ABSTRACT   The purpose of this research is to measure direct and indirect influence of transformational leadership, interpersonal communication, and organizational commitment for public service quality in BNP2TKI. This study used survey method, and included in quantitative research. Sample is calculated using Slovin method, is set minimum sample for 140 people, taken by systematic random sampling. Method of data collection by dissemination research instrumens to selected respondents. Method of data analysis using path analysis. The result of the research shows that there are positive direct influence of transformational leadership, interpersonal communication and organizational commitment toward the quality of public service in BNP2TKI. Transformational leadership and interpersonal communication has the positive direct influence for organizational commitment. Transformational leadership has the positive direct influence for interpersonal communication. Transformational leadership has the biggest direct influence for the quality of public service of BNP2TKI.  Keywords: The Quality of Public Service, Transformational Leadership, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Commitment.

<p>The success of a government intention is to the satisfaction of the community about the service provided by the intense, the quality of service, satisfaction, and validity are important aspects that must be considered so that government institutions can be considered successful in serving the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction and visitor loyalty and the influence of visitor satisfaction on visitor loyalty and the influence of service quality on visitor loyalty through visitor satisfaction. From this background this research was carried out with the title "The Effect of Service Quality on Visitor Loyalty Through Visitor Satisfaction. (Study at Banyuwangi Public Service Mall, East Java) ".</p><p>This study uses a quantitative approach, the sample in this study was 181 respondents. Data collection with questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS).</p><p>From the results of the study showed that there is a direct effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction and visitor loyalty, there is a direct influence of visitor satisfaction on visitor loyalty and there is an indirect effect of service quality on visitor loyalty through visitor satisfaction at the Banyuwangi public service mall.</p><p>Keywords: <em>Service Quality, Visitor Satisfaction, Visitor Loyalty</em></p>

The objective of this research was to understand the effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) and organizational culture on productivity. It was a quantitative research was conducted ten schools located in Jakarta Centre.The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 153 teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way.The result of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on productivity. (2). There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on productivity, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on organizational culture.

This study discusses the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. The data used in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire that had been distributed to customers of the BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. This quantitative research was conducted with a survey method with purposive samplin technique. The variables used in this study are independent variables that include service quality and product quality, and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and product quality can affected customer loyalty at the bank branch office in Sidoarjo.

This study aims to determine the effect of hospital image and service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital. The research method used in this research is descriptive method, and by testing the hypothesis. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, technical competencies and self-efficacy on the employee performance.</em> <em>This study conducted a survey of 70 respondents from the population of 185 employees in PT Wahana Optima Permai (PT WOP, a subsidiary of Bank Mandiri Pension Fund Four-DPBME) Head-Office, and Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya branches. The selected respondents are employees of the business and support units associated with the leasing and management of office buildings. This research used a quantitative survey associative and a path analysis method. The results of this study indicated that transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy was significantly positive direct influence on employee performance. In order to improve the quality of employee performance, PT WOP should improve the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and self-efficacy employees. As a conclusion, that any change in the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy will direct affect employee performance.</em></p>

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction Khai Khai Thai Tea Malang. The population numbered 310 customers and fulfilled the criteria of the research sample (accindental sampling). The research method uses a survey method with a quantitative research approach with a sample of 75 respondents, the analytical tool used is SPSS 20. This study concludes that there is a simultaneous influence of the dimensions of service quality dimensions on consumer satisfaction Khai Khai Thai Tea Malang. Partially the dimension of service quality dimensions, namely responsibility and empathy, influences, but not significantly to the variable of customer satisfaction, Khai Khai Thai Tea, the center of Malang City. While tangibles, reliability and assurance variables have a significant effect on the quality of Khai Khai Thai Tea services in Malang.

The objective of this research is to find out the effect organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior towards service quality at Universitas Kristen Indonesia. The research method used was a quantitative method wiht using path analysed design.  In collecting the data, 71 employees were chosen from 243 employees randomly to be the sample of this research. The data of the this research were obtained by distrubuting questiinnaires and analyzed them using path analysis. The result shows that there exists a positive direct effect of (1) organizational commitment towards service quality, (2) organizational citizenship behavior towards service quality, and (3) organizational commitment towards organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, as the conclussion to this research, to improve the service quality of the employee at Universitas Kristen Indonesia, the organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior should be improved.

The objective of this reseach was to understand comprehensively the effect of Interpersonal Communication, Self-Engagement and Organizational Commitment toward the Employee Performance. It was a quantitative research with survey method in the communication and information ministery in Jakarta 2016.             The data were colected through observation. The data analysis and interpretasion indicates that (1) the effect Interpersonal Communication toward the Employee Performance; (2) the effect Self-Engagement toward the Employee Performance; (3) the effect Organizational Commitment toward the Employee Performance; (4) the effect Interpersonal Communication toward the Employee Organizational Commitment; (5) the effect Self-Engagement toward the Employee Organizational Commitment; (5) the effect Interpersonal Communication toward the Employee Self-Engagement.             The findings lead to the recomendation to practice effectively Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment and Self-Engagement, with Interpersonal Communication. Interpersonal Communication practice by (1) communication opens, (2) empaty, (3) supporting, (4) positif thingking and (5) equality.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of transformational leadership and trust toward organizational commitment teachers at state high school in the city of depok. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 256 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 156 teacher using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the result of data analysis in the research it is conclude: First, transformational leadership have positive direct to organizational commitment. Second, trust  have positive direct to organizational commitment, and third, transformational leadership have positive direct to trust. Organizational commitment can be improve through improvement of transformational leadership and trust.
