In accordance with the agency theory that management is responsible to the owner, so he will try to keep the performance of financial statements is always good and will act opportunistically to manage earnings if the performance of financial statements shows a decline. Therefore, the role of the board of director and audit committee is needed to protect the interests of the owner and manager. This study aims to investigate the effect of board of directors size, audit committee activities and the size of the audit committee on earnings management. This study uses a quantitative approach using secondary data from 322 samples of companies in the manufacturing sector during the period 2015-2017. The data collected was tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This study produces findings that the size of the board directors have an insignificant negative effect on earnings management, the activities of the audit committee have a significant negative effect on earnings management and the size of the audit committee have an insignificant positive effect on earnings management. This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Earnings Management to Related Party Transaction Disclosure. This type of research is quantitative reseacrh using secondary data of financial statements from manufacturing sector companies during 2016 to 2018 obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique that used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the Audit Committee, Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and Profit Management were able to influence the disclosure of related party transactions by 13%, while the remaining 87% were influenced by other variables outside this study. Partially, institutional ownership and managerial ownership significantly influence the disclosure of related party transactions. While the audit committee, independent commissioners and earnings management do not affect the disclosure of related party transactions.

This research was conducted to see the effect of tax planning and company size on earnings management (Empirical Study on Company MAnufacturing Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange). The factors tested in this study are tax planning and company size as independent variables and earnings management as the dependent variable.                This type of research is descriptive method of analysis and type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2017. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique, so that obtained the number of samples of 21 companies with the final data amounted to 63 financial statements. Sources of data in this study are secondary data downloaded through www.idx.co.id and corporate website each in the form of annual financial statements of the company for 3 years in the period 2015 to 2017. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.                 The results of this study indicate that simultaneously tax planning and the size of the company have a significant influence on the earings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock sExchange for the 2015-2017 period.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengungkapan Sosial, Diversifikasi Perusahaan dan Kompensasi Bonus baik secara bersama sama (Simultan) maupun individu (Parsial) terhadap terhadap Manajemen Laba pada perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2014. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan Laporan Tahunan perusahaan dalam Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Populasi dalam peneltian ini yaitu perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2012– 2014 yaitu sebanyak 141 tiap tahunnya dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 33 perusahaan tiap tahunnya. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda guna menguji hipotesis yang ada dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 16. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Manajemen LabaThis study aims to determine the effect of Social Disclosure, Corporate Diversification and Compensation Bonuses both together (simultaneous) or individually (Partial) against the Earnings Management in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from the financial statements and the Annual Report of companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2012-2014 as many as 141 each year with sampling purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 33 companies each year. Methods of data analysis used in this study were using multiple linear regression analysis to test hypotheses using SPSS version 16. The results showed that not all independent variables used in this study had a significant influence on Earnings Management.

This research aims to examine the influence of auditor quality and good corporate governance on earnings management in a public company in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this study was collected by using a non-probability sampling method consisting of 153 observations. To analyze the data, a multiple linear regression analysis was employed. The results showed that auditor quality, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioner, and audit committee have no significant influences on earnings management. Therefore, further studies need to seek other variables to improve the regression model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari kualitas auditor dan good corporate governance terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan publik sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling yang terdiri dari 153 pengamatan. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas auditor, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, komisaris independen dan komite audit tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap manajemen laba. Oleh karena itu, untuk penelitian selanjutnya perlu mencari variabel lain untuk memperbaiki model regresi tersebut.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, company size, independent board of commissioners and audit committee on financial perfomance. The data used in this study are secondary data ini the form of financial statements. The population in this study is LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Samples were selected from the purposive sampling method and 27 samples were obtained based on several criteria. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis shows that leverage, liquidity, independent commissioner influence of the financial perfomance.While the company size and audit committee has no effect on the financial perfomance. Simultaneously leverage, liquidity,company size, independent commissioner and audit committee were able to explain the dependent variable that is the financial perfomance by 54.3% and the rest was influenced by other variables. This research can be used by companies to increase the financial perfomance of the company.

This study is aiming to determine the effect of mudharabah financing on the profitability (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period, the effect of musyarakah financing on the profitability (ROA) on Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period, and the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on the profitability (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. This research is a type of associative research with a quantitative approach. This study  uses secondary data with the period of 2015-2018 observation. The data used is sourced from the Sharia Banking (SPS) and the Sharia Bank's annual financial statements from 2015 to 2018. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed using SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that mudharabah financing has a significant positive effect on the profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. Musyarakah financing has a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. Mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing have a positive significant effect on the profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period.

This research aims to analyze the influence of company performance elements, auditor reputation and repeat audit on audit duration. The length of the audit is measured from the closing date of the financial year to the date the audit report was issued. The data used in this study are secondary data and sample selection using a purposive sampling method which consists of 320 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and publishes financial statements consistently in the 2014-2018 period. The method of analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the estimation results used it can be seen that only the auditor's reputation variable has no significant effect on the length of the audit, while the other variables are proven to have significant influence as follows: (i) Profitability has a significant negative effect on the length of the audit, (ii) Solvency has a positive influence and significant to the length of the audit, (iii) the size of the company has a negative and significant effect on the length of the audit, (iv) repeat audit has a negative and significant effect on the length of the audit.

This study aims to examine the effect of audit committee independence, audit committee expertise, frequency of audit committee meetings, and the size of the audit committee on audit report lag. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017. The research sample was determined using the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 87 companies. The data used is secondary data from the company's annual report. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the size of the audit committee had a negative effect on audit report lag, while the independence of the audit committee, audit committee expertise, and frequency of audit committee meetings did not affect on audit report lag.

<em>Bond ratings are a scale of risk of all bonds traded, which indicates how safe a bond is. The security of a bond is indicated by its ability to pay interest and repay the loan principal. The purpose of this study is to find out empirical evidence that good corporate governance has an effect on bond ratings. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study are non-financial companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. After subtraction with several criteria, as many as 20 companies were set as the sample. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and audit committee have a significant effect on bond ratings. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners has no significant effect on bond ratings</em>

The company wants an optimal profit for the business being run. This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio (CR) on return on equity (ROE), the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) on return on equity (ROE), and to determine the effect of current ratio (CR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) simultaneously on return on equity (ROE) at PT Aneka Tambang, Tbk in the period 2010 - 2017. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data used are secondary data in the form of PT Aneka Tambang, Tbk's financial statements for the period 2010-2017. The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with t-test and F test using SPSS version 20.0. The results showed no significant effect of the current ratio (CR) on return on equity (ROE), there was no significant effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) on return on equity (ROE), and there was no significant effect between the current ratio (CR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) together against return on equity (ROE). Current ratio (CR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) have a very strong relationship to return on equity (ROE). The contribution rate of the variable current ratio (CR) and the debt to equity ratio (DER) to return on equity (ROE) is 61.9%.
