The purpose of this research is to analyze the water management system at Raden Dewi Sartika Building and provide recommendation in water management in accordance with the existing conditions of the building as an effort of water utilization based on greenship GBCI criteria. Data collecting was conducted by observing the condition of existing water management system in buildings and water. Water demand analysis based on number of building occupants calculated based on the national standard. The analyze of water management on this building using greenship rating tools as the standar. The results of water management research on the building Raden Dewi Sartika get the amount of water requirement of 148,128 liters /day with the amount of waste grey water that can be reprocessed to meet the needs of flushing on the building by 31.8% of the amount of water a day. With greenship, Raden Dewi Sartika Building has fulfilled the benchmarks in the category of recycled water and potable water. But at the potable water category, its processing system was inactive and sub meter water for control water usage was not plugged in. Overall the water management on the building already reach 25% based on the assestment by using greenship

The research paper proposes an effective solution to the critical problem of management of water resources. With the growing awareness of the need for water conservation, the world is gearing to accommodate and implement latest technology for the optimum utilisation of the drying up reservoirs. This paper aims at developing a cost effective, portable and ready to plug mechanism labelled as “Innovative Smart Water Management System Using Artificial Intelligence” which shall monitor the proportion of water usage per household and keep a tracking on metric usage on the water usage on a weekly, monthly or a yearly basis. The data generated will be established and collected in the Firebase server.  Based on the collected data, it shall also make predictions on the usage and hence allocate resources in a controlled fashion as per requirement. Later the data will be modelled in Time Series fashion to generate real time prediction of water consumption for the household respectively. The water consumer can track the usage by a custom-made android application on MIT App Inventor. Extensive, detailed instructions have been provided on the initial setup procedure and installation. The water monitoring module is used on a daily basis and a tab is kept on the amount of water spilled. This will keep a check on the casual approach of people towards water. It will also encourage a more systematic method to handle water resources and hence would result in better conservation efforts

Kata kunci: irigasi, strategi petani, mitra caiABSTRACTThe availability and access to water is very vital to agriculture. However, both of these are oftenunpredictable in some parts of Indonesia, especially in locations which has ‘bowl’ geographicalcharacteristic such as Ciparay District, Bandung Regency, West Java. This is due to lack ofinfrastructure and water management system. During the drought, the water is so scarce whileduring rainy season, the water overflows. This condition poses threats to surrounding farmlands. Therefore, a proper water management system is needed. This paper aims to identify how dofarmers in Mekarsari Village, Ciparay work together in assuring the availability and their access towater. The study was a qualitative study which was designed to provide in-depth information inorder to describe the phenomenon. The results show that there is a self-organized organization, which was formed by farmers to arrange the water usage in the region. The farmers are bound tomitra cai organization, organizing themselves to do nganir cai (looking for water sources) anddistribute the water. Aside of that, the farmers also enhance collegial relationships in the process, reducing the risks of social dispute. Keywords: irrigation, farmers’ strategy, mitra cai

AbstractThe southern Lowland Maya hilltop center of Kinal is shown to be a human-modified watershed. The broad paved surfaces of the elevated central precinct acted as runoff-catchment areas directing precipitation into gravity-fed channels and reservoirs. In a geographical zone affected by an extended dry season and away from permanent water sources, Kinal demonstrates the components of a rainfall-dependent water-management system characteristic of other large sites in the region.
