This research aims to determine the effect of current ratio, total asset turnover, return on assets, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share partially or simultaneously to stock prices of trade, services and investment sectors registered in ISSI for period 2012-2017. This research uses quantitative approach by using secondary data in the form of financial statements of stock of trading sector price, services dan investments registered in the ISSI in year 2012-2017. Regression result by using technique of panel data analysis with Eviews 10. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously variable of current ratio, total assets turn over, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share have significant effect to stock price of trading sector, services and investment registered in ISSI. Partially variable of current ratiohave positive and significant influence, total assets turn over have negative influence and not significant, return on asset have positive and significant influence, debt to equity ratio have negative and significant effect, earning per share have positive and significant effect to stock of trading sector price , services and investments registered in the ISSI period 2012-2017.

This study aims to examine the fundamental factors of Current Ratio (CR), Leverage Ratio, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Earnings Per Share(EPS)effect on stock price changes on financial companies in Indonesia . The share price is the value of a stock that reflects the wealth of the company issuing the shares, which change or fluctuation is largely determined by the forces of supply and demand occurred in the stock exchange (secondary market). The influence of these factors on stock prices is tested with regression analysis. Study sample is 40 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange are selected by purposive sampling.The results of this study indicate that the partial net profit margin of only variable that significantly influence the stock price, while the variable current ratio, leverage ratio, total assets turnover and earnings per shareno significant effect on stock prices. While simultaneously variable Current Ratio (CR), Leverage Ratio, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Earnings Per Share(EPS)significantly influence the stock price. These results indicate that investors in making investment decisions take into consideration the level of stock prices, returns that would be obtained and also consider the ability of illiquid instruments (funds from third parties, received a loan of more than three months, and core capital) against liabilities (current debt ) company. This study discusses the stock price and financial ratios based on the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share has an influence on the stock price. The company sampled as many as 20 of the 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. Using regression analysis, it can be seen that the variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin and earnings per share to simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices. Test results partially, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share positive and significant effect on stock prices. Return on equity has a negative effect on stock prices. The food and beverage company's earnings per share (EPS) share price and earnings are down in 2020. Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) showed good progress, but neither was followed by an increase in stock prices. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) data and stock prices. The determination of samples in this study used purposive sampling so that 9 companies from 29 food and beverage companies were obtained. The analysis technique used is a regression analysis technique of panel data using the help of the Eviews10 application. The conclusions obtained indicate that Earnings Per Share (EPS) partially have a positive and significant effect on the stock price. Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially have no significant effect on stock prices. Earnings Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on stock prices

Abstract The objective of this research is to identify the influence of return on equity, earnings per share, operating cash flow, size, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and growth to dividend payout. Data collected from manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for three years period 2014 to 2016. Sample selected by using purposive sampling method. There are 38 companies meet the criteria and used as sample. The statistical method used in this research is multiple regression. This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. Financial ratios used in this study is the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Total Asset Turnover, Earning Per Share, and Price to Book Value. The type of research used is quantitative to observe the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. This study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 20 companies registered in the LQ45 index for the period 2013-2017 and fulfilling the research criteria. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis The results of this study indicate that partially, the variable debt to equity ratio, return on equity, total asset turnover, earnings per share, and price to book value have a significant partial effect on stock prices, while the current ratio variable does not have a partial significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the current ratio variable, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, total asset turnover, earnings per share, and price to book value have a significant simultaneous effect on stock prices. This research aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio and Earning Per Share on stock price of Companies in Jakarta Islamic Index partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is a company registed in Jakarta Islamic Index and the sample used in this study as many as 9 companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index that meets the criteria of purposive sampling. The observation period of the study starts from 2010 to 2016. This best of research in used quantitative analysis with multiple linear regressionshow that Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio and Earning Per Sharesimultaneously and significantly affect the stock price of companies in Jakarta Islamic Index. And partially variable of current ratio insignificant influence to stock price, debt equity ratio is negative and significant influence, and earning per share have positif and significant influence to stock price of company in Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2010-2016.Keywords: Stock Price, Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio,Earning Per Share

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial effect proxy through Current  ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin Against Stock Price of the Company and the like mentioned in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in the study amounted to 16 companies from a total of 18 companies, for the techniques used in the study using multiple regression analysis. The test results show the variable Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin simultaneously affect the stock price of metal companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the results obtained F- count as 5,948 with  significant 0.000 < 0.05. Which means the relationship between the independent variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin together have a close relationship to stock prices.

This study aims to determine the effect of likuidity, solvency, activity, profitability and market with Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings per Share(EPS), as indicators, of the pharmaceutical company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2012-2016 to stock price. The type of research is explanatory survey verification and research technique used is inferential statistic. In addition the analytical method used in this research is regression analysis of panel data, namely, t test, F test, and classical assumption of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation tests with E-Views 9. The results showed that in partial EPS significantly effects stock price, while CR, ROE, DER, and TATO had not significantly effect the stock price. Adjusted R square value was 0,5040 which showed that CR, DER, TATO, ROE, and EPS influenced the dependent variable by 50,40%, while the remaining 49,6% was influenced by other variables. It can be conluded that in sub sector pharmaceutical, investors were more concerned about the companys EPS instead of other variables. On the other hand, investors simultaneously concerned the CR, DER, TATO, ROE, and EPS in their investment decision and also other variables which were not included in this research.Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Stock Price

This study aims to see stock price stability at a Pharmacy company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014 - 2016 by using several variables such as Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ratio. This research is a type of quantitative research which used fundamental analysist by referring to an analysis of company performance that is used to predict stock prices in the future. The method of determining the sample in this study is based on purposive sampling technique that is in accordance with the criteria of eight pharmacy companies. The data used in this study were collected through non-participant observation methods using the data contained in the IDX. Testing of the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that there is no significant influence on stock prices when using Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ration. On the contrary, Price Earning Ration partially has a positive and significant effect on the stock price of pharmaceutical companies in the 2014-2016 period.
