ABSTRACT: This study aims to describe the political marketing mix and the decision to elect the Governor and deputy governor of West Java in 2018 to students of the Indonesian Education University. This study uses a descriptive approach with the explanatory survey method. The unit of analysis is the 2013-2017 UPI undergraduate students with 106 people. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a descriptive technique using frequency distribution. The findings in this study show that the picture of the political marketing mix is in a fairly good category, and the picture of the decision to choose is in a fairly good category, and the political marketing mix has a significant influence on the decision to choose with a quite high influence of 62%. The difference in this study lies in the object of research, the time of the study, the measuring instrument, the literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.

The purpose of this study is to find out the perceived usefulness and continuance intention. The design of this study was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 145 respondents were selected for using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique using frequency distribution. Based on the results of the study using descriptive analysis, obtained perceived usefulness results in a good category, and good enough category for continuance intentions. The difference in this study lies in the object of the study, the time of the study, the measuring instrument, the literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.

This present study aims to describe switching barrier and customer loyalty of Pay TV in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive approach with the explanatory survey method. The unit of analysis for Paid TV’s Customer is 108 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using a simple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for Windows program tools. Based on the results of the study, it can be known that the switching barrier has a partial effect on the customer loyalty with a high influence category. The difference in this study lies in the object of research, research time, measuring instruments, literature used, theory used and research results.Keywords: Customer Loyalty; Pay TV; Switching Barrier

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of leverage and stock return.Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is time series design. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. Sample in this research are income statement of cement subsector companies which listed on IDX 2012-2016 period. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using leverage and stock return calculation formulas.Findings - Based on the results of the study using descriptive analysis, the results indices that leverage of cement subsector companies which listed on IDX 2012-2016 period are decrease and stock return of cement subsector companies which listed on IDX 2012-2016 period are fluctuative.Originality / value - This research provides a basic for understanding issues of leverage and stock return. The difference of this research with the previous research is located on the object this research object are cement subsector companies which listed on IDX 2012-2016 period and using theory or reference different from previous researchers.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan verifikatif dengan metode explanatory survey. Unit analisis siswa sebanyak 167 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik verifikatif dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan lingkungan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh cukup terhadap motivasi berwirausaha.
