One of the most important factors affecting the health of modern youth is nutrition. Taking into account the timeliness of this problem, a research aimed at improving the quality of nutrition for students of higher education institutions of various fields of study (Ufa, the Republic of Bashkortostan) was executed. A software directed at studying the nutritional composition of the diet of students was developed, registered and tested. The development and implementation of the program were carried out taking into account regional features of nutrition of the population of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The food ration of university students of various fields of study was also evaluated according to food groups. The insufficiency of the daily ration based on a number of indics was revealed (according to nutritional composition and food products. The nutritional status of students according to the level of insufficiency of daily intake of nutrients in order to identify the degree of risk of abnormalities in the state of health development was evaluated also. According to the document of the Government of the Russian Federation “Fundamentals of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of healthy nutrition of the population for the period until 2020”, implementation the development of a set of measures aimed at reducing the prevalence of diseases associated with nutrition is one of the main directions of the state policy in the field of healthy nutrition. In this regard, a conceptual medical-pedagogical model aimed at forming a system of values in relation to healthy lifestyle among students was developed. Currently, there was executed an evaluation of the effectiveness of this model in the educational process of the M. Akmulla Bashkir State Pedagogical University. There was also been studied content of macro- and microelements in the venous blood of the students based on the changes in the quality of nutrition. There was also conducted analysis of hygienic conditions of students’ educational environment of leading universities in Ufa (the Republic of Bashkortostan).

Political and legal aspects of ensuring the state and public security in modern Russia are characterized. The objective reasons and factors of emergence of terrorism in the modern state are generalized. The main general directions and institutional mechanisms of realization of a state policy of counteraction to terrorism in system of ensuring national security in Russia are revealed.

The article analyzes trends in the development of digitalization of the economy of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan; reveals the regional aspect of the state of digital transformation of the Russian economy; examines the correlation of the digital economy of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Digital transformation of the economy, and in particular the bilateral cooperation plan between the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry digital development, defense and aerospace industry of Kazakhstan in the field of industrial and scientific-technical cooperation, promotes more effective engagement of countries in all regions. In the sphere of building a digital economy, cooperation between countries can have an emergent effect. An important component of the transition to the digital economy is the exchange of experience and accumulated knowledge at the interstate level. Russia and Kazakhstan, as strategic partners, have many points of contact in the field of digital economy. The authors noted the need for an integrated approach to the digital economy development in Russia and Kazakhstan, both at the microeconomic and at the macroeconomic level, the features of the digital economy in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, the basic characteristics of the directions of the state support in the field of digital economy, as well as the criteria of selection of projects, explored the actors involved in the creation of the digital economy, able to organize meetings of various institutions, ready to implement advanced information and communication solutions in various spheres of life. The paper analyzes the areas of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of information and digital technologies. Both in Russia and Kazakhstan, serious work is being done in the field of digitalization, programs have been adopted at the state level, and detailed schemes for moving the economy into a digital future are being developed. The creation of infrastructure for the digital economy implies a constant exchange of experience, the creation of a common digital agenda, to ensure technological compatibility of the two countries' actions. Digital transformation requires people who have a clear understanding of how to integrate new digital methods and processes into existing ways of working. Introduction. There are ongoing changes in the economic and social spheres associated with increased information. This trend is taking place in today 's world, as it is not possible for a biosocial entity to process such a huge body of information. That is why positive dynamics in digital innovation are needed. They penetrate all sectors of the economy, both as industrial internet and in the form of digital assets. Japan, Canada and the Nordic countries are leading the way in this area. In particular, we are talking about accounting and auditing activities in terms of accounting for digital assets, as well as other digital signs. Materials and methods: legislation and scientific literature revealing the state of the economy in Russia, digital technologies of importance in the digital development of our country. The following methods of scientific knowledge of research materials were used: analysis, synthesis, derivation, induction, comparative method, description, trend analysis, etc. The results: the results of the study revealed issues related to the development and analysis of the state of the digital economy in Russia, as well as identified existing problems and identified ways to solve them and prospects for development in the context of the implementation of the process of digitalization of the national economy. Discussion: The study made it possible to determine the current situation of the Russian economy and its relationship with digital technologies; Identify problems in the digital economy and propose solutions of their own. Conclusion: The study is devoted to the phenomenon of the application of the digital economy in Russia. Issues addressed include the emergence and development of digital technologies; The challenges of a full transition to the digital economy; Prospects for the development of digital technologies in the Russian Federation. The author focuses on problems related to insufficient financing of the digital economy, which affects the world rating of countries and points to the need to develop new ways of developing digital technologies. Based on the study of the factual material, it has been established that Russian organizations tend to fully transition to the digital economy. The state of development of the digital economy in the Russian Federation has been analyzed. The main prospects for the development of the digital economy in Russia have been identified. Conclusions have been drawn on this material and proposals have been formulated to overcome barriers related to the problems of development and introduction of the digital economy in the Russian Federation. Introduction. The current stage of development is characterized by widespread digitalization of almost all economy spheres. One of the key areas for the developing digital economy in the Russian Federation is investments and investment relations. The state supports and develops the investments in data-driven formation of the digital economy. The article examines some of the subjects of the country’s influence on the mechanisms for expanding the innovation investment sphere, regarding local development specifics. Theoretical analysis. There are two categories for considering government influence on investments in the digital economy – the investment climate and the country’s investment policy. The key part of the research process is a set of economic, sociological and statistical methods, as well as applied scientific analysis in digitalization field of public institutions, institutional investment and investment relations as part of the economic system. Empirical analysis. Analyzed topical aspects of state role on the investments development in a rapidly changing environment, divided them into six fundamental categories. The process is presented in the forms of activating the legislative process and the testing of regulatory “sandboxes”. The article describes the caution of the Russian Federation in choosing a supported investment industry, its type and accompanying regulatory legal acts. Results. The research shows the development aspects description chosen by the state to support investment in digital economy conditions and a fact analysis of the state methods of influence on investment relations in the context of global and country economy digitalization.
