UMKM convection is a business that must be strengthened in relation to the implementation of the MEA. Srawung Convection UMKM which are partners for the Community Partnership Program have existed in Kebonagung Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency since 2014. The existence of Srawung Convection UMKM is very much felt by Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the City and District of Malang as an internship place to train clothing making skills t-shirts/t-shirts. Thus indirectly the existence of Srawung Convection UMKM helps overcome unemployment in the City and Regency of Malang through the creation of new t-shirt convection business actors. The problems that were agreed with Srawung Convection UMKM were: 1) Production aspects and 2) Economic aspects. Based on the results of the meeting and joint coordination with the Srawung Convection UMKM, it was agreed that the above problems were resolved by the following methods: 1) Convection UMKM Productivity Improvement Program which included: procurement and training of single needle sewing machines, procurement and training of chain sewing machines, and cloth cutting machines and 2) Convection UMKM Management Aspect Improvement Program which includes: business management training, production management training, marketing training, production planning training, financial management training, inventory training, marketing training, and HR management training. The results of the implementation of the PKM program: 1) The productivity of Srawung Convection UMKM increased by 100%, 2) The ability of the management aspects of Srawung Convection UMKM increased by 100%

The main objective of community service is to carry out financial management for MSMEs at RW level in Tangerang City. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are micro, small and medium enterprises which are one of the business sectors that still survived during the Indonesian economic crisis in 1998. These businesses can survive, because they do not depend on import trade or expect funding from banks. This financial management is carried out in a discussion forum at the RW level in the city of Tangerang to improve the welfare of the community in managing finances for micro businesses independently. The government realizes that financial management is one of the places for the community to empower and develop MSMEs. This service activity is carried out to manage finances in detail and properly managed at the RW level, Tangerang city. This implementation method consists of seminars and training. The results of the seminar and financial management training at the RW level discussion forum in the city of Tangerang went well because the participants received knowledge that was useful for training for the progress of their business. Based on the results of research carried out conducting umkm activities can improve detailed and correct financial management even though many people do not understand financial reporting in accounting, but because of the holding of seminars and training it has produced good results for the people of Tangerang city, thereby reducing unemployment.

This study aims to: (1) Determine the organizational structure of the Banda Aceh City Training Center (PPLM) fighting class (2) Know the stages of the process carried out in the recruitment of athletes at the Banda Aceh City Level Training Center for Students Training (3) Knowing management of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the achievements of athletes of the Center for Student Training Development (PPLM) fighting the Banda Aceh City. (4) Knowing the implementation of financial management in the Center for the Training of Student Training (PPLM) fighting the Banda Aceh City degree. (5) Knowing the implementation of the management training of the Tarung College Student Training Development Center (PPLM). The study was conducted at the Central Training Center for Student Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The unit of analysis is the Central Training Center for Student Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh. (1) Organizational Structure of the Center for Training of Students Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh has been good which already has elements of the organization that continues to strive to facilitate athletes to excel. (2) The process of recruiting athletes has been carried out well because it is very selective and in accordance with the criteria / marking as determined by the standards of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia (3) The implementation of facilities and infrastructure management is not good, this is because the supporting media for PPLM athlete facilities is not yet complete and only utilize what is there. (4) The implementation of financial management has been carried out well because it is in accordance with their respective portions. (5) The implementation of training management in the Tarung College Student Training Development Center (PPLM) has been going well. Considering the allocation of funds from the APBN and ABPD which is limited to each year, so that management only maximizes in accordance with the allocation of existing funds. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui struktur organisasi Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh (2) Mengetahui proses tahapan yang dilakukan dalam perekrutan atlet di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh (3) Mengetahui manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung prestasi atlet Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (4) Mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen keuangan di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (5) Mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen latihan Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Balai Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Unit analisisnya adalah Balai Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (1) Struktur Organisasi Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh sudah sudah baik dimana sudah memiliki unsur-unsur organisasi yang terus berupaya memfasilitasi atlet untuk berprestasi. (2) Proses perekrutan atlet sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik karena sangat selektif dan sudah sesuai dengan kriteria/ bencmarking sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh standar Kemenpora Republik Indonesia (3) Pelaksanaan manajemen sarana dan prasarana kurang baik, hal ini dikarenakan media pendukung fasilitas atlet PPLM belum lengkap sepenuhnya dan hanya memanfaatkan apa yang ada saja. (4) Pelaksanaan manajemen keuangan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik karena sudah sesuai dengan porsinya masing-masing. (5) Pelaksanaan manajemen latihan di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh sudah berjalan dengan baik. Mengingat alokasi dana dari APBN dan ABPD yang terbatas pada setiap tahunnya, sehingga pengelolaan hanya memaksimalkan sesuai dengan alokasi dana yang ada. The strategy of productivity improvement of sustanable small-scale capture fisheries in West Aceh, Aceh Province was urgent for fisheries management. This research have been conducted for three months to begin from May until  July 2018. The aims of this study is to determine factors that affected Productivity improvment of sustanable small-scale capture fisheries and to develop strategies for improving productivity of sustanable small-scale capture fisheries in Aceh Barat, Aceh Province. The method used is a survey and study of literature. In addition to use a method of interview to social respondents. Data analysis methods are linear regression, descriptive and SWOT analysis. Results showed factors affected productivity of sustanable small-scale capture fisheries in Aceh Barat is capital, number of labour and the kinds of cpture boat.  While other factors such as the trip, age and level of college are  no effect. The strategy of increasing the productivity of sustanable small-scale fisheries in improving economy of fishermen in Aceh Barat district that can be applied: give subsidy, catching fleet and fishing and fishing equipment, financial management training, and financial institusional to provide alternative working for small-scale fisheries

The instruments of artificial intelligence (AI) that can be used in management of high technology production and training students are considered. Specific differences and characteristics of high technology production (HTP) that set certain requirements for such production management are specified. Brief information from the AI methods that include artificial neural networks, fuzzy logic, genetic algorithms and their combinations are given. It is indicated that there is a relation between the level of training masters and the requirements of modern productions. The necessity to use techniques and methods of AI when training students to form their competencies, knowledge and skills that comply with the HTP is explained. The techniques of using AI instruments in the educational process focused on the practical importance of the tasks being solved in such disciplines as HR management, risk management, strategic management, etc. are shown.

Abstract. DKUKB (Dari Kita Untuk Kita Bersama) waste bank of Sumbersari Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency is part of ecovillage which is a community production waste management program. Along with its development, the waste bank requires the development of the ability to manage and develop the waste bank program. In addition, the waste bank can attract villagers to save in the garbage bank. The problem encountered is that the administrator have not optimally understood the management of the waste bank and the administration system of the waste bank that has not been managed properly. The solutions provided provide knowledge and training on waste bank information systems. The method of implementation is with the training and mentoring model. Bank Sampah DKUKB (Dari Kita Untuk Kita Bersama) Desa Sumbersari, Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung  merupakan bagian dari ecovillage merupakan program penanggulangan sampah produksi masyarakat. Seiring dengan perkembangannya, bank sampah memerlukan pengembangan terutama pada kemampuan pengelola dan pengembangan program bank sampah. Selain itu, bank sampah yang dapat menarik minat warga desa lainnya untuk menabung di bank sampah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih perlunya pemahaman pengelolaan bank sampah dan sistem administrasi bank sampah yang belum terkelola dengan baik dan masih dilakukan secara manual. Solusi diantaranya memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan sistem informasi bank sampah. Metoda pelaksanaan dengan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Mojo village, located in Mojo, Ngeposari, Semanu, Gunung Kidul. The distance from the city of Yogyakarta is approximately 20 km to the east. There are various types of tourism in this village, ranging from agriculture, nature tourism, cultural tourism, to handicrafts. Nature tourism is also diverse such as Goa Gesing, Goa Jlamprong, Goa Sinden, and Embung Jlamprong. However, there is one of the tourist attractions in the Mojo Tourism Village. However, it is necessary to manage governance from the potential infaq, zakat, and shodaqoh to improve the ability of the community. In terms of planning, there is no governance and transaction income that originates from the income of indigenous people because of the recording and documentation that is not optimal. The direct benefits derived from tax payments to the Government are felt to be lacking. Therefore it is necessary to conduct financial management training and management of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh management for the surrounding community so that it can be used quickly, in accordance with the budget and costs incurred during Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh use. By issuing good and documented zakat, infaq and shodaqoh, the manager of the Mojo hamlet will more easily get capital to develop the region's economy. The program to achieve targets and outcomes consists of two areas namely training on ZIS financial management and collection of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh for special communities in the Mojo hamlet. Each plan consists of 2 activities, namely preparation and briefing as well as implementation.Key Word: escalation of working capital, financial governance, ZIS

  The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Regional Financial Management training program at the Human Resources Development Agency of North Maluku Province. This study is a program evaluation study that usesmodel four level  Kirkpatrick'swhich includes the level of reaction, learning, behavior and results. In this study discussed the level of reaction at  four levels. The reaction level is discussed about the training participants' reactions to the curriculum, education staff and training facilities. The curriculum components are discussed about training schedules, training materials, learning methods and media. In the education and training component, the reaction of the resource person and the training committee was discussed. The components of the education and training facilities are discussed about classrooms, dormitories, supporting facilities for training and consumption of education and training. This study produces recommendations for reaction levels that can be used as references to improve the quality of the Regional Financial Management Training Program at the Human Resources Development Agency of North Maluku Province.

This community service program through the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is a training for the development of chrysanthemum cultivation in the Kakaskasen Village, Tomohon City. This activity aims to provide guidance and training to flower farmers in the City of Tomohon, dubbed as the City of flowers in order to be able to cultivate Chrysanthemum flowers without having to import from outside the region. This activity needs to be done considering that the city of Tomohon with its nickname which is the City of Flowers in each year carries out an international-scale tourism promotion program called the Tomohon International Flowers Festival (TIFF). So it is very necessary the readiness of the Flower Farmers in supporting such international scale activities. The availability of Chrysanthemum Flowers will be better if the flower farmer in Tomohon City is able to cultivate his own Chrysanthemum flowers without the need to buy from outside the area, it will be more profitable for flower farmers so that every year Tomohon City holds the International Flower Festival to become the biggest income moment for flower farmers in Kakaskasen Village Tomohon City.  Keywords: cultivation, chrysanthemum Tomohon, chrysanthemum farmers

Tahu merupakan salah satu jenis makanan yang dapat dinikmati dan dapat dengan mudah didapatkan oleh semula kalangan masyarakat. Tahu merupakan makanan dengan gizi tinggi. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Bapak Nyoman Gorim. Mitra memiliki usaha produksi tahu. Bapak Nyoman Gorim berasal dari Dusun Banda Desa Saba, Kecamatan Blahbatuh Kabupaten Gianyar. Pada saat ini, terdapat beberapa kendala berupa keterbatasan dalam alat bantu produksi, kemasan produk tahu, kurangnya manajemen keuangan serta pemasaran produk. Berdasarkan kendala yang dihadapi mitra, dilakukan pemberdayaan usaha tahu melalui kegiatan secara bertahap dari aspek produksi, manajemen dan pemasaran. Metode kegiatan dimulai dengan sosialisasi, pemberian peralatan sebagai alat bantu produksi seperti mesin penggiling bahan baku, pelatihan pengemasan, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, pembuatan sosial media serta pelatihan penggunaan sosial media. Indikator capaian adalah peningkatan 50% jumlah produksi, 50% produk berisi label kemasan dengan melibatkan 2 orang karyawan, mitra mempunyai media sosial facebook dan instagram sebagai media pemasaran, 1 orang anggota  dapat mengelola pembukuan dan pencatatan keuangan dan 1 orang anggota dapat melakukan pengelolaan terhadap content media sosial. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi didapatkan bahwa adanya peningkatan jumlah produksi sebanyak 60%, peningkatan pengetahuan mitra mengenai pencatatan keuangan dan pemasaran menggunakan media online, terciptanya produk tahu yang lebih ekslusif dengan kemasan dan label yang baru. Tofu is a high nutrient food. The partner in this activity is Mr. Nyoman Gorim. Partners have a tofu production business. Mr. Nyoman Gorim comes from Banda, Saba Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. At this time, there are several obstacles in the form of limitations in production aids, tofu product packaging, lack of financial management, and product marketing. Based on the obstacles faced by partners, tofu business empowerment was carried out through activities in stages, from the aspects of production, management and, marketing. The activity method starts with socialization, provision of equipment as production aids, packaging training, financial management training, social media creation and, social media usage training. The achievement indicator is an increase in the amount of production by up to 50%, 50% of the product contains packaging labels involving 2 employees, partners have social media Facebook and Instagram as marketing media, 1 member can manage financial books and records and 1 member can manage social media content. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that there was an increase in the number of production by 60%, an increase in partner knowledge about financial recording and marketing using online media, the creation of more exclusive tofu products with new packaging, and labels.
