Sensitivity of phytopathogenic and nodule bacteria of soybeans to microelements preparations obtained by electropulse ablation

Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of soybean yields largely depend on the effectiveness of measures against pathogens caused by phytopathogenic bacteria, which lead to the loss of 30-40% of grain yield. One of the elements of biologization is the use of trace elements in the cultivation of soybeans. The work has been devoted to determining the sensitivity of highly active strains of nodule bacteria and representatives of pathogens of soybean bacteriosis to trace elements preparations Dobrodiy Comfort and Dobrodiy Comfort-Copper, which were obtained by electropulse ablation, and comparing their action with traditional chemical pesticides. For comparison, the drugs of traditional cultivation of soybeans have been used: Rankona, Maxim XL, Rydomil Gold, Propuls. Classical microbiological, phytopathological, statistical method shas been used in the work. In particular, the reliability of the influence of factors has been established by the value of the probability level "p", which was calculated using the program STATISTICA 8. The obtained results have indicated a high sensitivity of yellow pigment pathogens of soybean bacteriosis to preparations Dobrodiy Comfort and Dobrodiy Comfort-copper in native form. The causative agent of angular spot of soybeans has not been sensitive to these compositions. Study have shown that Dobrodiy Comfort and Dobrodiy Comfort-copper are non-toxic to bacteria of the genus Bradyrhizobium and Rhizobium. According to the results of preparations titration, work has been determined that the effect of these preparations on phytopathogens remains in the range of 10-3-10-4. According to the For the first time absence of antibacterial activity at the specified dilution and toxic effect on nodule bacteria, the use of ecological drugs Dobrodiy-Comfort and Dobrodiy Comfort-Copper in the system of soybean protection against bacterial diseases has been analyzed and recommended.

This paper analyzes the current state of landscaping in Ishim. The data on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of woody plants have been obtained for the first time; the assessment of trees and shrubs state is based on the analysis of the vitality index. A database of green plants within 21 objects in Ishim was created and analyzed. The paper also contains data on the species diversity of trees and shrubs in Ishim. It turned out that the objects under study have trees and shrubs placed in special dividing strips, linearly, in rows or in small compact groups, less often they are planted singly. The species composition is represented by 47 species from 28 genera, 16 families and 2 divisions. The biomorphological structure is represented by trees (25, or 53% of species) and shrubs (22, or 47% of species). The total composition of tree and shrub plantations, determined by the number of trunks (bushes) and the percentage of woody plants, is 2854; the composition of the preserved ones is 2 815 (99%) pieces; the ones assigned for removal are 39 (1%) pcs. The vitality index shows that among 85% of the studied objects of the town at the time of the survey were healthy, among 10% of the objects they were qualified as damaged, among 5% of them were severely damaged. Based on the results of examining crowns and trunks of woody plants, signs of diseases and pests, a plan of measures for the treatment, restoration and preservation of woody plants was drawn up and recommendations were given for caring, sanitary felling and removal of single specimens.

The list of the avifauna wintering in the water area of the Kazantip Nature Reserve on observations of 2012-2019, including information about the duration of stay and number of the considered individuals is given. Abiotic and biocenotic characteristics of the water area of Azov Sea providing productivity of a trophic chain are given. The results of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of zooplankton, species diversity of macrozoobenthos and fish of the coastal area of the reserve, which were carried out for the first time in winter, have been conducted. Analysis of trophic structure of wintering species is given.

In these studies, a comprehensive assessment of the effect of the drugs «Carofertin» and «Hemobalance» on the reproductive function of oocyte donor cows was carried out. At the same time, the effect of these drugs on the biochemical parameters of blood serum, as well as on the concentration of progesterone, carotene in the experimental groups and the activity of the ovaries in the experimental animals was assessed. An increase in the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the first and third experimental groups was found, which amounted to 128.80 and 104.6 IU / L. There was also a decrease in the concentration of cholesterol in the experimental groups compared with the control. The maximum concentration of carotene was noted in the experimental group No. 1, which were injected with «Carofertin» subcutaneously, and in the experimental group No. 3, which were injected with «Carofertin» and «Hemobalance». The maximum concentration of progesterone was also noted in groups No. 3 and No. 1 and amounted to 21.98±3.03 and 17.01±9.68 nmol / l, respectively. In the course of ultrasound examination of the ovaries in experimental animals, a relationship was noted between the concentration of progesterone and the intensity of the blood supply of the corpus luteum on the ovaries in experimental animals. Subsequently, in one animal from each experimental group, oocytes were aspirated (OPU) twice with an interval of two weeks and their qualitative and quantitative characteristics were assessed. The maximum number of oocytes suitable for use was noted in the experimental group No. 3, which was injected with both study drugs.

Background: A novel type of control strategy is presented for control of chaotic systems particularly a chaotic robot in joint and workspace which is the result of applying fractional calculus to dynamic sliding mode control. Objectives: To guarantee the sliding mode condition, control law is introduced based on the Lyapunov stability theory. Methods: A control scheme is proposed for reducing the chattering problem in finite time tracking and robust in presence of system matched disturbances. Conclusion: Also, all of chaotic robot's qualitative and quantitative characteristics have been investigated. Numerical simulations indicate viability of our control method. Results: Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the chaotic robot are all proven to be viable thru simulations.

Single-crystalline GeS nanoribbons were synthesized by chemical vapor deposition for the first time. The nanoribbon photodetectors respond to the entire visible incident light with a response edge at around 750 nm and a high responsivity, indicating their promising application for high performance broadband visible-light photo-detection.

Abstract In 2017, an expedition of the Institute of Archeology of the University of Rzeszów (Poland) carried out excavations on a hillfort belonging to the Scythian cultural circle (its forest-steppe variant) in Chotyniec, in south-eastern Poland. The hillfort is the central and most important point of a large settlement cluster, which is the furthest north-western enclave of this cultural circle. In an excavated cult object – the so-called ‘zolnik’ – we made an interesting discovery. Here we show this unique finding for the first time: a Greek wine amphora, from the beginning of the sixth century BC. We were able to explore and reconstruct it almost entirely. Amphora is the only artefact of this type found in the present Polish borders. The amphora was subjected to archaeometric research with the use of PLM, SEM/EDS, TXRF and ToF SIMS. The massive fabric was made of high calcium clay enriched in quartz and volcanic lithoclasts. The lack of chromium and nickel among trace elements makes the vessel different from the amphoras from the Eastern Meditteranean analysed so far, suggesting a specific workshop. Red painting was executed with very fine grained iron compounds predominantly based on aluminosilicates, enriched in phosphorus. Obviously, since it is associated with the presence of Scythians in Eastern Europe, it simultaneously delimits (geography-wise) the borders of Greek influence.

Socio-economic development is a systematic procedure for improving the standard of living, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the goods consumed by the public. Based on the health situation of the population in the region, appropriate guidelines are set. In the context of regional specifics, targeted programs are being laid and implemented, which at the same time depend on the health of the population and are aimed, in fact, at improving the quality of its health. According to the subject of this article, the leading factor of socio-economic growth is the health of the population, it will be evaluated as a catalyst for the desired regional development.
