This study aims to improve the learning activity and psychomotor ability of Vocational High School (SMK) students in Metal Fabrication Technique on oxyacetillin welding study by using Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method according to Curriculum 2013. The research method uses action research research in two cycles, while each cycle consists of four stages: planning, execution, observation, and reflection. Data was collected using observation method with checklist instrument and rating scale while data was analyzed descriptively. The results showed as follows: 1) the application of PBL method on the learning of Oksi Asetilin Laser can increase student learning activity by 11,20%; 2) improvement of learning result of psychomotor aspect after applying Problem Based Learning by 20,20% with psychomotor aspect ability level that is work preparation and use of tool, systematics and work method, work result, work attitude and speed of doing work (time); 3) after the application of PBL the number of students who reached the Minimum Exhaustiveness Criteria (KKM) on the cognitive aspect learning outcome of 91.31%; and 4) Problem Based Learning is aligned with the scientific approach of the Curriculum 2013.

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of cognitive aspects among X grade students of Metal Fabrication Engineering and Manufacturing, Vocational High School (VHS) using Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method. This study used classroom action research, which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages, i.e. planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This study involved one collaborator to assist researchers in implementing PBL and to monitor the learning process. The data collection technique used observation method with checklist and rating scale instrument. The data were analyzed descriptively. The reserach results showed that the implementation of PBL method in ignition system learning improve the students’ learning activities with the percentage of 11.20%, the learning activities, in which 29 students was in very high category and 3 students with high category. Also, the learning outcomes of cognitive aspects getting higher amounted to 5.32% consisting of remembering (86.87%), understanding (77.68%), applying (78.77%), analyzing (79.61%), evaluation (77.97%), and creating (79.16%) respectively. Moreover, the students’ learning outcomes rised of which 29 students (91.31%) achieved above the minimum completeness criteria. ABSTRACT This research aims to evaluate the completeness level of equipments standard of engineering elevtrical power’s installation in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School, which was ruled in the Ministry of Education’s rules No. 1 2019 and The National Standardization Agency of Indonesia No. 1103-P2-18/19 about the Verification Instruments of Vocational High School, The Organizer of Vocational Practice Exam 2018/2019.This is an evaluative research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The evaluative model used was a discrepancy evaluation model, which was developed by M. Provus. The variable in this research is the equipment of electricity power’s installation practice in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School Bekasi. The methods of collecting the data were three types: observation method, documentation, and interviews. The instrument used was collecting the data using observation paper and list of matched documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is rating scale.The result shows that the reaching of equipment of  elecrical power installation practice in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School Bekasi in academic year of 2018/2019  was categorized as complete with the 89,36%. percentages. The completeness was reviewed from the equipments in practice room as complete (88.5%), the equipments of learning media room is complete (100%), the main equipment of practice is complete (93%), and for the main substance of practice room is complete (88.2%),also for the equipment support is compelete (77.1%). ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kelengkapan standar peralatan praktik teknik instalasi tenaga listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi yang diatur dalam Permendiknas No. 1 tahun 2019 dan Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan No. 1103-P2-18/19 mengenai Instrumen Verifikasi SMK Tentang Penyelenggara Ujian Praktik Kejuruan Tahun 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi kesenjangan (discrepancy evaluation model) yang dikembangkan oleh M. Provus. Variabel penelitian ini adalah peralatan praktik teknik instalasi tenaga listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada tiga macam, yaitu metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan daftar cocok dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rating scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian kelengkapan peralatan praktik teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dikategorikan sangat lengkap dengan persentase 89,36%. Kelengkapan di tinjau dari perabotan ruang praktik  yaitu 88.5% (sangat lengkap), media pembelajaran ruang praktik 100% (sangat lengkap), peralatan utama praktik 93% (sangat lengkap), bahan utama ruang praktik 88.2% (sangat lengkap) dan peralatan pendukung ruang praktik 77.1% (lengkap).

Abstrak Penelitian ini berawal dari rendahnya kemampuan Berbicara, pembelajaran menceritakan kembali Fabel yang dibaca/didengar peserta didik kelas VII di SMP N 4 Jambi. Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan keterampilan, motivasi dan membantu peserta didik mengatasi kesulitan dalam bercerita fabel, dengan menggunakan media boneka.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 2 (dua) siklus dengan masing-masing siklus dirancang 4 (empat) kegiatan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, serta refleksi. Data diambil dengan menggunakan instrument lembar pengamatan, data tampilan unjuk kerja atau hasil belajar peserta didik, sikap, dan pengetahuan. Analisis data secara deskriptif dengan teknik persentase. Hasil observasi guru menyatakan aktivitas peserta didik mengalami peningkatan  hasil belajar dari Siklus I , siklus I, dan siklus II, yaitu aspek keterampilan 55,60%, aspek sikap 30,49%, aspek pengetahuan 71,34%. Penggunaan media Boneka meningkatkan keterampilan, motivasi, dan aktivitas belajar peserta didik.   Kata kunci: Media Boneka, Keterampilan Bercerita Fabel Bahasa Indonesia   Abstract This research started from the low ability to speak, The lesson recounts the fable that are read/heard by 7th graders at junior high school 4 Jambi, The purpose of this research is increasing skills, motivation, and helping the learners to overcome difficulties in telling fables by using the puppet medium, This research was conducted with 2 (two) cycles with each cycles was designed 4 (four) activities that is planning, implementation, observation and reflection, Data was taken with using instrument observation sheet, data display performance or learning outcomes of learners, attitude, and knowledge. Analysis of data descriptively with  percentage technique. The result of teacher observation claim the activities of learners have increased learning outcomes from precycle, cycle I, cycle II, that is skill aspect 55,60%, attitude ascpect 30,49%, knowledge aspect 71,34%. The use puppet media enchances motivation skill and learning activity of learners.   Keywords: Puppet media, the skill of telling Indonesian fables

Vocational high school must change student‘s mind set in order to be sure that they become entrepreneurs who will be better and nobler than become employees. This research aimed to determine the effect of teacher’s ability in practicing the method of Authentic Problem Based Learning (APBL) and student’s attitude to the development of entrepreneurship spirit based on the result of data processing that was obtained that teacher‘s ability in practicing the method of APBL significantly influenced the development of student’s entrepreneurship spirit with coefficient as big as 0.366. Student‘s attitude influenced to the development of entrepreneurship spirit, with the coefficient as big as 0.179. R2 as big as 0.208 it meant that the development of student’s entrepreneurship spirit could be explained by teacher’s ability variable in practicing the method of APBL and student’s attitude as big as 20.8% whereas the rest was influenced by another variable which was not entered in this research.

The goal of this investigation to implement a problem-based learning model as an effort to improve student learning activities and outcomes. This model of research is a classroom action research divided into two cycles. The study conducted at High School 1 Piyungan class X MIPA 1 totaling 35 students consisting of 15 male and 20 female, the topic used the momentum and impulse of semester 2. The research instrument is observation sheet, achievement test, and questionnaire. The results of the analysis learning model with problem-based learning can increase the activity of studying physics class X MIPA1. Improved physics learning activities of class X MIPA 1 students at High School 1 Piyungan with problem-based learning for the academic year 2018/2019 from the first cycle at the first meeting and the second meeting increased from 84.75% to 91.11% which was 6.36In the second cycle there was an increase from 85.28% to 91.85%, an increase of 6, 57%.

This study aims to improve students' learning activeness and cognitive-learning outcomes using Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on the 2013 Curriculum. The research was a two-cycle action research, conducted in an oxygen-acetylene welding (OAW) practice of SMK Teknik Fabrikasi Logam. There were four stages in each cycle, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected by means of observations using checklists and rating-scale instruments and were analyzed descriptively. The result of PBL implementation show that: (1) students’ activeness is improved by 11.20%; (2) students’ cognitive-learning outcomes is improved by 5.32%. The cognitive outcomes improvement can be broken down into memorization (86.97%), comprehension (77.68%), application (78.77%), analysis (79.61%), evaluation (77.97%) and synthesis (79.16%); (3) the percentages of students who passed the minimum mastery criteria on the cognitive aspects is 91.31%; and (4) PBL is in line with the scientific approach of the 2013 CurriculumPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran dan kemampuan hasil belajar kognitif siswa SMK Teknik Fabrikasi Logam pada pembelajaran las oksi-asetillin dengan menggunakan metode Problem-Based Learning (PBL) sesuai Kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dengan instrumen checklist dan rating scale. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penerapan metode PBL pada pembelajaran Las Oksi Asetilin dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran siswa sebesar 11,20%; 2) peningkatan hasil belajar aspek kognitif setelah menerapkan metode PBL adalah sebesar 5,32% dengan tingkat capaian kemampuan aspek kognitif sebagai berikut: mengingat 86,87%; memahami 77,68%; menerapkan 78,77%; menganalisa 79,61%; menilai 77,97%; dan mencipta 79,16%; 3) siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal pada hasil belajar aspek kognitif setelah menerapkan metode PBL sebesar 91,31%; dan 4) Metode PBL selaras dengan pendekatan saintifik pada Kurikulum 2013.
