<p>This research aim is to examine the effect of Organization Climate, Work Motivation and Organizational Justice on Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population are 50 Ursa Mayora Consultants. The data is collected by questionnaires and analyzed by path analysis. The test results prove that Organizational Climate, Work Motivation and Organizational Justice significantly affect on Employee Performance with OCB as mediation variable at CV. This research was conducted to investigate the influence of organizational climate and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in order to improve employee performance. The object of research is the employee of STIE Pasaman Simpang Empat. The research conducted by the kausalistik relationships method. The test results showed that the organizational climate significant effect on OCB, organizational commitment significant effect on OCB, organizational climate significant impact on performance, organizational commitment significant effect on the performance and OCB significant impact on performance. The results of this study imply that the leader of STIE Pasaman Simpang Empat in improving employee performance through increased OCB should begin with efforts to improve the organizational climate and organizational commitment. The objectives of this research was to study the effect of organizational climate on work motivation and its impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Education Department employees in Province of DKI Jakarta. Quantitative approach used in this research with survey method. The samples of this research were 120 people selected randomly. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The first results of the research can be concluded that organizational climate and work motivation had a positive direct effect on OCB. Second, organizational climate had a positive direct effect on work motivation. Third, organizational climate had a positive indirect effect on OCB through work motivation as an intervening variable. Therefore to improve OCB of Education Department employee in Province of DKI Jakarta, then organizational climate and work motivation should be improved.

The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of organizational justice and stress toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 92 from 120 teacher of teachers selected random sampling. The research was focused on tree aspect; organizational justice and stress toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is conculaded that (1) there  the positive direct effect of organizational justice towards organizational citizenship behavior, (2) there is  negative direct effect of stress towards organizational citizenship behavior and (3) ) there is negative direct effect of  organizational justice towards stress.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in SMK Satria Srengseng teachers, this research is quantitative. The population is all teaching teachers and staff. The technique in taking samples uses nonrandom sampling in the form of saturated samples with a total of 70 teachers. Data obtained from the results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression. T-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and partial work motivation are positive and significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). F-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation together are significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Suggestions for further research are to include other variables that also have a strong influence in shaping organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

This study aims to determine the organizational citizenship behavior (OCBC) correlation and work motivation with the performance of CV employees. Bagus Alam Sejahtera, Medan. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The data collection technique uses three scales consisting of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work motivation, and employee performance. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression. Based on the results of the study concluded that: 1) There is a significant correlation between organizational citizenship behavior (OCBC) with employee performance with a correlation coefficient (rx1y) of 0.736 with p = 0,000, and r2 = 0.542 with a contribution of 54.2%. 2) There is a significant correlation between work motivation and employee performance with a correlation coefficient (rx2y) of 0.632 with p = 0,000, and r2 = 0.400 with a contribution of 40.0%. 3) There is a significant correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and work motivation together with employee performance, this result is indicated by the linear coefficient value F = 76,386 and p = 0,000, p 0,05 and r2 = 0,612, with a contribution of 61 , 2%. These results indicate that there are still 39.2% contributions from other factors that can affect employee performance. From these results it can be said that the higher organizational citizenship behavior and work motivation, the higher the employee's performance, and conversely the lower the organizational citizenship behavior and work motivation, the lower the employee's performance.

PurposeThis study aims to examine the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational commitment, motivation, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance.Design/methodology/approachThis research is located in the province of Papua, and more specifically at the District Secretariat Papua Province. The study was conducted in the months from April to June 2016. This study tested the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, work motivation, OCB and performance Officer Regional Secretariat Papua Province, then the variable research is transformational leadership, organizational commitment, work motivation, OCB and performance officer. Structural equation modeling (SEM) calculation tool is commonly used is the program analysis of moment structures.FindingsThe results of studies show that moderating OCB does not significantly affect the relationship between organizational commitment, transformational leadership, work motivation and the performance of employees at the District Secretariat in Papua Province.Originality/valueOriginality of this paper is on the comprehensive study that combines the variables of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, work motivation, OCB and performance into a complete model of study. Originality for this paper shows the moderation effect of OCB on the effect of organizational commitment, transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. This research is located in the Province of Papua, and more specifically at the District Secretariat Papua Province.

This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and spiritual intelligence on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, was conducted on organic employees at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero),, with a total sample of 158 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires filled out by employees then analyzed using SPSS and SEM software.This study will use two kinds of analysis techniques, namely (1) Confirmatory Factor Analysis on SEM which is used to confirm the most dominant factors in one group of variables and (2) Regression Weight on SEM which is used to examine how much the relationship between variables. The results showed that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable had the strongest relationship with Employee Performance, with CR a value of 4.249 with a P-value <5%. which means the higher organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the employee's performance.

This study examines how much influence the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employee performance. This study aims to know and analyze How the Influence of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, to Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. Technique Determination of the sample is done through purposive (purposive sampling), using sampling rendom samples, by distributing questionnaires to technical service personnel of PT. Citayasa Perdana. This research is designed as an explanatory research model, that is to explain how the influence of job satisfaction, commitment, in improving Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. Therefore, after considering the objectives and proposed hepotesis problem and the available data, in this research digunalan 2 kinds of analysis, namely: 1). Descriptive analysis, and 2). Path Analysis (pats analysis). The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction affects the commitment of oranisasi, the satisfaction of the influence of Organizational Behavior Organizational Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Commitment affect the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Job Satisfaction also affect the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Commitment Organization. ABSTRAK Organisasi umumnya percaya bahwa keunggulan harus tetap dipertahankan demi meningkatnya kinerja, karena kinerja pada dasarnya mempengaruhi kerja tim atau kerja kelompok dan pada akhirnya mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengejar dan meningkatkan kinerja diperlukan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen dan perilaku sportif individu. Penelitian ini menguji seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) untuk kinerja pegawai.
