The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of the quality of human resource services of Islamic banks on customer satisfaction. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression method. Data collection in this study combines the questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling method. The results show that there is a quality of the human resources of Islamic banks have an influence on the level of customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. While partially, only guarantees only variable that has a significant effect. This shows that it is necessary to improve the quality of service in the SRB Blessings of Ramadan in improving customer satisfactionDOI: 10.15408/etk.v12i1.1907

<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, selection, work placement and quality of human resources on work productivity on employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Padang. The population and sample in this study are 80 employees, the sampling technique is called population research or census where if the population is smaller than 100 respondents, all of them should be taken as samples. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS 23.0 program. From the results of the study found partially the recruitment, selection and placement of work have a significant and positive effect on work productivity while the quality of human resources partially does not significantly influence work productivity. However, simultaneously recruitment, selection, work placement and quality of human resources have a significant effect on work productivity.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan kerja dan kualitas SDM terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Padang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian iniberjumlah 80 karyawan,  teknik pengambilan sampelnya disebut penelitian populasi atau sensus, dimanaapabila populasi lebih kecil dari 100 responden hendaknya semuanya diambil sebagai sampel. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode Regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 23,0. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan secara parsial rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap produktivitas kerja sedangkan kualitas SDM secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Namun, secara simultan rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan kerja dan kualitas SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding of taxation, self assessment system, tax rates, and justice on tax evasion in OPD Bantul Regency. The population of this research is the employees in OPD Bantul Regency who have NPWP. Samples taken were 108 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression method and testing using SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that understanding taxation and justice affects tax evasion. Meanwhile, the self assessment system and tax rates have no effect on tax evasion.

Colleges as providers of educational services must be able to give the best service to the consumer in this case should be able to have the quality of human resources. How can it be expected to provide the best service to students if the human resources involved can not feel comfortable in working so could not provide the best performance for the college. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work ethic, financial compensation, nonfinancial compensation, and work discipline on the performance of lecturers and Personnel in STIE Widya Gama Lumajang, either partially or simultaneously. Mechanical research by distributing questionnaires and the research method used is multiple linear regression method . The results that partial compensation of financial and work discipline that has an influence on the performance of lecturers and Personnel. While simultaneously work ethic, financial compensation, nonfinancial compensation, and work discipline affect the performance of lecturers and Personnel in STIE Widya Gama Lumajang. Performance can be explained by the variable work ethic, financial compensation, nonfinancial compensation, work discipline 64.4% while the remaining 35.6% performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Business people experience very tough competition. Every shipping business actor is required to be sensitive to any changes that occur and prioritize customer satisfaction as the main goal. This study aims to identify and explain customer satisfaction in terms of service quality, trustworthiness, and timeliness of delivery of J&T Express Delanggu customers. The research sampling technique used accidental sampling of 100 consumers with multiple linear regression method. The results of this study are service quality, trustworthiness, and punctuality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction J&T Express Delanggu. Partially each variable, namely service quality, trustworthiness, and timeliness have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at J&T Express Delanggu. Customer satisfaction variables can be explained by the variable product quality, brand image and service by 31.7% and others are influenced by other variables. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of the quality of human resources (HR) seen from the human development index (HDI) affects the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2008-2012. Data analysis in this study uses the Multiple Linear Regression Method. The results showed an interesting result, namely that the population had a significant negative effect on unemployment. The regression results state that the increase in the number of residents will increase unemployment. These results indicate that population growth in the province of Central Java helped drive the province's economy.

The main purpose of the research was to know partially the influence of institutional ownership, collateralizable assets, debt to total assets and firm size on dividend payout ratio in firms that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange of 2010–2011 period. The other purpose is to know simultaneously the influence of institutional ownership, collateralizable assets, debt to total assets and firm size on dividend payout ratio in firms that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange of 2010–2011 period. The population of this research was all the firms that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange of 2010-2011 period namely, 136 in number. The sample, 27 firms, was taken by the use of purposive sampling method. The technique of data collection used was documentation.  The data analysis made use of multiple linear regression method. The results showed that partially institutional ownership had a positive and significant effect to dividend policy. Collateralizable assets, debt to total assets and firm size partially was not significant to dividend policy. Simultaneously institutional ownership, collateralizable assets, debt to total assets and firm size had a positive and significant effect to dividend payout ratio.

Tax is the highest revenue of the country that. Therefore, government continues to increase the source of revenue derived from taxes. However, in reality there are many taxpayers who do not obey tax laws by evading their taxes. Tax Evasion is a taxpayer's act who always tries to minimize the tax payable by violating the provisions of tax laws. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of tax discrimination and tax audit of tax evasion. Data were collected by questionnaires. Questionnaires were filled up by 100 tax payers in KPP Pratama Bitung. Technique sampling is non probability sampling with convenience sampling or accidental sampling method. This research used multiple linear regression method and SPSS software version 21.0 was utilized. The result shows tax discrimination has no effect on tax evasion and tax audit influence on tax evasion.Keywords: discrimination, tax audit, tax evasion.

The e-commerce business has now developed rapidly, the impact of development is that the number of prosuct varies and easily earned. The ease of such information will result in consumers will be more consumptive infulfilling their needs, even they tend to make impuse buying. As one of the emerest e-commerece in Indonesia, Lazada should be able to see this as a great opportunity in as effort to increase the company’s sales and sustainability. One effort in increasing impulse buying is of external factors ranging from the promotion and quality of websites that are launched on e-commerce bussines. This study aims to know and prove how much influence promotion and website quality to impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang City. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,014 < 0,05). (2) Website Quality has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,046 < 0,05)Keyword: promotion, website quality, impulse buying.

This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.
