Incidence of parasitic diseases is persistent vital bottle neck in livestock development in developing countries. Nasal schistosoma is one of the snail-born parasitic diseases. A six year HF cross bred bull was investigated with typical sings, proliferated nasal membrane with sessile, cauliflower like growth, mucopurulent discharge, dyspnoea, snoring during respiration. Main focus of this case study was on investigation and effectual treatment of nasal schistosomiasis. Three doses of Anthomaline @ 20 ml intramuscular according to the body weight of bull at weekly intervals was given. Significant recovery of clinical signs with regression of the growth and general improvement of health condition was observed within three weeks.

The common cause of all diseases is the accumulation of waste and poisonous matter in the body. The ancient and modern science of healthcare management described various modalities for the treatment of different diseases and naturopathy is one of them. Naturopathy is a natural system that removes toxic matter and strengthens physiological functioning of body. Naturopathy treats diseases without medication and generally not deteriorates functioning of vital organs of the body. Natural therapies such as; application of cold water compression, mud application, sun bath, lifestyle management and diet etc. cure diseases by stimulating vitality of the body. Present article explored use of naturopathy in case of diabetes, article summarized effect of naturopathy in the management of diabetes using a clinical case study. Abstract:-                         Skin diseases commonly known as Dermatitis, are occurs all over the world at significant levels. The skin is most important part of the body which protects the body from various external factors.                                     In the ayurvedic literature all skin diseases were included under the “Kushtharog” which is classified in two divisions i.e. Mahakushtha and kshudrakushtha. In ayurveda vicharchika is described under kshudrakushtha. All the clinical features of vicharchika are similar to eczema in modern dermatology.                                        Eczema which is also known as Atopic dermatitis , is refers to a group of inflammatory conditions, it affects the outer layer of the skin the epidermis.characterized by dry  itchy skin, which is classified in two phase i.e. acute phase and chronic phase. Dermatitis results from a variety of different causes and has various patterns.                        In ayurveda there are many formulations for internal and topical application mentioned by the different Acharays in samhitas, which can shows significant effect on vicharchika. Methodology:-  In this case Arogyavardhini vati and Gandhak rasayan administer orally and Karanj tailam topically   given to the patient. Result:- There is significant effect on clinical signs and symptoms of patient and size of affected area. Conclusion:- In this case study combine use of  Arogyavardhini vati and gandhak rasayan orally and Karanj tailam topically was very effective in reducing signs, symptoms, and size of affected area of vicharchika. .

Patients with Chronic Renal Failure experience an inability of the body to remove metabolic waste. Hemodialysis and regulation of nutritional intake are efforts to maintain their health condition. The information provided so that patients understand and comply with the therapy is very important to prevent emergency conditions. Therefore, Discharge Planning is very important on patients with Chronic Renal Failure to provide information concerning the sustainable health needs after patients’ discharge, implementing evaluation and directing the self-care. This study aimed to determine the management of Discharge Planning implementation for clients with chronic renal failure in the Hemodialysis Room at Ungaran General Hospital. The research design used was a case study with an embedded single case study. Participants in the study were nurses and patients with Chronic Renal Failure who were selected using purposive sampling. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and discharge planning documentation studies. The number of participants in the study were three nurse executors of hemodialysis and 3 patients who received hemodialysis therapy. Informant consent was submitted for the informants' approval prior to the interview. The data collected from the interviews were analyzed using pattern matching techniques. Based on the research, it shows that the role of nurses in the hemodialysis room is the most important in implementing Discharge Planning as educator executor, and managerial role is carried out by the head of the ward.

Objective: This study addressed a case of central post-stroke pain described as right arm painful with coldness and left lateral medullary infarction.Methods: A patient, 71 years old female with medullary infarction, was treated with a Korean herbal medication (BackJun-pill). The improvement of symptoms was evaluated using the Numeral Rating Scale and reports of coldness and pain in the affected areas. We also measured the body temperature difference between the left and right arms using digital infrared thermographic imaging (DITI).Results: After six weeks of treatment with Korean medicine, the patient’s pain and sensation of coldness decreased.Conclusions: This clinical case study suggests that BackJun-pill may be effective for alleviating pain and coldness due to central post-stroke pain.

Backgroud: The World Health Organization (WHO) explained that the number of Hyperemesis Gravidarum cases reached 12.5% of the total number of pregnancies in the world and the results of the Demographic Survey conducted in 2007, stated that 26% of women with live births experienced complications. The results of the observations conducted at the Midwife Supriyati Clinic found that pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum, with a comparison of 10 pregnant women who examined their contents there were about 4 pregnant women who complained of excessive nausea and vomiting. Objective: to determine the hyperemesis Gravidarum of pregnant mother in clinic. Methods: This study used Qualitative research methods by using a case study approach (Case Study.) Result: The description of excessive nausea of vomiting in women with Hipermemsis Gravidarum is continuous nausea and vomiting more than 10 times in one day, no appetite or vomiting when fed, the body feels weak, blood pressure decreases until the body weight decreases and interferes with daily activities days The factors that influence the occurrence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum are Hormonal, Diet, Unwanted Pregnancy, and psychology, primigravida does not affect the occurrence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Conclusion: Mothers who experience Hyperemesis Gravidarum feel nausea vomiting continuously more than 10 times in one day, no appetite or vomiting when fed, the body feels weak, blood pressure decreases until the weight decreases and interferes with daily activities, it is because there are several factors, namely, hormonal actors, diet, unwanted pregnancy, and psychology.
