The aim of the research was to develop and implement a teachers training master degree program with active integration of soft skills at all the stages to form students’ system and critical thinking, project management skills, teamwork and leadership, communication and cross-cultural interaction skills. To solve these problems, the program included specialized practice-orientated courses based on the principles of pedagogical ergonomics and the latest technologies (ball-rating system, workshop, case study, “agile” principle, pedagogical situations’ modeling and others). The research resulted is a unique, effective and validated program and a set of training materials to develop universal competencies of master degree students.

Chapter 14 explores the ways culture shapes our thoughts and actions regarding motivation and achievement. It discusses motivation models including humanistic, learning, achievement, expectancy value, cognitive, and social cognitive approaches. It addresses the application of motivation models to everyday interactions and contexts, including school, the workplace, and job satisfaction. It also examines incentives and culture, factors impacting motivation in the classroom, extrinsic and intrinsic incentives, and motivation and stereotypical threat. Finally, it discusses the connection between achievement and culture, family values and educational outcomes, and presents indigenous, cross-cultural, and case studies on achievement. Abstract Sociocultural developmental psychology can drive new directions in gadgetry science. We use autobiographical memory, a compound capacity incorporating episodic memory, as a case study. Autobiographical memory emerges late in development, supported by interactions with parents. Intervention research highlights the causal influence of these interactions, whereas cross-cultural research demonstrates culturally determined diversity. Different patterns of inheritance are discussed.

This study has aim to identify the main causes of a bad work environment with a high rate of turnover. The objective is to propose an intervention plan to increase the participation, commitment and employees proactivity. This job is performed with a case study with the quantitative paradigm, transversal and exploratory; the selected sample is from a PYME dedicated to automation power services. For it is based on the model of situational leadership Hersey and Blanchard, in addition to job satisfaction survey NTP213.
