This research is a study with the aim of determining the factors that affect the participation of students from different faculties in the university in recreational activities. Thus, it is aimed to reveal the factors affecting the participation of students from different faculties in the university to recreational activities and to develop recommendations on what they should do about their participation in recreational activities given to universities in the current laws.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />Objective: Health-care students should be properly trained to be able to solve the society problems in the future. One of the factors affecting the<br />academic progress of students is student’s educational attitudes that are affected by the factors such as their learning environment’s climate. The<br />aim of the current study is studying the ethical climate on the university students’ educational attitudes in the operating room of the medical science<br />university in Zahedan.<br />Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, the students were selected by census method (62 students). To collect the data, a three-part questionnaire<br />was used that the first part was related to the demographic features, the second part was related to the educational attitude, and the third part was<br />related to Olson’s standard questionnaire. The data were analyzed in SPSS 19 by statistical tests, t-test, and variance analysis.<br />Results: The average age of students was 21.65±1.63 and 36 participants were female and 26 participants were male. 34 participants were educating<br />in semester 4 and 28 participants were educating semester 8. The average score of educational attitude was 87.01±9.20 and the average score of<br />ethical climate was 15.58±92.85, and the significant relationships were observed between the ethical climate and educational attitude (p=0.03).<br />Conclusion: The results of this study showed that students have a positive view of their field of study and existence ethical climate and managers, and<br />officials should try to maintain this situation, and the relationship between the ethical climate and educational attitude was significant.<br />Keywords: Educational attitude, Ethical climate, The university students, Operating rooms.</p>

The study is done to confirm the factors that affecting on the acception of the students about electronic atTra Vinh University. The research sample is surveyed from 278 university students of various sụbjects to April 2020 to May 2020, including 254 students are using electronic courses at the university. The study is basedon the method of assessing the reliability of scale by Cronbach’s Alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and linear structure analysis (SEM). The research result shows that the positively influencing factors on the acception of Tra Vinh University including usefulness, social influence and habits. This study also contributes some solutions to complete the policy of attracting students to use e-learning courses at Tra Vinh University.

Reading books has not become a habit among university students in Kurdistan; one can count the good readers in a class with fingers of a hand. This is a big crisis and needs serious work. The problem is demonstrated through the students’ performance and proven knowledge in the academic years and it matters because when the students graduate in the university and during the university academic years they do not have sufficient knowledge that a university student needs to have. This study aims to investigate the factors that affect poor reading culture of the EFL learners in Kurdistan universities. It provides the major factors that affect the reading interest of EFL learners. For this purpose, a questionnaire, and an interview are used. The questionnaire is designed to obtain certain information regarding the learners’ reading culture, environment, factors that motivate and demotivate them. The interview is designed to ask certain questions which are answered by university lecturers and one of them is the director of the general library in one of the universities. Through the study, it was found that reading books has not become a habit among university students in Kurdistan and they have given little or no attention to reading books, and students’ cultural environment demotivates them from reading books. Kurdish culture, lack of role models, and insufficient libraries are among factors of poor reading culture among university students. However, it was found that university libraries are quite sufficient for reading books. Therefore, the results indicate that the reading culture is not at the needed level and students are not used to providing a decent time for reading daily. They spend their free time on other things rather than reading. The findings of this study may serve as reliable data regarding the culture and habit of reading which shows an up-to-date piece of information about one of the great aspects of EFL learners in universities in Kurdistan which is reading culture.

Abstract This study was designed to explore learning experiences of university students with dyslexia and factors that could contribute to their success in the university career. Indeed, whereas great efforts have been made to diagnose dyslexia and to mitigate its effects at primary and secondary school, little has been done at the university level in particular in the italian context. In this paper we used bivariate association tests and cluster analysis, in order to identify the most suitable compensatory tools and support strategies that can facilitate the students’ performance. Data were obtained by voluntary participation of university students with dyslexia to an ad-hoc implemented questionnaire Results of our study reveal the importance of an earlier diagnosis and treatment for dyslexia with specific programs, in particular the support from association of dyslexic students has been shown as the most important one. Moreover, from the cluster analysis we identified six groups of students by defining specific support tools and learning strategies for each group. The findings have to be considered as the starting point for the implementation of artificial intelligence-based platform. In fact, the creation of dyslexia profiles can allow us to identify student-specific tools for supporting the academic career of dyslexic students.

Concentration is one of the most influential decisive factors in student’s learning quality. The higher the student's level is, the less concentration they pay in class, especially university students. Owing to this low level of concentration ability, many lecturers find it hard to maintain their enthusiasm when teaching students from this level, and also those students find it hard to achieve the best outcome when graduating from university. For that reason, this article will provide an understanding of all the distractions that undergraduate students may have during their class. Also, the roles of a teacher will be put into a discussion so that readers as teachers from all levels can have a better and deeper look into this academic job, with the hope that they may find it useful for any of their changes later if they think it is necessary so that their learners can have better experiment with them in class. And after all the analysis, this article will suggest some good and applicable solutions that can be applied to improve the situation. Hopefully, this would advance the teaching and learning quality in the university environment.

Abstract Background Smoking is one of the main causes of lung cancer. It was estimated that tobacco smoking might kill 10 million people annually in the next 20–30 years, and Shisha smoking has been a common habit worldwide during the last 20 years, especially in the Middle East. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of Shisha smoking and to make comparisons among three countries in the Middle East, thereby establishing factors associated with shisha smoking among university students in Palestine, Jordan, and Turkey. Method An online cross-sectional study was carried out among university students from Palestine, Jordan, and Turkey. A total of 2030 students were selected for the study. The students were asked to answer an online structured questionnaire consisting of questions concerning the prevalence and patterns of Water pipe smoking and associated factors. Result The overall prevalence of Water pipe smoking was 31.8%. Less than a quarter of university students (21.7%) had ever smoked Water pipe. The highest percentage of current Water pipe smokers were Palestinians (36.11%), and the lowest percentage was from Turkey (20.23%). Approximately 43% of Water pipe smokers believe that they will be addicted to Water pipe smoking and almost half of them smoke Water pipe daily. The highest percentage of Water pipe smokers were university students 25 years old and above. However, the highest percentages of university students who are Water pipe smokers were students with a low monthly income. The university students living with their families were smoking Water pipe less frequently than students living in private residencies. Conclusion This study concludes that there is a high prevalence of Water pipe smoking among university students in Palestine, Jordan, and Turkey. The highest percentage was found among Palestinians, which might be because there are no Water pipe smoking regulations in Palestine, whereas there are in Turkey. Monthly income and living with the family were factors affecting the prevalence of Water pipe smoking.
