The city of Cimahi is ranked the lowest in wealth and deposits compared to eight cities in West Java Province and this is what confirms that the level of public trust in Islamic banks is still low. Another factor that causes low customer confidence is that the Sharia Corporate Governance has not been maximized, as evidenced by IRTI's research results showing that GCG implementation has not been implemented well in Islamic banks in various countries and failure to apply sharia principles to 85%. Sharia Corporate Governance (SCG) is a combination of two theories, namely Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the theory of Sharia Compliance. The implementation of SCG in Islamic banks is based on six principles, namely transparency, accountability, accountability, professionalism and fairness and implementation of compliance shariah. Sharia Corporate Governance (SCG) can also be referred to as a system, regulation, and process used to realize a compliance culture in managing Islamic banking risk as well as monitoring, regulating and encouraging its performance efficiently so as to generate sustainable added value for stakeholders in the long term in accordance with sharia principles. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of SCG and reputation on customer trust in Islamic banks. The population in this study is the customer of BJB Syariah KCP Cimahi. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling with a sample of 210 respondents. The method used in this research is explanatory method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method. The results of the research designation that the implementation of Sharia Corporate Governance and reputation simultaneously affect customer trust and this will have an impact on increasing the market share of Islamic banks.

This study aims to find out the simultaneous and partial impact of Good Corporate Governance index and Islamic social reporting index as an assessment of the responsibility for the implementation of business functions and social functions towards total third–party funds on Islamic Banks in Indonesia during 2010-2015. This study use quantitative approach, and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is the panel data regression. The type and sources of data used are secondary data. The population in this study are Islamic Banks in Indonesia.The results of this study showed that index of good corporate governance partially have no significant effect on the number of third-party funds while index of Islamic Social Reporting partially have significant effect on the amount of funding third parties. Simultaneously index of Good Corporate Governance and Islamic Social Reporting have significant effect on the number of third-party funds Islamic banks.

The purpose of this research is to see the soundness level of Bank Syariah Mandiri with the method of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital. The research method uses quantitative methods. Production factors in the RGEC method are the risk profile using credit risk (NPF), liquidity risk (FDR), income (ROA, ROE and BOPO) and capital (CAR). On the results of Good Corporate Governance using data processed and obtained from PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The object of this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. This research period is 2013-2017. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive and using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Car), as for the benchmarks to determine the soundness level of a bank after each examination, namely by determining the results of the study classified into the bank's health rating. The results showed that the health of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri which uses the Risk Profile approach, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital as a whole can be said that Bank Syariah Mandiri is a fairly healthy bank.

The research aims to prove empirically the influence of Non-Performing Loans, Loans to Deposit Ratio, Good Corporate Governance, Net Interest Margin, and Capital Adequacy Ratio on financial performance of banking companies listed on the IDX. Agency theory and Productive theory of credit are the theories used in this study. The study population is all Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018 totaling 45 companies. The research sample of 30 companies with non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained by Non Performing Loans are considered negative, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Good Corporate Governance are not approved and are significant, Net Interest Margin and Capital Adequacy Ratio have positive and significant effect on financial performance. The Influence of Implementation of Good Corporate Governance Principles and Tri Hita Karana Value on Managerial Performance of Village Micro Credit (LPD) at Padangsambian. The current study aims to investigate the influence of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and THK value on LPD financial performance. Saturated sampling technique were used in the current study, and number of sample used were 30. The data were collected using primary data through the method of survey. The current study used classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test as an analysis technique. Generally, it could be stated that if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and The Value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) increase by one unit (one score), it could has a positive influence towards the managerial performance (Y) of LPD Pakraman Padangsambian. This shows that if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and The value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) are increased, then the performance of individual managerial (Y) will increase. Otherwise, if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and the value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) decrease, there will be a decrease in managerial performance (Y). The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of the quality of human resource services of Islamic banks on customer satisfaction. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression method. Data collection in this study combines the questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling method. The results show that there is a quality of the human resources of Islamic banks have an influence on the level of customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. While partially, only guarantees only variable that has a significant effect. The implementation of GCG is very important in a bank to improve banking performance, especially the financial performance of Islamic banking. Financial performance is one of the tools used to measure whether the banking performance is going well or not. This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG)/X on financial performance (ROA)/Y. This type of research is quantitative, using secondary data. The population is all Islamic banks registered with the OJK. While the sampling technique used purposive sampling method, namely 8 Islamic banks which were then multiplied by 3 years until the final sample was 24 samples. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that GCG has a significant effect on financial performance. This is evidenced by the composite average value of Islamic banking which has the predicate "Good". While the average value of the ROA has increased. This research is in accordance with the statement that the implementation of GCG is very useful for improving financial performance, the better the GCG, the better the performance. Financial performance as a benchmark for the success of the company's work in a certain period. Financial performance is also used as a basis for determining the company's strategy in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of good corporate governance (board size), leverage (DER) and company size on financial performance (ROA). This study uses a population of 120 data from SOE companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. And produced a sample of 78 company data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The research instrument in the form of documentation (taking company financial statements). Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the size of the board of directors had a positive effect on financial performance. The leverage variable has a negative effect on financial performance. While the size of the company has no effect on financial performance. The benefits of this study are as a reference for further research. Besides that, it can be used as a management guideline in analyzing the company's financial performance.

This study explores several of the problems that are the objectives of this study: (1) Effect ofcorporate social responsibility, good corporate governance and ownership structure of financial performance.(2) Effect of corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance, ownership structure and financialperformance of the value of the company. (3) Effect of corporate social responsibility, good corporategovernance and ownership structure on corporate value through financial performance. The researchpopulation this is a 30 companies listed on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) period in 2013 to 2015. There are 28companies as a research sample. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique usedis partial least squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 analysis program. The results show that:(1) corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance and ownership structure has a positive andsignificant effect on financial performance. (2) Corporate social responsibility and ownership structure has apositive and insignificant effect on firm value. (3) Good corporate governance has a positive and significanteffect on firm value. (4) Corporate social responsibility and ownership structure have a positive andinsignificant effect on firm value as a mediated financial performance. (5) Good corporate governance has apositive and significant effect on firm value as a mediated financial performance.

This research aims to know the effect of the quality of Good Corporate Governance implementation on the rate of return, measured using Return on Assets (ROA), the risk of financing, measured using Non Performing Financing (NPF), and capitals measured using Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method with the limi-tation of Islamic Banks registered in Bank Indonesia, publish annual report and dis-close reports of Good Corporate Governance from 2010 to 2013. The result shows that the quality of Good Corporate Governance implementation on Islamic banks in Indo-nesia is categorized good, based on the composite mean value of 1.70676. The quality of Good Corporate Governance implementation has no effect on the rate of return and the risk of financing, but it has an effect on the capital.

This research aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Palang Merah Indonesia in Bandung. This study uses compensation and good corporate governance variables to analyze employee performance using work motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Palang Merah Indonesia in Bandung by using a minimum sample of 110 employees after being calculated using the slovin technique with simple random sampling. Data collection methods in the study used primary and secondary data, explanatory surveys, and questionnaires. Data analysis technique in this study uses regression analysis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of compensation and good corporate governance on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. The results showed that the motivation and compensation variables had a significant positive influence on good corporate governance. Furthermore, the variable good corporate governance shows significant positive results on employee performance.
