The article deals with the problem of choosing OF the parameters of vibration dampers for hydraulic circuits of control systems, taking into account the provision of dynamic accuracy of the system after their installation. The concept of a correction factor, which is the ratio of Laplace images of the corresponding parameters of the working medium in the hydraulic circuit before and after the damper installation is introduced. A dependence that associate the relative deviation of the system-controlled parameter with the correction factor is obtained. A condition for checking the effectiveness of the damper, taking into account the preservation of the required quality of regulation in the system is formulated.

The results of examining the number of germs in the operating room of the Jombang Nahdlatul Ulama House have fulfilled the required requirements of 153 CFU/m3, 145 CFU/m3 and 85 CFU/m3. A high number of germs will provide a great risk for nosocomial infections. The purpose of this study was to study the sterilization instructions for airborne germ rates, with a sample size of 30. The results of this study produced airborne germ before and after the sterilization process, which were 78 CFU m3, 90 CFU/m3, 91 CFU/m3, 71 CFU/m3 and 74 CFU/m3, then after the sterilization process 63 CFU/m3 , 69 CFU/m3, 60 CFU/m3, 64 CFU/m3 and 64 CFU / m3. There was a decrease in numbers from day 1 to day 5 by 15 CFU / m3, 21 CFU/m3, 31 CFU/m3, 7 CFU/m3, 10 CFU/m3. The number of germs in the operating room both before and after did not meet the required quality requirements, but there was a reduction after sterilization. The different test showed a significant difference (α<0.05) so that this study could undeniably represent the process of sterilization of the quality of airborne germ numbers in the hospital operating room. Keywords: sterilization; germ count; nosocomial infection ABSTRAK Hasil pemeriksaan angka kuman pada ruang operasi Rumah Nahdlatul Ulama Jombang 3 tahun terakhir hasilnya tdak memenuhi baku mutu yang dipersyaratkan yakni 153 CFU/m3, 145 CFU/m3 dan 85 CFU/m3.

The article deals with the comparative analysis of the quality of adaptive thermal object control systems with reference models using the modified MIT rule and Lyapunov rule, implemented in MATLAB-Simulink software complexes (PCs). The proposed control algorithms were tested in laboratory condi-tions and provided the required quality of transition process in a thermal object.

The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze public perception on urban services before and after the expansion of the region, (2) analyze the level of people's satisfaction with urban services, and (3) analyze the determinants of the variables that determine what level of people's satisfaction urban services. This study concluded that first, after the expansion, the quality of urban services in South Tangerang City is better than before. Secondly, however, public satisfaction with the services only reached 48.53% (poor scale). Third, by using a Cartesian Diagram, the second priority that must be addressed are: (1) clarity of service personnel, (2) the discipline of service personnel, (3) responsibility for care workers; (4) the speed of service, (5) the ability of officers services, (6) obtain justice services, and (7) the courtesy and hospitality workers.

Zakat is one of the five pillars of Islam which has a function of faith, social and economic functions. Muslims who can pay zakat are required to give at least 2.5 per cent of their wealth. The problem of poverty prevalent in disadvantaged regions because of the difficulty of access to information and communication led to a gap that is so high in wealth and resources. The instrument of zakat provides a paradigm in the achievement of equitable wealth distribution and healthy circulation. Zakat potentially offers a better life and improves the quality of human being. There is a human quality improvement not only in economic terms but also in spiritual terms such as improving religiousity. This study aims to examine the role of zakat to alleviate humanitarian issues in disadvantaged regions such as Sijunjung, one of zakat beneficiaries and impoverished areas in Indonesia. The researcher attempted a Cibest method to capture the impact of zakat beneficiaries before and after becoming a member of Zakat Community Development (ZCD) Program in material and spiritual value. The overall analysis shows that zakat has a positive impact on disadvantaged regions development and enhance the quality of life of the community. There is an improvement in the average of mustahik household incomes after becoming a member of ZCD Program. Cibest model demonstrates that material, spiritual, and absolute poverty index decreased by 10, 5, and 6 per cent. Meanwhile, the welfare index is increased by 21 per cent. These findings have significant implications for developing the quality of life in disadvantaged regions in Sijunjung. Therefore, zakat is one of the instruments to change the status of disadvantaged areas to be equivalent to other areas.

In construction production, the safety of constructing buildings and structures is achieved by ensuring the required quality as a result of systematic construction control based on the implementation of a complex of technical, economic and organizational measures at all stages of the object's life cycle. The article deals with the actual problem of improving the quality of construction products-buildings and structures in conjunction with the activities of construction control bodies. The article presents the advanced foreign and domestic experience of ensuring the quality control at the construction sites, providing for the prevention of the underlying causes of defects and increasing the interest of the contractors directly. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation with quality control at the construction market, ways to improve its efficiency by developing a unified system of technological implementation of relevant requirements for the quality of construction products, determining the rational number and business load of construction control engineers, as well as the active activities of self-regulatory organizations in this area are offered.

Introduction: There is a decline in male fertility thus new treatments are needed. Aims: To test the efficacy of a new dietary supplement developed in the USA and registered as a curing drug in Hungary (OGYI). Methods: In a clinical trial 100 men with low sperm quality (spermium count 5–20 M/ml, good motility 10–40%, and adverse shape 30–50%) were examined. Results: Sperm parameters were measured before and after a 3-month treatment and after another 3-month without treatment. This dietary supplement statistically and clinically significantly improved sperm count and motility. In 74 cases this dietary supplement demonstrated a beneficial effect on sperm quality (more than 10% increase in sperm count, or quality of motility, or shape); in 16 cases the improvement exceeded 30%. No adverse effect could be accounted for this treatment. Conclusions: This new dietary supplement may contribute to the treatment of male infertility. Orv. Hetil., 2012, 153, 1787–1792.
