a score 87%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding job characteristics, job satisfaction and job performance issues on employee. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.

<pre><strong><em>Abstract : The Knowledge and Attitude of Parents About Pre-School Children Nutrition Requirement. </em></strong><em>Purpose of this research is to find out the correlation of knowledge and attitude of parents about pre-school children nutrition requirement at Kumara D II Kindergarten Sidakarya year 2018 based on age, education and occupation.  Type of research used in this research is analytic and using the cross sectional approach that is measurement of each object variable was carried out only once.  This research uses total population technique, with all parents available in Kumara D II Kindergarten Sidakarya which is for 40 people.  Research result by using 40 respondents, it is obtained that generally almost half of them that is 21 (52.5%) respondents have enough knowledge, 15 respondents (37.5%) have less knowledge, and small part of them that is for 4 respondents (10%) have good knowledge, whereas the respondents who have positive attitude is for 26 respondents (65%) and who have negative attitude is 14 respondents (35%).</em></pre><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak : </strong><strong>Pengetahuan Dengan Sikap Orang Tua tentang Pemenuhan Gizi Anak Prasekolah</strong>.<strong> </strong>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap orang tua tentang pemenuhan gizi pada anak prasekolah di Taman Kanak-Kanak Kumara D II Sidakarya Tahun 2018 berdasarkan umur, pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik dan menggunakan pendekatan <em>cross sectional </em>yaitu pengukuran variabel setiap obyek dilakukan satu kali saja. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik <em>total populasi,</em> dengan semua orang tua yang ada di Taman Kanak-Kanak Kumara D II Sidakarya yang berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan 40 responden, didapatkan secara umum hampir setengahnya 21 orang (52,5%) responden memiliki pengetahuan cukup, 15 responden (37,5%) yang memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang, dan sebagian kecil yaitu empat responden (10%) memiliki pengetahuan baik, sedangkan yang memiliki sikap positif yaitu 26 responden (65%) dan yang memiliki sikap negatif yaitu 14 responden (35%).</p>

In a management at Higher Education in conducting a scientific work research is a very important step, especially regarding the relationship between theory and research variables. On the provisions that have been applied to management in the previous Higher Education where the scientific work studied is not directed because there is no clear object variable. In this study review the subject matter of theory, components, and theoretical descriptions, concepts and constructs, understanding variables, with the results of research on various variables such as independent and dependent variables, intervening variables, moderator variables, and control variables, operational definitions, theoretical frameworks and frame of mind in research. by using 2 (two) research methods, namely direct observation on the results of student research, and the literature review described in the following study. So that it is expected that the existence of theory and variable research on management at the Higher Education can make scientific work more focused. The differential equations of bending-torsional coupled vibration have been established with a switching crack for a Jeffcott rotor system with a transverse crack as the research object. Variable perturbation method has been used to study the stability of bending-torsional coupled vibration of a rotor system with a crack. The theoretical result shows that, when it is close to the natural frequency of 2 times, 3/2 times and 1 times, unstable vibrations exist and conditions of stable vibration. According to the above order, unstable region becomes narrow. While in 1/4 times, 1/6 times, the system is stable. The conclusions provide valuable theoretical basis for a crack rotor system in the real working conditions when corresponding measures need taking.
