Purwokerto City is a developing city located in the southwestern part of Central Java Province. Purwokerto is known as thecity of students in Central Java. It is not wrong if many newcomers choose to continue their studies at the favoriteuniversities in this city. One of the universities in this city is the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology. With so manynewcomers who want to continue their studies in this city. Of course, you need a place to live like a boarding house. Eachboarding house has different facilities and also has varying prices, making it difficult for newcomers to choose the boardinghouse. So a decision support system is needed to help students of the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology to make theright decision in predicting the price of a boarding house when choosing a boarding house according to the existing criteriaand funds using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method.

Critical land has become a problem in the world. Critical land is very detrimental to the health of the land. Several factors cause the land to become critical. One of them is the use of land that is not by the capabilities of the land. If no repairs made, the land will be physically, chemically, and biologically damaged. Klaten Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java Province, which has quite extensive critical land. It is necessary to monitor and improve land quality regularly to avoid critical land problems. Data and information on critical land obtained from Klaten Regency processed into a decision support system. Decision Support System uses a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. In this research, a Web-based Decision Support System created to determine the critical land area in Klaten Regency. The information system created has an alternative menu and criteria that determine the potential of critical land in Klaten Regency, making it easier for users to obtain information.

Recently, biometric authorizations using fingerprint, voiceprint, and facial features have garnered considerable attention from the public with the development of recognition techniques and popularization of the smartphone. Among such biometrics, voiceprint has a personal identity as high as that of fingerprint and also uses a noncontact mode to recognize similar faces. Speech signal-processing is one of the keys to accuracy in voice recognition. Most voice-identification systems still employ the mel-scale frequency cepstrum coefficient (MFCC) as the key vocal feature. The quality and accuracy of the MFCC are dependent on the prepared phrase, which belongs to text-dependent speaker identification. In contrast, several new features, such as d-vector, provide a black-box process in vocal feature learning. To address these aspects, a novel data-driven approach for vocal feature extraction based on a decision-support system (DSS) is proposed in this study. Each speech signal can be transformed into a vector representing the vocal features using this DSS. The establishment of this DSS involves three steps: (i) voice data preprocessing, (ii) hierarchical cluster analysis for the inverse discrete cosine transform cepstrum coefficient, and (iii) learning the E-vector through minimization of the Euclidean metric. We compare experiments to verify the E-vectors extracted by this DSS with other vocal features measures and apply them to both text-dependent and text-independent datasets. In the experiments containing one utterance of each speaker, the average accuracy of the E-vector is improved by approximately 1.5% over the MFCC. In the experiments containing multiple utterances of each speaker, the average micro-F1 score of the E-vector is also improved by approximately 2.1% over the MFCC. The results of the E-vector show remarkable advantages when applied to both the Texas Instruments/Massachusetts Institute of Technology corpus and LibriSpeech corpus. These improvements of the E-vector contribute to the capabilities of speaker identification and also enhance its usability for more real-world identification tasks.

The development of information technology is currently developing rapidly. The use of information technology is very broad in various fields of life. The choice of boarding house is one of the things that is not easy to do. The problem often faced when choosing a boarding house is that boarders find it difficult to get information about boarding houses. Decision support system is a method that helps in making decisions on a particular problem, where no one can make a definite decision. Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) is a method of decision making. MAUT is a method where looking for weighted sums of the same values in each utility in each attribute. By applying the MAUT method in the selection of boarding houses, it can give good suggestions or recommendations on boarding houses.

The research is intended to measure the accuracy of Decision Support System (DSS) to identify the characteristics of children with intellectual disabilities. A number of 40 teachers in Central Java, Indonesia were assigned as the sample comprising 16 special school teachers and 4 inclusive school teachers. As respondents, these teachers are required to (a) have a training on sofware application of DSS program of identification instrument, (b) have an experience on using DSS program, (c) have full commitment to the research activity. The data was collected from questionnaire and analized by quantitaive description. The reseacrh concluded that DSS program indicated the accuracy of 99,8%, and as many as 92.5% of teachers commented that DSS program was easy to use for identification of children with intellectual disabilities.

Determination of residence in a new area known is influenced by many factors namely location, facilities, contract systems and prices. This journal determines the criteria used in selecting a residence. These criteria were analyzed using simple additive weighting (SAW) method. The results of the analysis obtained in the form of location criteria to determine the most suitable boarding house because the existence of boarding houses in the vicinity of public facilities is highly expected for migrants in a new area. With the advancement of information technology it can answer the need to find a boarding house, and will be very helpful both from the owner and tenant side. And not only that, with this internet technology, prospective tenants can also select a boarding house that suits their wishes. Planning a system that can assist in the determination of temporary housing is needed by tenants in finding housing that fits the desired criteria. With the creation of a DSS (Decision Support System), the selection of boarding houses is expected to help resolve the problem of alternative housing. Therefore a decision support system application program is needed to determine a temporary residence or boarding house. Decision support system is a computer-based system that aims to assist decision making by utilizing data and models to solve unstructured problems.

The dormitory is one of the facilities provided with the aim of helping students to get a place to live because some of them come from distant places. The Trunojoyo Madura University dormitory has regulations that serve as a place for the process of character education, spiritual deepening, moral improvement. With these regulations, plus the boarding house is a conducive, economical, and strategic place to stay making many students interested in being able to live there. The problem is that each semester change is carried out by the selection of dorm residents and so far it is still done manually by way of discussion of each individual. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to help the board by building a decision support system in determining residents who are still eligible to live in a dormitory and provide opportunities for other students to live in a dormitory. We develop systems based on mobile applications. TOPSIS method (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is implemented as a multi criteria decision making method with four main criteria including routine absence, non-routine absence, violation and notes. The final results of this decision support system are ranks and colors that indicate the status of boarding residents. Ranking starts from the top (1) to the bottom (216) accompanied by a status of green to red. The color status is divided into 3 namely green (safe), yellow (vulnerable), and red (issued). From 216 boarders we took 10 samples of dormitory data for testing. The results of trials with 10 data samples by applying the TOPSIS method obtained an accuracy of 90%.

Information needs against boarding houses and the current location are important, to find the location of the boarding houses that fit the desires and confused to its decision because of the many boarding houses that are available. This research will be conducted on the application of the method of a decision support system to select the location of the area's finest boarding houses UIN Suska Riau using a few street names as alternative and criteria that have been tailored to their needs. To help someone chose the location of the boarding houses, then built the expected decision support systems can help a person to choose the location of the boarding houses. The methods used in decision support system is a method of Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) to select or specify the location of the boarding houses the best there is in the region of UIN Suska Riau. From the results of the completion of a method using SMART obtained the rank of 20 alternatives with rank one in the street Mustamindo with a value of utilities 0.64, in the alley of Iman value utilities is 0.63, and so on until the 20th rank. After the implemented decision support system, further Testing is performed by using the user Acceptance Testing results obtained then the average response i.e. 97%, in accordance with the reality of the expected response.
