Substitution is still a threat to the failure of ARV therapy so that no matter how small it must be noted and monitored in ARV therapy. The aims  was analysis risk factor substitution ARV first line in therapy ARV. This study was an analytic longitudinal study with retrospective secondary data analysis in a cohort of patients receiving ARV therapy at the District General Hospital of Buleleng District for the period of 2006-2015 and secondary data from medical records of PLHA patients receiving ART.  Result in this study that the percentage of first-line ARV substitution events is 9.88% (119/1204) who received ARV therapy for the past 11 years. Risk factors that increase the risk of substitution in ARV therapy patients are zidovudine (aOR 4.29 CI 1.31 -2.65 p 0.01), nevirapine (aOR1.86 CI 2.15 - 8.59 p 0.01) and functional working status (aOR 1.46 CI 1.13 - 1.98 p 0.01).

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a condition in which there is a gradual decline in kidney function. This disease is progressive and usually irreversible. Indications for hospitalized CKD patients with severe complications and do not allow inpatient therapy. This study was aimed to describe the overview and management of chronic kidney disease inpatient in Royal Prima General Hospital Medan. The type of research used is research with a descriptive and retrospective case study design. This study is based on medical record data related to inpatient CKD patients' diagnostic and management features at the Royal Prima General Hospital Medan in 2020. The research subjects were all inpatients diagnosed with CKD, whereas 100 research subjects with complete medical records were included in this study. It was found that the highest age group was 57-65 years, as much as 37.0%, and men as much as 27%. The chief complaint was shortness of breath at 43% and additional complaints, the most of which were fever + low back pain + edema at 38%. On physical examination, most of the inspections were weak, 55%. Most palpation was sociable 57%. There was auscultation of four abdominal regions and normal positive bowel sounds (93%). Complete blood count + blood sugar level + electrolytes + urea + creatinine 70%, the most combination medication is NaCl 0.9% + Furosemide injection 31%. Based on the length of stay, the longest was 13-14 days (20%).

This was an epidemiological study through a retrospective review of 215 medical records of patients with brain injury due to land traffic accidents treated at Ninh Binh Provincial General Hospital. Theresults showed that the majority of research subjects were male, accounting for 80.5%; The age group with higher prevalence of accidents was under 30 years old, accounting for 31.2%; The agegroup of 50-59 years old was at lower prevalence of accidents accounting for 15.8%. The time of the higher chance of occurring accident was between 4p.m and 11p.m daily. The majorityof traffic accidents occurred when riding motorbikes and electric bicycles (82.3%). About 75.0% of the victims received first aid with a gauze bandage; 5.4% of them had broken bones fixed. Amongthe brain injuries, 34.4% of the victims suffered from frontal trauma; 29.3% had unilateral cerebral hemisphere injury, 24.2% had temporal region injury, 15.8% had occipital region injury, and 8.4% ofvictims had parietal injury. More than half of the study subjects (53.5%) were hospitalized for 7-10 days. The rate of patients who have been discharged from the hospital with improved symptoms was81.4%; and 14.9% of patients were transferred to higher level hospitals.

For a trustworthy least-squares (LS) solution, a good description of the stochastic properties of the measurements is indispensable. For a terrestrial laser scanner (TLS), the range variance can be described by a power law function with respect to the intensity of the reflected signal. The power and scaling factors depend on the laser scanner under consideration, and could be accurately determined by means of calibrations in 1d mode or residual analysis of LS adjustment. However, such procedures complicate significantly the use of empirical intensity models (IM). The extent to which a point-wise weighting is suitable when the derived variance covariance matrix (VCM) is further used in a LS adjustment remains moreover questionable. Thanks to closed loop simulations, where both the true geometry and stochastic model are under control, we investigate how variations of the parameters of the IM affect the results of a LS adjustment. As a case study, we consider the determination of the Cartesian coordinates of the control points (CP) from a B-splines curve. We show that a constant variance can be assessed to all the points of an object having homogeneous properties, without affecting the a posteriori variance factor or the loss of efficiency of the LS solution. The results from a real case scenario highlight that the conclusions of the simulations stay valid even for more challenging geometries. A procedure to determine the range variance is proposed to simplify the computation of the VCM.
