This paper analyzes the current state of landscaping in Ishim. The data on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of woody plants have been obtained for the first time; the assessment of trees and shrubs state is based on the analysis of the vitality index. A database of green plants within 21 objects in Ishim was created and analyzed. The paper also contains data on the species diversity of trees and shrubs in Ishim. It turned out that the objects under study have trees and shrubs placed in special dividing strips, linearly, in rows or in small compact groups, less often they are planted singly. The species composition is represented by 47 species from 28 genera, 16 families and 2 divisions. The biomorphological structure is represented by trees (25, or 53% of species) and shrubs (22, or 47% of species). The total composition of tree and shrub plantations, determined by the number of trunks (bushes) and the percentage of woody plants, is 2854; the composition of the preserved ones is 2 815 (99%) pieces; the ones assigned for removal are 39 (1%) pcs. The vitality index shows that among 85% of the studied objects of the town at the time of the survey were healthy, among 10% of the objects they were qualified as damaged, among 5% of them were severely damaged. Based on the results of examining crowns and trunks of woody plants, signs of diseases and pests, a plan of measures for the treatment, restoration and preservation of woody plants was drawn up and recommendations were given for caring, sanitary felling and removal of single specimens.

<p>The purpose of our work is to assess the health state of woody plants growing in different habitats of the city of Aktobe. We have studied the health state of arboreal and shrubby plants growing in various urban habitats; the survey was conducted during 2016-2017 by route-visual method. We performed the analysis of species diversity, abundance and density in urban area. The assessment of health state of the trees was made according to V.A. Alekseev. From your data and literature review we established that such species as Ulmus pinnato-ramosa, Acer negundo, Populus tremula, Populus nigra, and Syringa vulgaris have strong winter resistnce in the territory of Aktobe; we registered that only their apex buds and emds of the shoots were frozen in severe winters. The medium-resistant speices include Ulmus laevis and Acer platonoides. They are less plastic and suffer from late spring and early autumn frosts. The Amorpha fruticosa, Vitis vinifera, and Parthenocissus guinguefolia could be considered as the non-resistant species, since they usually freeze up to the snow cover line. The analysis of the vital state made it possible to assess the resistance to urban conditions of the majority of trees and shrubs registered in urban habitats of Aktobe. According to the preliminary data, the origin of the plant and its winter resistance are of main importance when introducing new species to urban area.</p>

The purpose of this work is to establish and determine, on the basis of a systematic analysis, the factors influencing the state of food security of the Russian Federation, the problems of legal support of national priorities related to food independence. Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the current state of food security in the Russian Federation are closely related to the criteria for the development of the socio-economic system of the state. An important condition for the effective implementation of national priorities is the normative regulation of the toolkit of state management impact on the threats and risks of food independence. To understand the essence of these problems and minimize their consequences, the authors substantiate the need to study the indicated problem within the framework of the concept of legal dementia. Legal dementia is a state of compliance by subjects of law with the provisions of the law, which is characterized by non-fulfillment to one degree or another by state bodies not only of their functions, but also by the inability to respond, due to a low level of competence and professionalism, to factors that weaken the effectiveness of legal guarantees.

Abstract Woody plants are one of the effective ways of stabilising the ecological environment of large industrial cities. In order to maximize the effect of green spaces a large and diverse research effort is needed to study the urban green spaces, assess their ecological plasticity and adaptive potential. The results of such research will be the basis for recommendations on the selection of an assortment of species for landscaping of urban areas. The aim of the study was to investigate the condition of woody plants growing in the urban environment of Krasnoyarsk. Within the framework of the study a comprehensive assessment of existing urban green spaces was carried out for the first time for Krasnoyarsk. The species composition and age structure of plantings are established by the results of inventory of public plantings. The vital state of dominant species has been evaluated and their ecological and physiological characteristics, including the study of water retaining capacity of leaves, has been carried out. That allowed to estimate the impact of anthropogenic environment on the condition of urban woody plants.

Problem. It is important to identify the diversity of dendroflora in the territories of nature reserves, including man-made objects. The dendroflora of Odesa parks has not been studied systematically, and some publications on the topic concern either the dendroflora of the city as a whole or the description of individual parks. Moreover, these data are partially outdated and do not reflect the current state of greenery. Aim. To conduct an inventory of tree and shrub plants of the park-monument of landscape art of local significance "Park of the V.P. Filatov Institute”, analysis of the taxonomic structure of dendroflora, diversity of plant life forms, age and quantitative composition of green plantations and detection of phytososophytic plants in the park. Methods. During the inventory of tree plantations in the park the continuous account of plantings was carried out. Identification of dendroflora species was carried out using modern reference books and determinants. Definitions of life forms (tree, bush, vine) were determined by I.G. Serebryakov. Species names of trees and shrubs were given according to floristic reports and the Determinant. The age of trees and shrubs was determined by analyzing biometric indicators. The condition of trees and their decorative features were studied. Main results. In 2020 dendroflora of the monument park of garden artistry of local importance “Park of V.P. Filatov Institute” in Odesa was inventoried. 111 species of woody plants, which belong to 77 genera, 35 families, 2 classes and 2 divisions were identified, of which: trees - 66 species (59.5%), bushes - 39 species (35.1%), lianas - 6 species (5.4%). The Pinophyta division includes 22 species from 13 genera and 5 families. In terms of the number of species Cypressaceae (12 species) and Pinaceae (8 species) are leading families, and Juniperus is a leading genus. The Magnoliophyta division includes 89 species from 64 genera and 30 families. Families Rosaceae (23 species), Salicaceae (8 species), Fabaceae (7 species), Aceraceae and Oleaceae (per 5 species each) are the leading ones in terms of the number of species. Genera maple (Acer) and poplar (Populus) are the leading ones in terms of the number of species. Decorative forms for 9 species have been identified. There are 1019 specimens of woody plants in the park, 86 specimens of trees of 15 species have trunk diameter of more than 50 cm. Among phytososophytes there is one species, which is listed in the Red Data Book of Ukraine (2009) - yew (Taxus baccata) and 31 species of plants included in the Red List of Threatened Species IUCN (2012), in total 178 specimens of plants of the studied park are a subject to special protection. Conclusions. Trees, which were planted in the first half of the twentieth century, have historical and cultural significance as living witnesses of the activities of Academician V.P. Filatov and his associates.

The article analyzes the possibility of evaluating the current state of forest protection plant in the Stavropol Territory based on remote sensing data. With the help of photogrammetric and kartometric methods, space snapshots are analyzed for the model territory of the Stavropol Territory (Novoaleksandrovsky City District). The use of geo-information technologies allowed us using a cartographic method to estimate the current state of forest belt and determine their qualitative and quantitative characteristics. In the process of digitizing and decrypting, forest belts were divided into categories by destruction. In total, 2524 forest belts with a total area of 10.95 thousand hectares were allocated during the work. As a result, it was possible to assess the qualitative state of the forest belt of the Novoaleksandrovsky urban district and reveal that entire and slightly destroyed protective forest belts are greater than in quantitative terms and in the area they occupy. Further, in the process of the study, the quantitative characteristics of the forest belt were established—the area was determined, and the length and width of all protective forest plantations of the Novoaleksandrovsky urban district was determined and entered into an attribute table. It has been established that the width of most of the protective forest belt (1281 pcs) in the area of the study is from 20 to 30 meters, and 1001 forest belts have a width of more than 30 m. The most common length of forest belt is less than 500 m. (1034 pcs.) and 500–1000 meters (680 pcs.). Square characteristics of protective forest plantations are much more inhomogeneous—so, completely scaffolding was revealed 247 pcs., With a total area of 1058 hectares. Slightly destroyed forest belt 1623 pcs. and their area are 7395 hectares. Significantly destroyed forest belt 41 pcs., with an area of 1734 hectares and fully destroyed—44 pcs., with an area of 213.8 hectares. The proposed research methodology and evaluation of protective forest plantations can be used for other territories of the Stavropol Territory for a more complete study of the state of the region of the region.

Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of soybean yields largely depend on the effectiveness of measures against pathogens caused by phytopathogenic bacteria, which lead to the loss of 30-40% of grain yield. One of the elements of biologization is the use of trace elements in the cultivation of soybeans. The work has been devoted to determining the sensitivity of highly active strains of nodule bacteria and representatives of pathogens of soybean bacteriosis to trace elements preparations Dobrodiy Comfort and Dobrodiy Comfort-Copper, which were obtained by electropulse ablation, and comparing their action with traditional chemical pesticides. For comparison, the drugs of traditional cultivation of soybeans have been used: Rankona, Maxim XL, Rydomil Gold, Propuls. Classical microbiological, phytopathological, statistical method shas been used in the work. In particular, the reliability of the influence of factors has been established by the value of the probability level "p", which was calculated using the program STATISTICA 8. The obtained results have indicated a high sensitivity of yellow pigment pathogens of soybean bacteriosis to preparations Dobrodiy Comfort and Dobrodiy Comfort-copper in native form. The causative agent of angular spot of soybeans has not been sensitive to these compositions. Study have shown that Dobrodiy Comfort and Dobrodiy Comfort-copper are non-toxic to bacteria of the genus Bradyrhizobium and Rhizobium. According to the results of preparations titration, work has been determined that the effect of these preparations on phytopathogens remains in the range of 10-3-10-4. According to the For the first time absence of antibacterial activity at the specified dilution and toxic effect on nodule bacteria, the use of ecological drugs Dobrodiy-Comfort and Dobrodiy Comfort-Copper in the system of soybean protection against bacterial diseases has been analyzed and recommended.

The list of the avifauna wintering in the water area of the Kazantip Nature Reserve on observations of 2012-2019, including information about the duration of stay and number of the considered individuals is given. Abiotic and biocenotic characteristics of the water area of Azov Sea providing productivity of a trophic chain are given. The results of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of zooplankton, species diversity of macrozoobenthos and fish of the coastal area of the reserve, which were carried out for the first time in winter, have been conducted. Analysis of trophic structure of wintering species is given.

The title of this text, From the Book of Madness and Atrocity, published here for the first time, indicates its generic and stylistic specificity, its fragmentary, incomplete character. It suggests that this text is part of a greater whole, still incomplete, or one that cannot be grasped. In this sense Śreniowski refers to the topos of inexpressibility of the Holocaust experience. The text is reflective in character, full of metaphor, and its modernist style does not shun pathos. Thus we have here meditations emanating a poetic aura, not a report or an account of events. The author emphasises the desperate loneliness of the dying, their solitude, the incommensurability of the ghetto experience and that of the occupation, and the lack of a common fate of the Jews and the Poles (“A Deserted Town in a Living Capital”; “A Town within a Town”; “And the Capital? A Capital, in which the town of a death is dying . . . ? Well, the Capital is living a normal life. Under the occupation, indeed . . . .”).

In these studies, a comprehensive assessment of the effect of the drugs «Carofertin» and «Hemobalance» on the reproductive function of oocyte donor cows was carried out. At the same time, the effect of these drugs on the biochemical parameters of blood serum, as well as on the concentration of progesterone, carotene in the experimental groups and the activity of the ovaries in the experimental animals was assessed. An increase in the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the first and third experimental groups was found, which amounted to 128.80 and 104.6 IU / L. There was also a decrease in the concentration of cholesterol in the experimental groups compared with the control. The maximum concentration of carotene was noted in the experimental group No. 1, which were injected with «Carofertin» subcutaneously, and in the experimental group No. 3, which were injected with «Carofertin» and «Hemobalance». The maximum concentration of progesterone was also noted in groups No. 3 and No. 1 and amounted to 21.98±3.03 and 17.01±9.68 nmol / l, respectively. In the course of ultrasound examination of the ovaries in experimental animals, a relationship was noted between the concentration of progesterone and the intensity of the blood supply of the corpus luteum on the ovaries in experimental animals. Subsequently, in one animal from each experimental group, oocytes were aspirated (OPU) twice with an interval of two weeks and their qualitative and quantitative characteristics were assessed. The maximum number of oocytes suitable for use was noted in the experimental group No. 3, which was injected with both study drugs.
