This research is based on the importance of transformational leadership styles andwork morale on employee performance. The formulation of the problem in this studyis whether transformational leadership style (X1) and morale (X2) have a significantand partially significant effect on employee performance (Y), the research objectiveis to determine the effect of transformational leadership style (X1) and morale (X2)on employee performance (Y) raffles city hotel Bengkulu. The object of this study isBengkulu City Hotel Raffles employees with a total sampling method, which isexplained by respondents in this study were 31 employees. Methods of datacollection using observation and questionnaires, data analysis techniques using theclassic assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis andhypothesis testing. This study aims to determine “Effect Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, And Job Satisfaction Where Performance Dinas Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Barat by the respondents as many as 90 (ninety) people. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to the entire population that can be used for analysis. Hypothesis testing is performed using data analysis techniques through multiple regression.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that of the three independent variables, transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction significant effect on performance (the dependent variable). The magnitude of the effect of variable Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction of the performance variable (dependent variable) amounted to 60.2% or the value of R Square of 0.602 remaining 39.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study model.

<p>Transactional leadership is described as providing an explanation of employees responsibilities and rewards they can expect if the specified standards is achieved. Transformational leadership approach motivates employees, so that they can thrive and achieve high levels of performance. In addition it is also necessary to support the performance of the good discipline of employees. Broadcasting companies who have employees working on the division of operational and management needed different leadership style to support the realization of optimal performance.</p><p> This study used a qualitative approach. Sample was 136 people who are determined by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used Likert scale models. Data analysis using validity test, realibitas test, the classical assumption, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of correlation coefficients and determination.</p><p> The results showed that together transactional leadership styles, transformational leadership styles, work discipline affect the performance of the company's employees broadcasting. Partially transactional and transformational leadership style had no effect on performance. This research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational and transactional leadership styles on employee performance at the Indonesian National Electricity Company (PT PLN) main office. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive-causality research type. Sampling was done by a non-probability sampling method of saturated sample type, with the number of respondents being 73 people. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Our result shows that the transformational leadership style is influential and significant to performance, while the style of transactional leadership has no effect and no significance to the performance of employees.

This research was conducted at the Spazzio Kuta Bali hotel using saturated samples of 35 employees. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, where the better the application of transformational leadership is ensured also the higher the level of motivation of work held by employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if transformational leadership goes well and effectively it can have an effect on improving employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the higher the work motivation of the employee, the higher the level of employee performance. Work motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate transformational leadership style towards employee performance, that is if the applied leadership style can precisely direct organizational goals with individual needs, the higher the motivation of the subordinates which will further improve their performance. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style and employee motivation toward organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Ganesha Emas Dwipa Denpasar Branch. The number of target population of this study as much as 33 respondents Data collection is done through observation, interviews and questionnaires. This study uses instrument test by using multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the analysis results found that organizational culture, transformational leadership style, and employee motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Partially organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership style partially positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, while employee motivation partially have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Commitment can be achieved if individuals in the organization are aware of their rights and obligations in the organization regardless of position and position of each individual, because the achievement of organizational goals is the result of the work of all members of the organization that are collective.

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

This study studies any factors that can improve the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, discussed work Performance (X1), and seniority (X2). The object of this research is the company employees of PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama, which gathered 60 people. The sampling method in this study is total sampling by taking an object or participating to take a sample. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the work performance reward and seniority variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama.

The study sought to examine the extent to which directive and achievement-oriented path-goal leadership styles influence employee performance of coffee trading companies in Kenya. The positivism philosophy was adopted and the design used was a descriptive correlational research design. The population for the study was 180 senior managers of coffee trading companies in Kenya. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The descriptive statistics were mean and standard deviation while the inferential statistical analysis included correlational analysis, chi-square and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis revealed that directive leadership style negatively and significantly predict employee performance, R2= 0.035, F(1, 114) = 4.141,  p≤ .05, β = -0.153, p≤ .05. Multiple linear regression analysis further revealed that achievement-oriented leadership style positively and significantly predicted employee performance, R2= 0.161, F(1, 116) = 20.686, p ≤. .05, β = 0.391, p≤ .05. The study provided a unique contribution to the theory and practice of leadership by contributing to knowledge in the application of Path-goal leadership styles in coffee trading companies. The study findings led to the conclusion that the use of a directive leadership style in coffee trading companies can adversely affect performance and leaders should exercise caution if they have to use this style.

ABSTRACTThis study basically aims to analyze the influence of corporate culture and transformational leadership styles onorganizational commitment and employee performance in PPPPTK/VEDC Malang. In addition, analyze organizationalcommitment mediates the influence of corporate culture and transformational leadership styles on employeeperformance. The population of this study are Civil Servants and the sample size is 78 employees. Data collectionuses the questionnaire (set of written questions addressed to the respondent) and analyses method is Path Analysis.The results show that the corporate culture significantly influences to organizational commitment, whereas transformationalleadership style does not. Corporate culture, transformational leadership style and organizational commitmentinfluence to the performance of employees. Organizational commitment may mediate the influence of corporateculture on employee’s performance, but organizational commitment is not able to mediate the influence oftransformational leadership styles to the employee performance.Keywords: corporate culture, transformational leadership, commitment, employee performance
