The CAPS was created with the objective of offering care that prioritizes the rehabilitation and psychosocial reintegration of the mentally ill individual. However, psychiatric hospitalization remains a widely used resource. This study aims to evaluate the rates of psychiatric hospitalizations and the implementation of CAPS in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, from 2008 to 2018. The study has an ecological time series design. As a result, we found a 42% increase in psychiatric hospitalizations. The CAPS coefficient was 0.64 in 2008 and increased to 0.85 (34% higher). The correlation between the CAPS coverage coefficient and the rate of psychiatric hospitalizations in RS exhibited a positive and statistically significant coefficient. These data diverge from what is found in the literature, which indicates a reduction in psychiatric hospitalizations in recent years. Thus, it is possible to conclude that there was an increase in hospitalizations and an increase in CAPS during the study period.

Active student involvement in the learning process is the main thing, but the situation in the field shows different things. Students tend to be passive and only accept the information conveyed so that students are less likely to explore the information they receive. As a result, physics learning outcomes are very low. To overcome these problems, the Novick Learning Model can be used as an alternative learning model that is applied, because in this learning model students are required to express their initial conceptions and can draw conclusions so that it is hoped that the understanding of the concept will be better. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in students' learning outcomes of Physics after the Novick Learning Model was implemented.). The research design used was one group pretest posttest time series design. This research was conducted in one of the public high schools in Karawang with a research sample of class XI science. From the research, it was found that after the Novick Learning Model was implemented, there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores with the gain value in each series, namely 48.47 points for the learning series I and 56.56 points for the learning series II. And the effectiveness of the Novick Learning Model as seen from the size of the normalized gain score for each learning series I and II, respectively, is 0.62 and 0.68. Both values ??are included in the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the Novick Learning Model is quite effective in improving high school students' physics learning outcomes. ABSTRAKKeterlibatan siswa secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan hal yang utama, akan tetapi keadaan di lapangan menunjukkan hal yang berbeda. Siswa cenderung pasif dan hanya menerima informasi yang disampaikan sehingga siswa kurang menggali informasi yang diterimanya. Akibatnya, hasil belajar Fisika sangatlah rendah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Model Pembelajaran Novick dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif model pembelajaran yang diterapkan, karena dalam model pembelajaran ini siswa dituntut untuk menungkapkan konsepsi awal mereka dan dapat menarik kesimpulan sehingga diharapkan pemahaman konsep menjadi lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Fisika siswa setelah diimplementasikan Model Pembelajaran Novick.). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest posttest time series design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu SMA Negeri di Karawang dengan sampel penelitian kelas XI IPA. Dari penelitian didapat bahwa setelah diimplementasikan Model Pembelajaran Novick, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest dengan nilai gain pada setiap seri yaitu sebesar 48,47 point untuk seri pembelajaran I dan 56.56 point untuk seri pembelajaran II. Dan efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Novick yang dilihat dari besarnya skor gain ternormalisasi untuk setiap seri pembelajaran I dan II secara berturut – turut adalah 0,62 dan 0.68. Kedua nilai tersebut termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Dengan demikian, didapat kesimpulan bahwa Model Pembelajaran Novick cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Fisika siswa SMA.

IntroductionPregnancy and early parenthood are key opportunities for interaction with health services and connecting to other families at the same life stage. Public antenatal care should be accessible to all, however barriers persist for families from refugee communities to access, navigate and optimise healthcare during pregnancy. Group Pregnancy Care is an innovative model of care codesigned with a community from a refugee background and other key stakeholders in Melbourne, Australia. Group Pregnancy Care aims to provide a culturally safe and supportive environment for women to participate in antenatal care in a language they understand, to improve health literacy and promote social connections and inclusion. This paper outlines Froup Pregnancy Care and provides details of the evaluation framework.Methods and analysisThe evaluation uses community-based participatory research methods to engage stakeholders in codesign of evaluation methods. The study is being conducted across multiple sites and involves multiple phases, use of quantitative and qualitative methods, and an interrupted time series design. Process and cost-effectiveness measures will be incorporated into quality improvement cycles. Evaluation measures will be developed using codesign and participatory principles informed by community and stakeholder engagement and will be piloted prior to implementation.Ethics and disseminationEthics approvals have been provided by all six relevant authorities. Study findings will be shared with communities and stakeholders via agreed pathways including community forums, partnership meetings, conferences, policy and practice briefs and journal articles. Dissemination activities will be developed using codesign and participatory principles.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, mengembangkan, dan menguji efektifitas dari model pembelajaran Natural Messy Play dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik anak usai 4-5 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis research and development dengan subjek uji coba sebanyak 120 orang anak usia 4-5 tahun se-Kabupaten Sleman. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan angket dengan desain equivalent time series design. Efektivitas model pembelajaran Natural Messy Play dianalisis menggunakan uji Kruskal Wallis dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Penelitian pengembangan ini memperoleh hasil berupa: (1) Natural Messy Play dinyatakan sebagai sebuah model pembelajaran berdasarkan karakteristik sintaks, system sosial, sistem pendukung, dan peran guru; (2) model pembelajaran Natural Messy Play dinyatakan layak digunakan dengan kategori sangat baik; (3) model pembelajaran Natural Messy Play dinyatakan efektif digunakan sebagai optimalisasi kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia 4-5 tahun se-Kabupaten Sleman berdasarkan analisis Hasil uji statistik Kruskal Wallis yang memperoleh nilai sig. 0,00.

Background First responders (eg, police, firefighters, and paramedics) are at high risk of experiencing poor mental health. Physical activity interventions can help reduce symptoms and improve mental health in this group. More research is needed to evaluate accessible, low-cost methods of delivering programs. Social media may be a potential platform for delivering group-based physical activity interventions. Objective This study aims to examine the feasibility and acceptability of delivering a mental health–informed physical activity program for first responders and their self-nominated support partners. This study also aims to assess the feasibility of applying a novel multiple time series design and to explore the impact of the intervention on mental health symptoms, sleep quality, quality of life, and physical activity levels. Methods We co-designed a 10-week web-based physical activity program delivered via a private Facebook group. We provided education and motivation around different topics weekly (eg, goal setting, overcoming barriers to exercise, and reducing sedentary behavior) and provided participants with a Fitbit. A multiple time series design was applied to assess psychological distress levels, with participants acting as their own control before the intervention. Results In total, 24 participants (12 first responders and 12 nominated support partners) were recruited, and 21 (88%) completed the postassessment questionnaires. High acceptability was observed in the qualitative interviews. Exploratory analyses revealed significant reductions in psychological distress during the intervention. Preintervention and postintervention analysis showed significant improvements in quality of life (P=.001; Cohen d=0.60); total depression, anxiety, and stress scores (P=.047; Cohen d=0.35); and minutes of walking (P=.04; Cohen d=0.55). Changes in perceived social support from family (P=.07; Cohen d=0.37), friends (P=.10; Cohen d=0.38), and sleep quality (P=.28; Cohen d=0.19) were not significant. Conclusions The results provide preliminary support for the use of social media and a multiple time series design to deliver mental health–informed physical activity interventions for first responders and their support partners. Therefore, an adequately powered trial is required. Latar Belakang: Perubahan gaya hidup dan pola makan menyebabkan tingginya angka kejadian obesitas di seluruh dunia yaitu 13% padat tahun 2016. Perbaikan status obesitas dapat dilakukan melalui jalur farmakologik ataupun non farmakologik. Metformin dan meniran (Phyllanthus niruri Linn.) mempunyai fungsi untuk menurunkan penyerapan asupan makanan.Tujuan: menganalisis pengaruh kombinasi metformin dan ekstrak air meniran (Phyllanthus niruri Linn.) terhadap perbaikan status obesitas tikus Sprague Dawley jantan.Metode: multigroup time series design.  Dua puluh empat ekor tikus dibuat obesitas dengan cara diberi pakan tambahan lemak sapi cair dan fruktosa terhadap pakan dasar AIN93G selama 5 minggu. Obesitas ditentukan dengan indeks Lee > 300. Sampel dikelompokkan menjadi 4 kelompok, kelompok 1 diberi metformin 45 mg/kg BB/hari, kelompok 2 diberi ekstrak air meniran 400 mg/kg BB/hari, kelompok 3 diberi kombinasi keduanya, dan kelompok 4 kontrol.Hasil: Selama penelitian ada perbedaan berat pakan dan asupan kalori  pada setiap kelompok perlakuan. Setelah 28 hari perlakuan ada perbedaan kenaikan berat badan dan perubahan indeks Lee antara ketiga kelompok perlakuan (ρ < 0,05), walaupun indeks Lee > 300.Kesimpulan: pemberian kombinasi ekstrak air meniran dan metformin dapat mengendalikan kenaikan berat badan dan menurunkan indeks Lee.

Purpose: To explore the clinical evidence available on mindful organizing (MO) that will improve teamwork for positioning and managing central venous catheters in patients admitted to neonatal intensive care and other pediatric intensive care units to decrease central-line-associated and catheter-related bloodstream infections (CLABSI and CRBSI). Methods: We searched several databases (PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, CENTRAL, SCOPUS, and Web of Science) up to June 2018. We included studies investigating the effectiveness of MO teamwork in reducing CLABSI and CRBSI. The systematic review followed the PRISMA guidelines. We used validated appraisal checklists to assess quality. Results: Seven studies were included: only one was a non-randomized case-controlled trial (CCT). All the others had a pre-post intervention design, one a time-series design and one an interrupted time-series design. The methodological heterogeneity precluded a meta-analysis. Despite the low certainty of evidence with the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) system, three studies including thousands of participants provided numerical data for calculating risk ratios (RR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) comparing MO with no intervention for decreasing the CLABSI rate in neonatal and pediatric ICUs. The one CCT disclosed no significant difference in the CLABSI rate decrease between groups (RR = 0.96; 95%CI 0.47–1.97). Nor did the pre- and post-intervention interrupted time-series design disclose a significant decrease (RR = 0.80; 95%CI 0.36 1.77). In the study using a before-after study design, the GRADE system found that the CLABSI rate decrease differed significantly in favor of post-intervention (RR = 0.13; 95%CI 0.03 0.57; p = 0.007). Conclusions: Despite the decreased CLABSI rate, the available evidence is low in quality. To reduce the unduly high CLABSI rates in neonatal and pediatric intensive care settings, custom-designed clinical trials should further define the clinical efficacy of MO to include it in care bundles as a new international standard.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan layanan penguasaan konten dengan metode mind mapping untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dalam meringkas pada siswa kelas VII.4 di SMP Negeri 04 Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian Time Series Design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, lembar portofolio dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan rubrik kreativitas siswa dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap kreativitas dalam meringkas siswa melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan metode mind mapping, dengan nilai t = -4.116 dan sig. 0,003 (p < 0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan ada peningkatan kreativitas dalam meringkas melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan metode mind mapping pada siswa kelas VII.4 di SMP Negeri 04 Kota Bengkulu.Kata Kunci : kreativitas dalam meringkas, layanan penguasaan konten, mind mapping.
