Abstract The new Wuqing 70 m radio telescope is firstly used for the downlink data reception in the first Mars exploration mission of China, and will be used for the other deep space communications and radio astronomical observations in the future. The main specifications and measurement results of some properties in X-band are introduced in this paper, such as pointing calibration, gain and efficiency, system noise temperature, system equivalent flux density, and variations with elevation. The 23 parameters pointing calibration model considering the atmospheric refraction correction in real time is presented in the telescope, and the pointing accuracy is reached 5.70″ in azimuth direction and 6.07″ in elevation direction respectively for different weather condi-tions. More than 62% efficiencies are achieved at full elevation range, and more than 70% in the mid-elevation. The system equivalent flux density of X-band in the mid-elevation is reached 26 Jy.

Introduction. Peas are among the most common legumes in Ukraine, so the creation and introduction into production of new varieties has a significant economic effect. The main purpose of its breeding is to create highly adaptable to biotic and abiotic factors varieties, the yield of which would be stable for many years. Matcrials and mcth0ds. Field studies were conducted in the central zone of Odessa region during 2018–2021. Control nursery, ecological, preliminary and competitive testing were sown in plots 10 m long with a seeder “Klen-1.5C”, sowing of breeding and collection nurseries was carried out manually in a wide rows with 45 sm. In the process of vegetation conducted phenological ob- servations, the necessary accounting and evaluation. Plots of control, ecological, preliminary and competitive testing were harvested with a breeding combine “Sampo-130”, plants of selection and collection nurseries were tied into sheaves and then threshed on a thresher. Seed yield was calculated at 14% humidity. Rcsults and discussi0n. Under arid condi- tions in 2018–2020, the yield of all varieties and breeding lines was low, which indicates the need to strengthen breeding research to improve the adaptive characteristics of the new source material. Analysis of the results of our own research and a large volume of literature sources show that the creation of varieties with a more stable level of productivity will take place gradually through the consistent accumulation of positive gene loci using complex stepwise crosses and large volumes of hybrid populations of early generations, and effective selection highly adaptive forms. The network of ecological tests is of great importance. Under optimal moisture conditions, the yield of the best varieties reaches 5.0 t / ha, and in some recombinant lines exceeds this value. The identification of donors and sources of drought and heat resistance among the world gene pool is becoming increasingly important. It is especially important to identify the genetic loci of these traits by genetic molecular research methods.

Assuming that social health status affects the level of human capital, the priority of every modern state should be to ensure that its citizens are provided with adequate health condi-tions, and thus a sense of health safety. Consequently, state activities aimed at managing safety in the field of health policy should translate into both productivity and working efficiency of society, which in turn should stimulate the economic development of the country. This paper attempts to present selected health safety measures to improve the health of the population with the example of the activities of the EU and public institutions in selected voivodeships imple-menting the principles of sustainable development and long-term investment in society. In this paper, an analysis of documents relating to direct actions with regard to this issue has been used as a research method. The conducted research shows that the cooperation of EU Member States creates a platform for cooperation on combating health inequalities and basic social determinants of health, the aim of which is to improve the health and quality of life of EU citizens, which in turn should translate into accelerating economic development.

Modern energy systems are at the stage of global transformations affecting the function-ing of industries and spheres of activity. The changes that are taking place are not always positive. For example, the unreliability of re-newable energy in difficult weather condi-tions has led to problems with energy supply to European consumers in 2020–2021. The article shows the feasibility of using the ter-minological and mathematical apparatus of economic synergy for the analysis and fore-casting of indicators of energy systems. In particular, it is proposed to take into account the partial reversibility of evolutionary pro-cesses in the strategic planning of energy development.

The article presents the results of a study of the processes of implementing the principle of "formation of a labor incentive program" of the F. Taylor scientific management system, formed to manage enterprises as socio-economic systems of the microeconomic level, in relation to the modern macroeco-nomic system of socio-economic develop-ment at the state (national economy) level. The features of the implementation of the principle of the "labor incentive program" in the implementation of the processes of managing the socio-economic development of Russia both in conditions of nominal eco-nomic stability and in objectively crisis condi-tions of management are demonstrated. The problems of implementation of the principle of "formation of the labor incentive program" in the management of the national socio-economic system in modern conditions are analyzed, and proposals are formulated to ensure its implementation.

The article is devoted to the study of the effect of biofertilizers on the number of different groups of soil microarthropods of chernozem of ordinary agrocenosis of perennial grasses in the condi-tions of the Lower Don. Most groups of mites and collembolus on the agrocenosis of perennial grasses, being saprophages by the nature of nutrition, undoubtedly play an important role in the circulation of substances, indirectly affecting the productivity of the agrocenosis. It was found that when applying the biofertilizer "Vesna", the number of all groups of microarthropods at the exper-imental site exceeded the control indicators by 1.5 times. All groups of ticks showed a large num-ber, gamase and shell ticks prevailed. The number of leg-tails was less than the number of ticks in the experimental area, but it turned out to be higher than the number of leg-tails in the control ar-ea. The vertical distribution of microarthropods in the horizon of 0-20 cm of the chernozem of the ordinary agrocenosis of perennial grasses was characterized by an uneven distribution: basically all groups of ticks and longtails are concentrated in the horizon of 0-10 cm, which is determined by the gradient of hydrothermal conditions and the distribution of root systems of plants of agro-cenosis.

The article presents the results of the study of grapevine genetic resources at Don Ampelo-graphic Collection named after Ya.I. Potapenko (Novocherkassk, Rostov re-gion). In 2016–2020, agrobiological, uvologi-cal, chemical and technological study of 9 ta-ble varieties and 2 technical varieties of the Moldovan breeding was carried out. The pur-pose of the research was to determine the adaptive potential of varieties in the condi-tions of the Lower Don region and to accu-mulate material for the database. According to the complex of economically valuable signs (a high percentage of blooming eyes, fruit-bearing shoots, yield, sugar and acid content, organoleptic assessment), the following varie-ties stand out: Skorenskiy krasnyy, Moldova, Zvezdnyy, Vierul–59, Marshalskiy. The tech-nical variety of Norok was distinguished by the productivity and high quality of the wine, the wine tasting score was 8.7 points. The Pyfos variety can be recommended for selec-tion for winter hardiness (the safety of the eyes is 97.6 %) and productivity (the percent-age of fruitful shoots is 90.7, and the coeffi-cient of fruitfulness of shoots is 1.6).

The purpose of this study was to determine the heritability of certain traits under low temperatures both at the stage of early plant development and at the haploid level, while identifying potentially stress resistant and productive hybrids. 14 simple hybrids of the first generation were used as the initial materi-al. The variability of signs of early development of plants and male gametophyte under low temperatures was evaluated. The coefficients of heritability of maternal and paternal genotypes under stressful condi-tions are calculated. A reliable dependence of the variability of the "pollen grain diameter" trait on the interaction of parental genotypes with a stress factor is shown. Hybrids Mo17xN6, Mo17xW23, A285xRf7, XL12xN6, XL12xP101 were the best in terms of the characteristics studied in the experiment.

The variability of quantitative traits (plant height, spike length, apical internode length, number of spikelets and grains per spike, number of productive tillers per plant) in barley calcaroides mutant of cv. Sonor induced by gamma rays (250 Gy) has been studied. The analysis of variance showed that year condi-tions were mainly responsible (10.59 to 46.96%) for variation of studied traits, followed by the genotype (1.48 to 20.5%) and the interaction of these factors (1.94 to 8.64%), with only one exception for number of grains per spike. Variation of this trait depends mostly on genotype factors. The mean values of all studied traits of mutant form were lower than of Sonor variety. This morphological mutant has a scientific importance.

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a global healthcare crisis with an estimated 10 million new cases and 1.4 million deaths per year TB is caused by infection with the major human pathogen Mycobacte-rium tuberculosis, which is difficult to rapidly diagnose and treat. There is an urgent need for new methods of diagnosis, sufficient in vitro models which capably mimic all physiological condi-tions of the infection, and high-throughput drug screening platforms. Microfluidic-based tech-niques provide single-cell analysis which reduces experimental time, the cost of reagents, and have been extremely useful for gaining insight into monitoring microorganisms. This review out-lines the field of microfluidics and discusses the use of this novel technique so far in M. tuberculo-sis diagnostics, research methods, and drug discovery platforms. The practices of microfluidics have promising future applications for diagnosing and treating TB.
