The study examined the challenges facing students in the process of writing theses and identify differences in these challenges in light of gender, qualifications, mental status, career status, type of university. A survey descriptive design was employed as a questionnaire was a administrated to a random sample consisting of (438) master degree students. To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was used. The study showed that the level of challenges students face when writing thesis was moderate, and statistically significant differences in the level of challenges students face when writing thesis in light of gender, in favor of females; specialization, in favor of science; marital status, in favor of married; career status; in favor of employed, while there were no statistically significant differences in light of type of university. The main conclusions of the study is that material challenges were the most prevalent in the Jordanian universities.  In light of the results, some recommendations were suggested Keywords: Challenges, Writing Thesis, Jordanian Universities, University Students, Jordan.

В статье рассматриваются проблемные вопросы развития эмоционального интеллекта и стиля совладания с трудностями у будущих психологов сферы образования при обучении по направлениям бакалавриата и магистратуры и зависимости выбираемых ими стратегий копинга от уровня развития эмоционального интеллекта. Цель исследования — определить силу, направленность и содержание влияния эмоционального интеллекта на стратегии совладающего поведения у будущих психологов сферы образования с учетом этапов их профессионального обучения. Методы исследования: теоретический анализ научной литературы, методы сбора эмпирических данных и математико-статистической обработки данных (критерий сравнения U Манна — Уитни, дисперсионный факторный анализ). Приведены результаты эмпирического исследования эмоционального интеллекта и стратегий совладающего поведения у студентов-психологов на начальном и итоговом этапах бакалавриата и на этапе обучения в магистратуре. Представлены выявленные различия уровня развития эмоционального интеллекта и доминирующих стратегий совладания у будущих специалистов-психологов на разных этапах и ступенях обучения. Проведен анализ влияния уровня развития компонентов эмоционального интеллекта на стратегии копинга будущих психологов. Результаты исследования углубляют научные знания об эмоциональном интеллекте, а также факторах и механизмах совладающего поведения у будущих психологов сферы образования; о различиях эмоционального интеллекта и стратегий совладающего поведения у студентов-психологов первого и выпускного курсов бакалавриата и магистрантов; о силе, содержании и направленности влияния эмоционального интеллекта на выбор студентами-психологами стратегий совладания с учетом ступени профессионального образования. Полученные результаты могут представлять интерес для специалистов сферы непрерывного профессионального образования и использоваться в процессе сопровождения будущих психологов и других специалистов сферы образования. The article treats the development of emotional intelligence and coping strategies in novice educational psychologists (bachelor and master degree programs). It also investigates the correlation between coping strategies used by students and their emotional intelligence. The aim of the research is to investigate the degree to which novice educational psychologists’ emotional intelligence can influence their choice of coping strategies at various stages of their education. Methods of research: theoretical research analysis, empirical data collection, mathematical methods for statistical data processing (Mann-Whitney-U test, dispersion factorial analysis). The article analyzes empirical data pertaining to emotional intelligence and coping strategies used by novice educational psychologists at different stages of their education (bachelor and master degree programs). It singles out various levels of emotional intelligence development and prevailing coping strategies used by novice educational psychologists at different stages of their education The article investigates the correlation between novice educational psychologists’ coping strategies and the degree of their emotional intelligence development. The research serves to enhance scholars’ knowledge of emotional intelligence and the factors and mechanisms pertaining to novice educational psychologists’ coping strategies. It also serves to enhance scholars’ knowledge about the differences in emotional intelligence and coping strategies in novice educational psychologists (first year students and graduates of bachelor and master degree programs). It also serves to enhance scholars’ knowledge of the correlation between coping strategies used by students and their emotional intelligence. The obtained results can be used in lifelong learning programs and will be helpful to novice educational psychologists and educators.

The report examines and substantiates the interrelation between mediation - higher education - labour market. The author presents a broader understanding of the concept of mediation, going beyond the legal definition of the Mediation Act, which provides the need to create a new model of mediation in the university. The idea of academic mediation is to include it as a method for dispute resolution in the education in "professional bachelor", "bachelor" and "master" degree in the different programs in order to create a new culture of communication, upgrade of knowledge, skills and competencies and successful realization of the students on the labour market. In conclusion conclusions are made, concerning the application of the mediation in the sphere of the higher education and recommendations are made.

The quality of dissertations is the basic core of the development of professional degree postgraduate education.  With the transformation of economic development mode and the steady progress of the construction of an innovative country, the demand for professional degree postgraduates in economic and social development has increased significantly. The result is that the number of significant growth and the quality is difficult to guarantee. The most prominent is that the quality of professional degree postgraduates represented by dissertations has declined to varying degrees.  Through on-the-spot investigation, this paper concludes that there are four prominent problems in the quality of professional degree master 's degree thesis : the topic is not suitable, the research is not deep enough, the content is not innovative and the writing is not standardized.  Therefore, it is possible to achieve the goal of improving the quality of professional degree master ' s degree papers only by strictly controlling the topic selection, adhering to the problem research orientation and implementing the basic attributes of innovation.

This study aims to investigate consonant and vowel changes in the Brummie accent as compared with the ones in the standard variety of English through a comparative descriptive study. The investigation is based on an audio recording conversation and an extract of a TV show film; in addition to a questionnaire administered to 40 second year students of Master degree of linguistics from the English section of Ibn Khaldoun University, after they have been exposed to both the audio recording and the film extract. This is to gather information about their attitudes towards the aforementioned changes’ effects. Thefindings of the current study reveal the existence of great alterations in the articulation of vowel and consonant sounds in Brummie accent, which may differ from the norms that govern the standard variety of English. The outcomes of the audio recording and video extract as well as the gathered data from students’ questionnaire point out negative effects on learners’ clear perception of Brummie accent, which will undoubtedly lead to their fear of confronting serious communication problems when talking with UK citizens.

The Manipuri communities are very industrious. Very rich or extremely poor families are rare among them. So they do not work as day labourer or rickshaw puller. This is the expression of their modernism. This study was conducted an informative research work on the effects of modernization on the socio-economic development of Manipuri people. Five sampling areas were selected purposively – Kewa para, Sibganj, Noya bazar, Lama bazar and Sagar dighir par Manipuri para of Sylhet city in Bangladesh. Following a systematic sampling, a total number of 100 Manipuris participants were selected from the 20 families from each of the 5 sampling. This study also revealed that most of the respondents 73% have educational qualification between SSC to Master Degree. Above 28% respondents are slight modern and 24% respondents are modern. So it proved that impact of modernization on profession. The observed that the Manipuri people are suffering from various diseases like diarrhoea, dysentery, gastric, coughing, rheumatic fever. Around highest 60% respondents are took allopathic treatment. It was a positive response to modernization. The finding of the current research might be helpful to future national policies of Bangladesh.
