The Role of Learning Corners in Developing Multiple Developmental Intelligences for Kindergarten Children from Their Mothers' Point of View

This study aimed to identifying the role of learning in developing multiple developmental intelligences for Kindergarten children from their mothers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (160) mothers who were distributed into two groups: the first group consisted of (80) mothers of children attending kindergartens with learning corners, and the second group consisted of (80) mothers of children attending traditional kindergartens. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive method was used and a questionnaire for assessing learning corners and multiple developmental intelligences scale (MIDAS) were used. The study results showed that multiple developmental intelligences among the children attending kindergartens with learning corners were high, while multiple developmental intelligences among the children attending traditional kindergartens were medium. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the total score and in the sub-scores for each of the multiple developmental intelligences between the children attending kindergartens with learning corners and those attending traditional kindergartens in favor of the children attending kindergartens with learning corners. The study recommended that concerned authorities should include learning corners in the classroom as they develop multiple intelligences. Abstract Introduction. Performance management is a crucial concept in the broader field of human resource management. In accordance with its principles, in defining a professional role, its aim must be included. In addition, key results areas and crucial competencies must be stated. The professional role of a nurse with regard to pregnancy and pre-natal care, is defined by way of the set of functions fulfilled. The role of a midwife and her competencies are, however, in this situation, much broader. Aim. The aim of the conducted research was to determine the roles played by both nursing and midwifery staff in ensuring a healthy pregnancy and delivery by way of their patients' assessment. Material and methods. The research was conducted in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology unit, in the Regional Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska, and it involved 40 pregnant women. Results and discussion. Our study reveals that what the subject women need the most from the nursing and midwifery staff, is emotional support. What is more, the dominant majority connects their expectations as to the fulfilment of the roles played by nursing and midwifery staff to an increase in information support. Conclusion. The obtained results allow a defining of the aim of the professional roles of nurses and midwives in supporting and assisting the pregnant, as well as identifying their key results areas and crucial competencies from the patients' point of view. In comparing our own study results to that involving patients' opinions (gained by way of a study conducted in the obstetrics and gynaecology unit, by the quality care assessment section of the Regional Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska), it can be stated that there is continuous positive growth in the quality of service provided by nurses and midwives.

Indonesian Banking in carrying out its business in economic democracy by using the principle of prudence, the main function of the bank is to collect funds and channel them back to the community. The role of banks in supporting economic activities is quite large because banks provide services in the circulation of money. Whereas from a bank's point of view, credit has a strategic position which is one of the necessary sources of money in financing business activities that can be emphasized as the key to life for every human being. Agreement is a legal relationship in the field of wealth based on an agreement between legal subjects one with the other and between them bind to each other so that the law is obliged to implement the agreement agreed upon by the parties and cause legal consequences. By using a qualitative descriptive method from the results of the observation the author describes how the credit application process is carried out and how the crediting procedure is associated with accounting information in the provision of credit in this case to increase crediting at PT Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk Manado Area. Based on observations the authors suggest that the independent bank must be more careful in making credit terminations so that there will be no bad credit.Keywords: credit applicaton, credit approval

  The study aimed to identifying the role of the principal of the secondary schools in Sharorah province in activating the extra-curricular activities from the point of view of the teachers based on the variables (degree and practical experience). To achieve these goals, the researchers used the analytical descriptive method through a questionnaire including (22) items which was designed for this purpose and distributed to a study sample of (104) teachers, from the population of the study: (184).The results of the study showed that the degree of the Secondary Schools Principal's role was high, according to the level of the items, (13) items were very high, (2) were high, (3) items were intermediate level, and (1) item was low level, and (3) items were very low level. There was a statistically significant difference due to the variety of scientific qualification variable in favor of high diploma and there was a statistically significant difference due to the teaching experiences and for their experience from four years and more. With the Based of the results, a number of recommendations were presented to activate the role of the secondary schools principal's in Extra- curricular activities in Sharorah province and the Saudi as a whole.

The study aimed to identify the impact of the Corona pandemic on the psychological and social resilience of kindergarten children from the point of view of parents, and the study was based on the descriptive method, and the sample of the study consisted of (200) parents of kindergarten children in the city of Amman, and to achieve the objectives of the study was prepared a measure of flexibility in both fields: psychological flexibility and social flexibility after ascertaining the sincerity and stability. The results of the study indicated the following: The impact of the Corona pandemic on the psychological and social resilience of kindergarten children came from the point of view of the parents to a medium degree, the existence of statistically significant differences in the overall degree and social flexibility in light of the impact of the Corona pandemic in the view of kindergarten children from the point of view of parents attributable to the sex variable.

This study aimed to identify the RAMP initiative’s role (read comprehensively, answer with understanding) in raising the level of literacy skills and numeracy from the point of view of teachers. It also aimed to identify its effectiveness in improving the reading and writing level of the basic minimum stage, as an initiative that reduces the delay in reading and helps in the development of skills to help students solve mathematical problems with understanding and accommodating. Closed questionnaires were distributed to the Central Badia region; the questionnaire consisted of (35) paragraphs divided into three areas of reading, writing, and arithmetic, where 88 teachers answered the questionnaire. Statistical analysis was adopted (Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) was adopted to show the study results. The results showed a role for the RAMP initiative in raising the level of reading and numeracy skill to a reasonable degree, where the skill of reading got a good degree, was the highest skill of voice awareness to an extraordinary degree and other standards are good. Writing skill got a good degree; it was the highest, the skill of writing words and the least skill of creative writing, and also obtained the skill of calculating a good degree above (counting units) and the lowest domain (participation and composition of groups). The results showed no statistically significant differences due to variable years of experience, while the results showed statistically significant differences in favor of a bachelor’s degree.

The purpose of this study is to identify the attitudes of the students of Amman Arab University toward pre-marital medical examination; it also aims to identify the role of premarital examination in reducing the appearance of disabilities. This study used the descriptive method; the sample of the study consisted of 200 undergraduate and master’s students at Amman Arab University from the different faculties and academic years for the year (2017-2018). The researchers used a questionnaire; it consisted in its final form of 24 items. The results of the study showed that the mean of the total score of the role of the medical examination from the point of view of young people came to a high level; results also showed that there are no differences due to the gender of the student or the type of college.

The study aimed to identify the level of multiple intelligences among deaf adult students, attending both Al-Ain University and the University of Tabuk from their point of view in the light of multiple variables (including sex, university, employment). The study sample consisted of 82 deaf students divided among two groups. Thirty two (32) students were from Al-Ain University distributed 1 2) Student ) 11 (student.   From Tabuk University fifty (50) students were distributed into two groups of students numbering (23) and (27) respectively. To achieve the objectives of the study a scale developed by researcher Walter Mackenzie (Mackenzie, 1999) was used.  The scale scans multiple intelligences; included on the scale was eighty (80) statements distributed over eight (8) areas, where each area represents a kind of multiple intelligence.  To derive results, the mean, standard deviations and a T-test were used to answer the designated study questions. The  Study Results showed c and d differences D of the self/inner intelligence, verbal/linguistic intelligence, social/external intelligence, visual/spatial intelligence, and the total score of the scale was in favor of females. There were no significant differences in other areas depending on the variable sex (male, female). The results showed there to be significant differences in the field verbal intelligence/linguistic to the benefit of deaf adult students at Tabuk University in Saudi Arabia.  There was no significant differences in the other fields according to the university variable, Al Ain for Science and Technology and Tabuk. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences according to the emloyment condition variable in the intelligence fields verbal/linguistic, social/external, natural intelligence/environmental, physical/motor and musical/rhythmic) in favor of non-staff.  The absence of significant differences was found in the rest of the areas depending on the variable employment (employee, non-employee). The study came up with several recommendations.

The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in developing creativity among computer teachers in the schools of Mafraq governorate from their point of view. The researcher used the descriptive descriptive method for his purpose for the study. The sample consisted of (71) teachers and (56) teachers, distributed a questionnaire of (27) paragraph. The results of the study showed that the role of school administration in the development of creativity among computer teachers in Mafraq schools from their point of view was an average of (2.96) and an average estimate. The study also showed statistically significant differences according to gender In addition to differences in the opinions of the sample members due to the variable of experience for the years of experience less than 5 years and years of experience between 6-10, there are differences due to the variable of the Directorate for the directorates of Kasbah and the North West Badia, there are differences of statistical significance related to the variable ) For the Bachelor's degree. In the light of the results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented for the development of creativity for computer teachers.


ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي من وجهة نظر العمداء وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (180) فرداً من عمداء الكليات وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من الجامعات الفلسطينية(الأزهر، الإسلامية، الأقصى)، طبقت عليهم استبانة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني 2017/2018م، مكونة من (24) فقرة، موزعة على أربعة مجالات، هي: أهمية دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي، الخطط الاستراتيجية للجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي، ومتطلبات دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي، ومعوقات دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي. وقد كشفت النتائج أن أهمية دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي من وجهة نظر العمداء وأعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بوزن نسبي (74.0%) درجة كبيرة، كما بلغ الوزن النسبي لدرجة تضمين الخطة الاستراتيجية لدور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي (70.6%) درجة كبيرة، والوزن النسبي لدرجة توافر متطلبات دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي (74.7%) درجة كبيرة ، وبلغ الوزن النسبي للمعوقات التي تحد من دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي (79.1%) درجة كبيرة. وكشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو تقييم دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي من وجهة نظر العمداء وأعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى لمتغيرات (العمل، الجنس، سنوات الخدمة)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير مكان آخر مؤهل علمي، وقد قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. الكلمات المفتاحية: تقييم- دور- الجامعات الفلسطينية- التعليم الريادي. Abstract achieving leadership education from the point of view of deans and faculty members. The study used the analytical descriptive method. The study sample consisted of 180 respondents from the deans of the faculties and faculty members, Al-Azhar, Al-Azhar, Al-Aqsa, Palestine), applied a questionnaire in the second semester 2017/2018, consisting of (24) paragraphs, divided into four areas: the importance of the role of Palestinian universities in achievingpioneering education; Pioneer, and MT Pat the role of the Palestinian universities in achieving leadership education, and the role of obstacles to Palestinian universities in achieving the leading education.The results revealed that the importance of the role of Palestinian universities in achieving leadership education from the point of view of the deans and the faculty members came at a relative weight of 74.0%. The relative weight of the strategic plan for the role of Palestinian universities in achieving leadership education was 70.6% Availability of the requirements of the role of Palestinian universities in achieving the leading education (74.7%). The relative weight of the obstacles that limit the role of Palestinian universities in achieving the leading education was 79.14%.The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimation of the role of the Palestinian universities in achieving the pioneering education from the point of view of the deans and faculty members due to the variables (work, gender, years of experience). The results showed no significant differences In the estimates of the sample members of the study attributed to the variable of the place of another scientific qualification, and the study made a number of recommendations and proposals. It has been almost universally adopted that dissolution of solids proceeds with development of uniform, continuous frontiers of reaction.However this point of view is doubtful / 1 /. E.g. we have proved the active role of the block (grain) boundaries in the main phases of cement, these boundaries being the areas of hydrate phases' nucleation / 2 /. It has brought to the supposition that the dissolution frontier of cement particles in water is discrete. It seems also probable that the dissolution proceeds through the channels, which serve both for the liquid phase movement and for the drainage of the incongruant solution products. These channels can be appeared along the block boundaries.In order to demonsrate it, we have offered the method of phase-contrast impregnation of the hardened cement paste with the solution of methyl metacrylahe and benzoyl peroxide. The viscosity of this solution is equal to that of water.
