Background: Keputih Village is located in eastern Surabaya. The boundary of this village is the river. Areas on the river banks are overgrown with wild plants and poorly maintained. One way to overcome the dysfunctional land around the river is by cultivating medicinal plants with verticulture techniques. Purpose: The implementation of this program is to overcome the dysfunctional land around the Keputih Village’s river by cultivating medicinal plants in verticulture techniques and provide training in the manufacture of herbal products from the cultivation of medicinal plants and provide financial management training to the local residents. Methods: This activity was carried out in 4 stages. Phase I was training in making pots and verticulture shelves as well as planting medicinal plants, Phase II was mentoring in the field, Phase III was training on making herbal products from plants and training on simple bookkeeping, Phase IV was product display. Results: Based on the results of this training showed that the knowledge of the participants related to the training material has increased which shown from the results of the posttest with average of 79,31 and product display. Conclusion: In this activity, beside gaining knowledge, participants can apply this knowledge to increase family income.

Yogyakarta has a diversity of tourism potential, one of the most recently opened natural attractions is the Breksi Cliff. The location is in Sambirejo Village, Prambanan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This tourist attraction is a rocky hill breccia originating from sedimentary ancient volcanic eruptions which were active around 60,000,000 million years ago. People who live around tourism utilize the tourism potential by opening food stalls, grocery stalls, souvenir shops, souvenir shops. However, financial management is still mixed with household finances and has not been recorded. In the area, there is also no food that has been used as a characteristic, so the servants provide financial management training including training in business financial management. Pengabdi offers spicy sweet corn chips as a typical food of breccia cliffs. Then, train the local residents to pack and sell in the stalls around the tour. The training method is in the form of lectures and direct practice.  The training activities of business financial management and packaging training to the marketing of typical food products to improve the living standards of the local people run smoothly. The financial training materials provided are designed to be easy to implement. Until now, the servants still provide assistance and establish good cooperation with the Sambirejo Prambanan village, Sleman, Yogyakarta.

UMKM convection is a business that must be strengthened in relation to the implementation of the MEA. Srawung Convection UMKM which are partners for the Community Partnership Program have existed in Kebonagung Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency since 2014. The existence of Srawung Convection UMKM is very much felt by Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the City and District of Malang as an internship place to train clothing making skills t-shirts/t-shirts. Thus indirectly the existence of Srawung Convection UMKM helps overcome unemployment in the City and Regency of Malang through the creation of new t-shirt convection business actors. The problems that were agreed with Srawung Convection UMKM were: 1) Production aspects and 2) Economic aspects. Based on the results of the meeting and joint coordination with the Srawung Convection UMKM, it was agreed that the above problems were resolved by the following methods: 1) Convection UMKM Productivity Improvement Program which included: procurement and training of single needle sewing machines, procurement and training of chain sewing machines, and cloth cutting machines and 2) Convection UMKM Management Aspect Improvement Program which includes: business management training, production management training, marketing training, production planning training, financial management training, inventory training, marketing training, and HR management training. The results of the implementation of the PKM program: 1) The productivity of Srawung Convection UMKM increased by 100%, 2) The ability of the management aspects of Srawung Convection UMKM increased by 100%

Abstract. DKUKB (Dari Kita Untuk Kita Bersama) waste bank of Sumbersari Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency is part of ecovillage which is a community production waste management program. Along with its development, the waste bank requires the development of the ability to manage and develop the waste bank program. In addition, the waste bank can attract villagers to save in the garbage bank. The problem encountered is that the administrator have not optimally understood the management of the waste bank and the administration system of the waste bank that has not been managed properly. The solutions provided provide knowledge and training on waste bank information systems. The method of implementation is with the training and mentoring model. Selain itu, bank sampah yang dapat menarik minat warga desa lainnya untuk menabung di bank sampah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih perlunya pemahaman pengelolaan bank sampah dan sistem administrasi bank sampah yang belum terkelola dengan baik dan masih dilakukan secara manual. Solusi diantaranya memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan sistem informasi bank sampah. Metoda pelaksanaan dengan penyuluhan dan pelatihan.   The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Regional Financial Management training program at the Human Resources Development Agency of North Maluku Province. This study is a program evaluation study that usesmodel four level  Kirkpatrick'swhich includes the level of reaction, learning, behavior and results. In this study discussed the level of reaction at  four levels. The reaction level is discussed about the training participants' reactions to the curriculum, education staff and training facilities. The curriculum components are discussed about training schedules, training materials, learning methods and media. In the education and training component, the reaction of the resource person and the training committee was discussed. The components of the education and training facilities are discussed about classrooms, dormitories, supporting facilities for training and consumption of education and training. This study produces recommendations for reaction levels that can be used as references to improve the quality of the Regional Financial Management Training Program at the Human Resources Development Agency of North Maluku Province.

The purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance on the processing and packaging of medicinal plants to develop an economically independent community. Business partners in this program Family Welfare Movement, Kemesu village, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The problem faced by a partner is the lack of knowledge about how to process medicinal plants so that they can be of added value and can be sold so that they can increase income for the family. The method used to solve the problem is by Providing counseling about the use of medicinal plants, Providing training in the manufacture of herbal drink bag product, Providing training and assistance on how to pack herbal drink bag product, and providing training and assistance on how to marketing herbal drink bag product. The final results showed an increase in knowledge after being given education and training, namely the manufacture of herbal products to be packaged and branded, product marketing, obtaining PIRT from the Health Office of the Kulon Progo Regency until printed and distributed by the Family Medicinal Plant Guidebook.

The main objective of community service is to carry out financial management for MSMEs at RW level in Tangerang City. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are micro, small and medium enterprises which are one of the business sectors that still survived during the Indonesian economic crisis in 1998. These businesses can survive, because they do not depend on import trade or expect funding from banks. This financial management is carried out in a discussion forum at the RW level in the city of Tangerang to improve the welfare of the community in managing finances for micro businesses independently. The government realizes that financial management is one of the places for the community to empower and develop MSMEs. This service activity is carried out to manage finances in detail and properly managed at the RW level, Tangerang city. This implementation method consists of seminars and training. The results of the seminar and financial management training at the RW level discussion forum in the city of Tangerang went well because the participants received knowledge that was useful for training for the progress of their business. Based on the results of research carried out conducting umkm activities can improve detailed and correct financial management even though many people do not understand financial reporting in accounting, but because of the holding of seminars and training it has produced good results for the people of Tangerang city, thereby reducing unemployment.

Bedahan Village is one of the villages in the Sawangan sub-district of Depok where the religious atmosphere (Islam) is very thick. This shows that the undisturbed villages are predominantly Muslim. Bedahan Village has eight mosques. Based on information from the BKPM (Mosque Youth Communication Agency), mosque financial management has not been carried out properly, where the mosque does not yet have reception and expenditure accounts. All receipts are put together as well as their use to finance all mosque activities put together into an expense account. BKPM which is a mosque-based youth organization intends to conduct training with the theme: "Mosque Financial Management with Mosque-Based Financial Management". For this reason, BKPM has collaborated with several lecturers at Indraprasta University PGRI. Partnership cooperation between BKPM and the Indraprasta University team will be carried out with the following agreements: BKPM will provide training facilities and training participants and bear the costs of activities, while the abdimas team becomes a resource and provides training material. For the abdimas team of Indraprasta University PGRI this activity has an output target that must be achieved, namely improving mosque financial management with mosque-based financial management. This activity is carried out at night considering the participants are mosque administrators and BKPM members who become mosque administrators for 2 days.

The family is a collection of people consisting of father, mother, and children who have similar problems in the field of household economy and these problems must be solved together. In order for each household to live in prosperity, its members must strive to improve their household's economy. These efforts are mainly family financial arrangements. This financial arrangement means that you can adjust your money in with money out. Family financial management is a way of managing family finances regularly and carefully through the stages of planning, implementation, and supervision/assessment. This management skill is very important to be owned by every family because the adequacy of family income depends on how to manage the family's economy. The results of the training evaluation revealed that participants stated that training was very useful to improve understanding regarding the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in managing family finances.
