Aim. The aim of the study is to assess the environmental problems and develop a proposal for the identification and analysis of the state of saline and solonetzic lands. Basing on this research, it is crucial to develop proposals for the effective use of lands for the agricultural needs in the first agro-climatic zone of the Stavropol Territory.Methods. Monitoring studies of agricultural lands were carried out using modern methods which include both remote sensing and annual local surveys in areas of the first agro-climatic zone of the Stavropol Territory. Based on this, agricultural land was divided into four groups: highly productive, productive, low productive and unproductive.Results. It has been established that the territory of the first agro-climatic zone is represented by agricultural lands for more than 95%, and over the 16-year study period, the area of these lands increased by 27,906 ha. Salinization of land is global in nature, since the total area of land with a degree of salinity is 644,334 ha, that is, more than 37% of agricultural land in this agroclimatic zone is already salinized to varying degrees. In addition, solonetzic complexes are widespread here.Conclusion. We have established that in order to increase the efficiency of the use of these lands, their qualitative zoning with the subsequent development of agromeliorative measures is necessary. This division of land reflects their qualitative condition, degree of exposure to various degradation processes, the possibility of further land use, a set of measures for the preservation, restoration and protection of these lands and securing the corresponding status of a particular zone based on the developed regulations.

The research of forest cover development on agricultural lands in the Perm Prikamye was carried the example of taiga and forest-steppe types of landscapes. The Babkinsko-Yugovskoy and Irensko-Kungursky landscapes were select for research. Received information about the geosystem condition in different years using remote sensing data. All landscape changes were record during the formed stable snow cover. As a result, was divide into two classes - forested and treeless areas. Established, the main natural factors of land differentiation by an areas and a pace of withdrawal from agricultural use are the small contours of agricultural land and differences in soil fertility. The growth pace of forest geosystems within the forest-steppe landscape was 2.5 times higher than of the taiga. The research of the dynamics of forest cover showed that in the Perm Prikamye in the forest-steppe landscape substitution of anthropogenic geosystems with natural-anthropogenic ("wild") accompanied by the development of forest biogeocenosis, not steppe.

Reliable information on the real state of agricultural lands will be required to the development of appropriate measures for the rational use of agricultural lands. To obtain such information, it is necessary to keep permanent and systematic records and inventories of land resources. Large-scale special plans and maps will be required for accounting, inventory and classification of agricultural land. Currently in Uzbekistan such cartographic materials are being created on the scale 1: 10 000 and 1: 25 000 by administrative and territorial units, farms or individual land plots. The article considers the issues of creation of special maps of agricultural land in scale 1:10000 on the example of Sharof Rashidov district of Jizzakh region using remote sensing data with very high spatial resolution KOMPSAT-3.

As the purpose of the study, the author reveals the problems of improving the quality accounting of agricultural land. The article examines the state of farmland, problems of land management, in particular in the field of agriculture. The omissions in the land legislation in relation to the classification of agricultural lands and their characteristics are revealed. The advantages of space monitoring of land areas are shown. The lack of economic criteria leads to ineffective planning, and in the future - irrational use of land areas. It has been determined that agricultural land that has been withdrawn from circulation is not effective in market economy, therefore, measures are required to involve them in circulation. The dependence of most industries on land quality determines the importance of choosing a methodology for assessing the quality of land. For the effective use of farmland, conscientious agricultural producers should be encouraged, which, in turn, will contribute to the increase in arable land, hayfields, pastures, and perennial plantings. The methods of correlating agricultural land to a specific type of agricultural land in foreign countries are generalized and examples of their improvement are given taking into account regional characteristics. Recommendations on improving the quality accounting of agricultural land using the example of GIS technologies were developed.

The article deals with the application of adaptive methods of capital management at enterprises of the Toktogul district of the Kyrgyz Republic. This area of economic work is considered a key point in the functioning of the firm. Questions of formation and effective use of own and borrowed capital largely depend on the use of modern methods of analysis.

Urbanization has been contributing more in global climate warming, with more than 50% of the population living in cities. Rapid population growth and change in land use / land cover (LULC) are closely linked. The transformation of LULC due to rapid urban expansion significantly affects the functions of biodiversity and ecosystems, as well as local and regional climates. Improper planning and uncontrolled management of LULC changes profoundly contribute to the rise of urban land surface temperature (LST). This study evaluates the impact of LULC changes on LST for 1997, 2007 and 2017 in the Rajshahi district (Bangladesh) using multi-temporal and multi-spectral Landsat 8 OLI and Landsat 5 TM satellite data sets. The analysis of LULC changes exposed a remarkable increase in the built-up areas and a significant decrease in the vegetation and agricultural land. The built-up area was increased almost double in last 20 years in the study area. The distribution of changes in LST shows that built-up areas recorded the highest temperature followed by bare land, vegetation and agricultural land and water bodies. The LULC-LST profiles also revealed the highest temperature in built-up areas and the lowest temperature in water bodies. In the last 20 years, LST was increased about 13ºC. The study demonstrates decrease in vegetation cover and increase in non-evaporating surfaces with significantly increases the surface temperature in the study area. Remote-sensing techniques were found one of the suitable techniques for rapid analysis of urban expansions and to identify the impact of urbanization on LST.
