Literatures search were carried out in December 2020 - January 2021 through PubMed, Sciencedirec, google scholar, government policy then entered the online database list by entering keywords, namely patient safety, nursing care, Covid-19. Selected journals were based on inclusion and exclusion criteria through a critical assessment process with CASP to assess the quality of articles. The results of the critical appraisal obtained six articles that match the inclusion criteria with a minimum appraisal score of 85 in good categories which are then carried out by analysts. While the sample in this study was 96 pregnant women. Before the data collection, a questionnaire was tested on 30 respondents. The data analysis in this study is univariate test, bivariate test, and multivariate test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that some of pregnant women in Pringsewu regency have good behaviour, namely 62,5%. The results showed that there were 5 variables that had a significant relationship with the behavior of pragnant women in complication preventif program including knowledge (p value 0,030),attitudes (p value 0,000), availability of infrastructure (p value 0,033), distance to health facilities (p value 0,030) and husband’s support (p value 0,017). The most dominant variable related to the behaviour of pregnant women in complication prevention program is attitude where has the highest OR value of 5,881. In order to inprove the behavior of the community, especially pregnant women in complication prevention program, the Departement of Health needs to empower the community such as implementing the standby village, so that the community is able to independently fulfill the health facilities or infrastructure that are not yet available, namely village ambulances and village blood banks to support the implementation of complication prevention program so as to reduce maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR).

Hypertension is dubbed the silent killer because this disease has no specific symptoms, hypertension can attack anyone, and at any time, and can cause degenerative diseases, to death. According to several studies, people with hypertension are 12 times more likely to have a stroke and 6 times more likely to have a heart attack. Hypertension is usually not realized by the public because the symptoms are not clear and resemble health complaints in general. Patients only find out that they have hypertension after checking their blood pressure, or after the onset of other diseases. Type of research is quantitative, analytical survey research design with Cross Sectional approach. The research population of all residents aged over 45 years who live in Bandar Lampung City based on data from the population and civil registration office of Bandar Lampung city in 2020 as many as 424,183 people, with the Proportional Random Sampling technique as many as 216 people. In this study, researchers used interview techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used Chi Square statistical test and Logistics Regression. The research was carried out on March 2021. Research result there was a correlation between caffeinee (p-value = 0.022, and OR = 1.951), smoking habits (p-value = 0.017, and OR = 2.006) obesity (p-value = 0.000, and OR = 3.580), physical activity (exercise) (p-value = 0.012, and OR = 2.078) with the incidence of hypertension in Bandar Lampung City in 2021. Obesity variable is the dominant factor that is most related to the incidence of hypertension in Bandar Lampung City in 2021 (p-value = 0.000, and OR = 32,891). This can be done by holding regular counseling at the Posyandu for the elderly and holding regular exercise programs at the Public Health Center, namely doing morning exercises with the community every Friday. Furthermore, leaflets can be distributed about hypertension when exercising at the Public Health Center, as well as posting posters about the importance of maintaining a healthy diet, maintaining an ideal body weight and exercising regularly in places that are easily accessible by the community, such as at the market, at the village hall. or at the community meeting hall.

The sampling technique is accidental sampling. Data was proceeded by computerized univariate and bivariate analysis. Statistical test using Wilcoxon test after the previous normality test. The results showed that there was a decrease in the level of dependence on self-care. The Z value shows the effect of behavioral therapy: token economy after and before the intervention of -4,414. From the results of the statistical test, it was found that the alpha value (p < 0.05), means that there is a significant effect before and after behavioral therapy: the token economy.

The instruments used in this study were questionnaire of the hospitals anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and questionnaire of fatigue, 30 female respondents who suffer from breast cancer and have undergone chemotherapy. Rank Spearman data analysis. P value = 0.000 and correlation coefficient value r = 0.671. There is a relationship between depression and fatigue in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy which has an impact on adherence to chemotherapy for breast cancer patients.
