The article is dedicated to the parallel process — phenomenon of structure and dy- namics reduplication of the therapist and client relationships in the relationships between supervisor and therapist. The concept of parallel process is commonly used by the psychotherapeutic community but at the same time it is not clear enough and therefore sometimes evokes skepticism. It is shown that parallel process is a descriptive but not explanatory concept. The psychodynamics as a condition for the observed paralleling can be various and requires in each case a specific analysis. The history of the concept of parallel process is related to psychoanalysis. Identification, transference/countertransference and projective identification are the main concepts on which the explanatory models of parallel process are based. The authors show that a parallel process is a result of the defensive behavior patterns typical for all participants of communication: client, therapist and supervisor. Asymmetric distribution of the power/subordination positions which is indicative for the situations of psychotherapy and supervision is a provoking condition for the expansion of parallel process chains. Article demonstrates an example of the parallel process analysis in a case study of supervision session for students practicing the Co-experiencing psychotherapy. The authors conclude that «hermeneutics of suspicion» and the model of «defended subject» specific for the psychoanalysis can be used for the studies of the communication process in psychotherapy and supervision oriented not only to psychoanalysis but to the other modalities as well.

This article attempts to chart the “paradigm shift” from social history, dominant until the early 1980s, to new cultural history and the various interpretive trends it engendered in the 1990s and 2000s. The privileged field of investigation is the history of the Protestant Reformation, particularly in its urban aspect. The discussion starts with the publication of Bernd Moeller’s pivotal Reichsstadt und Reformation in the early 1960s – which paved the way for the triumphant invasion of social history in a field previously dominated by ecclesiastical or political historians, and profoundly imbued with doctrinal prerogatives – and culminates in the critical presentation of interpretive trends that appear to dominate in the 2010s, particularly the view and investigation of the Reformation as communication process.

The study, based on existing approaches to assessing the effectiveness of communication in educational projects, used a method to assess the effectiveness of communication of project stakeholders, the effectiveness of communication planning, the effectiveness of information dissemination, the effectiveness of managing project stakeholders' expectations and the effectiveness of implementation reports. The purpose of the work is to apply the method of evaluating the effectiveness of communication processes in educational and innovative research projects and to analyze the effectiveness of communication in the FKTBUM project. Research methods - project and program management methodologies; mechanisms of set theory, system and process analysis. The developed method of evaluating the effectiveness of communication processes in educational innovative research projects allows to evaluate the effectiveness of communication of project stakeholders, the effectiveness of communication planning, the effectiveness of information dissemination, the effectiveness of managing project stakeholders' expectations and the effectiveness of implementation reports. Thus, the results of the study were used to manage communications in the implementation of educational research innovative projects at the National Transport University in the implementation of the international project TEMPUS - "Fostering the Knowledge Triangle in Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova (FKTBUM) - Supporting the knowledge triangle in Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova" . The results of the project show that the efficiency of communication between NTU and international partners is 0.5 - 1.0, which characterizes the good result of the educational project after the communication process, between NTU and DerzhavtotransNDIproekt - 0.75, which corresponds to the level "given response / reaction to information received", Between NTU and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine - 0.50, which corresponds to the level of " read the information". The results of the article can be implemented in the procedure of evaluating the effectiveness of communications in the formation of the required level of information exchange between stakeholders in the process of implementing innovative technologies in educational activities based on a value-oriented approach. Predictive assumptions about the development of the object of study - the development of a method of effective communication model in educational innovative research projects. KEY WORDS: PROJECT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, STAKEHOLDERS, EDUCATIONAL INNOVATIVE SCIENTIFIC PROJECTS, COMMUNICATIONS.

The study explores how poetry as a dual genre draws its themes from the origin, history and setting or environs of the author in the society. Basically, literature like any other art has its own way of expressing its aesthetic value. This is done through the channel of language. On the other hand, literature has many genres. Despite that, poetry is considered to be the most ancient genre in many communities universally. Poetry, therefore, is a genre that has a dual nature, which implies that it is a genre of both oral and written literature. Kiswahili poetry encompasses itself fully with the society in question, its ideologies, philosophies, traditions, culture, and the general life of the Swahili people without taking into consideration the language in which it was constructed. Therefore, it is not possible to disassociate the Kiswahili poetry from their culture as it is fully drawn from their way of life. Since a people’s culture is enclosed in their language, this study selected two Kiswahili Poetry books through purposive sampling to show how poetry draws its themes from the author’s origin, history, setting, and culture. The selected books were: Sikate Tamaa (Said A. Mohamed) and Dhifa (Euphrase Kezilahabi) The study employed the Hermeneutics theory as interpreted by (Newmark and Michael Forster, 2007) . This theory was very vital to this study as it puts into consideration the words used, the history and culture of the author, context, and specific analysis of the text to come up with the objective of the general text. The study also used textual analysis as well as an observation checklist to analyse data. The study discovered that poetry is rich and has a lot to be desired as far as teaching and depicting the author’s origin, history, and setting in the society is concerned hence drawing the themes from that. This study aimed at highlighting the need for more in-depth research as this can reduce the negative notion that poetry is a hard and complicated genre to some learners and scholars. There is also a need for the poetry learners to identify the history of the author in order to provide a starting point for the analysis in question. Therefore, the study proposes that poems be taught at all levels of learning and their various elements in order to enlighten the Kiswahili and English students, scholars, and researchers.

The Greek philosopher Philolaus of Croton, a contemporary of Democritus and Socrates, was a pre-eminent Pythagorean. His book counts as the first written treatise in the history of Pythagoreanism. Surviving in fragments, it constitutes an important source for our knowledge of fifth-century Pythagoreanism and supplements the picture given by Aristotle of Pythagorean doctrine. Like earlier Presocratics Philolaus sought to furnish a comprehensive cosmology. Arguing from logical propositions, he posited two pre-existing principles: ‘unlimited things’ and ‘limiting things’. United by harmony these two principles account for the formation of the cosmos and its phenomena. Since Philolaus also invokes number as an all-powerful explanatory concept, it is likely that he associated his first principles and the things originating from them with numbers. The emphasis on harmony and number accords with early Pythagoreanism. Philolaus also wrote on musical theory and astronomy. A noteworthy feature of his astronomy is the displacement of the earth from the centre of the cosmos by fire, pictured as the ‘hearth’ of the universe. The fragments further attest Philolaus’ interest in embryology, the causes of diseases, and physiology combined with psychological functions. It was not unusual for early Greek philosophers to treat such a wide variety of topics. The distinctive elements of the thought of Philolaus are the logical arguments evinced in the fragments and the epistemological role of number for understanding the structure of reality.
