ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to determine the significant effect of transformational leadership and working environment to the employee performance. This study used explorative descriptive method, with sample respondents 52 employees of state court Raba Bima District taken by using total population sampling technique. The data gathered were analized by SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study showed that the analysis of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation as Y = 1.282+0.438X1+0.253 X2 It means that variable of transformational leadership style and working environment have a positive contribution for increasing employee performance, and was supported by The Correlation coefision (R) is 0.733. Thus, there was a strong and positive relationship between transformational leadership style and working condition to the employee performance. According to the result of t test and F-test which has significant probability less than 0,05, it means that all hypothesis stated in this studi are significantly accepted

This research is based on the importance of transformational leadership styles and workmorale on employee performance. The formulation of the problem in this study iswhether transformational leadership style (X1) and morale (X2) have a significant andpartially significant effect on employee performance (Y), the research objective is todetermine the effect of transformational leadership style (X1) and morale (X2) onemployee performance (Y) raffles city hotel Bengkulu. The object of this study isBengkulu City Hotel Raffles employees with a total sampling method, which isexplained by respondents in this study were 31 employees. Methods of data collectionusing observation and questionnaires, data analysis techniques using the classicassumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesistesting. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression testusing SPSS namely Y = 7.175 + 0.396X1 + 0.512X2. The analysis found thattransformational leadership style (X1) had a positive effect on employee performanceand morale (X2) also had a positive effect on employee performance (Y). Testing thehypothesis of the t test and F test shows that both variables significantly influenceemployee performance (Y) with a significance level <0.05. This means that Ho wasrefused Ha was accepted. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Spirit, Employee Performance.

The study sought to examine the extent to which directive and achievement-oriented path-goal leadership styles influence employee performance of coffee trading companies in Kenya. The positivism philosophy was adopted and the design used was a descriptive correlational research design. The population for the study was 180 senior managers of coffee trading companies in Kenya. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The descriptive statistics were mean and standard deviation while the inferential statistical analysis included correlational analysis, chi-square and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis revealed that directive leadership style negatively and significantly predict employee performance, R2= 0.035, F(1, 114) = 4.141,  p≤ .05, β = -0.153, p≤ .05. Multiple linear regression analysis further revealed that achievement-oriented leadership style positively and significantly predicted employee performance, R2= 0.161, F(1, 116) = 20.686, p ≤. .05, β = 0.391, p≤ .05. The study provided a unique contribution to the theory and practice of leadership by contributing to knowledge in the application of Path-goal leadership styles in coffee trading companies. The study findings led to the conclusion that the use of a directive leadership style in coffee trading companies can adversely affect performance and leaders should exercise caution if they have to use this style.

A leader as an individual is a personality dealing with a number of other individuals, each of whom is also a personality. The style of leadership and motivation is important in a modern era where the organization demo democracy in the implementation of work and work motivation is good, a result that may arise from a leadership style and poor motivation is a decline in employee performance that will have an impact on total performance decline company. The problems in the review of the above description can be formulated as follows. Is there any influence between leadership style to the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, is there any influence between the motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, among the variables - style of leadership and motivation which dominant influence on employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Sumber Mas 93 people, The sample is determined by proportional random sampling technique, with 75 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method.Based on the results of the research obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.741 + 0.208 + 0.160 , While from the test partial hypothesis (t test) obtained t count from leadership style variables of 3.373T arithmetic motivation variable as much as 2.832 where the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis is received. The coefficient of determination (Adjust R2) of 0.324 is the performance of employees of PT Sumber Mas influenced by the style of leadership and motivation, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables in the research. Keywords:Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Performance

Purpose. Formulations of the problem in this research is there any influence leadership style and discipline to employee performance. Design/methodology.  This research was associative. The location of this study addressed at Jalan Sudirman No. 01 KM. 10 Village Cambai District of Cambai Prabumulih zip code 31141. The sample in this study as many as 50 people, with saturated Sampling analysis techniques. The data used are primary data. Data were collected through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). Finding. Results of the testing that has been done from this study indicate that the multiple linear regression calculation results obtained Y = 1.881 + 0,391X1 + 0,354X2, for the F test obtained Fhitung (9.175)> F table (3.20), meaning that there is influence leadership style and discipline work on employee performance SDOs Cambai Prabumulih, for the t test of leadership style variable (X1) obtained t (4.333)> t table (2.011), meaning that the leadership style partially influence on employee performance. T test variable work discipline (X2) obtained t (2.545)> t table (2.011), meaning that the work discipline partially influence on employee performance.

The purpose of the research in the know the leadership style and motivation that can improve employee performance so that the research will take the title: Influence of Leadership style and employee performance motivation at PT. Tae Jong Indonesia. In this study used 30 Sample respondents. The data analysis methods used are statistical tests using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, double correlation, coefficient of determination in hypotheses test. The test results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence between the leadership force on employee performance, and there was an insignificant influence between the motivation to employee performance, a known formula of multiple linear regression equations: Y = 20,170 + 0.433 X1 + 0.045 X2 with R2 value = 0.648. Proven that the leadership style and motivation to employee performance variables are 42% while the remaining 58% is influenced by other factors not researched in this study, and based on hypothesis testing results by using T-Test (partial) The result of leadership style which means leadership style Thitung > This (3.437 > 2.051) shows that Ho is rejected and H1 accepted which means leadership style is positively influential towards employee performance The motivation with the < this (0.475 < 2.051) Thitung indicates that Ho is accepted and the H1 is rejected which means that motivation has no effect on employee performance. Based on test results F (simultaneous) obtained the result of Fcountdown > Ftabel (9.776 > 3.34) showed. H1 acceptance, so it can be concluded that leadership style and motivation affect employee performance at PT. Tae Jong Indonesia.
