Malaysia has been supported by one of the high-speed fiber internet connections called TM UniFi. TM UniFi is very familiar to be used as a medium to apply Small Office Home Office (SOHO) concept due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Most of the communication vendors offer varieties of network services to fulfill customers' needs and satisfaction during the pandemic. Quality of Services is queried by most users by the fact of increased on users from time to time. Therefore, it is crucial to know the network performance contrary to the number of devices connected to the TM UniFi network. The main objective of this research is to analyze TM UniFi performance with the impact of multiple device connections or users' services. The study was conducted to analyze the QoS on its traffic, packets transfer, RTT, latency, and throughput. Wireshark simulation program has been used as a network traffic capture where PCAP files have been analyzed by using PCAP Analyzer for Splunk. Traffic filtering has been enabled to capture selected traffic to measure network performance. The result shows that better network performance can be achieved if a smaller number of devices are connected at the same time.  The percentage of packet loss, RTT, latency is increased when more users connected at the same time. The throughput also shows a decrease for multi-device connections. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that TM UniFi still can provide good network services for the SOHO network environment and sufficient bandwidth despite the rapid user growth in Malaysia.

As a major health referral centre, the hospital demanded to provide comprehensive services provided by a multi-disciplinary team according to the needs of patient. In the expansion of a growing number of hospitals in Yogyakarta especially Sleman area where retreat acquire customers even more stringent, it is necessary to increase the quality of services. There are five determinants of service quality namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Collecting data is done by observation and distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents, and Importance-Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index are used to determine satisfaction level of outpatients. As a results, six out of twenty attributes need improvement, namely: a) The condition of the hospital is clean, comfortable and tidy; b) Guidance and information boards poly is easy to see and read; c) The ease and accuracy of obtaining information for patients (referrals, lab results, etc.); d) The hospital staff has a quick response to the needs of patients; e) Attention physicians in managing patients and willingness to provide a particular time for consultation; and f) The prescribed medication is suitable and safe. It is known that the value of CSI by 76% means the service is not satisfied the patient.

Makalah ini membahas desain layanan jaringan komunikasi VoIP Server menggunakan Raspberry Pi sebagai alat komunikasi wireless. VoIP server berbasis Raspberry Pi menggunakan sistem operasi RasPBX. Di dalam sistem operasi RasPBX sudah ada software asterisk yang berfungsi sebagai softswicth. Client VoIP menggunakan zoiper sebagai softphone. Alat ini dilengkapi dengan fitur GSM gateway yaitu fitur yang dapat menghubungkan jaringan VoIP ke jaringan GSM. Fitur GSM gateway ini menggunakan modem GSM sebagai jembatan yang menghubungkan jaringan VoIP dengan jaringan GSM. Persentase keberhasilan panggilan VoIP ke VoIP, VoIP ke GSM, dan GSM ke VoIP mencapai 100%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Quality of services (QoS) pada panggilan VoIP ke GSM, dihasilkan rata-rata delay sebesar 12,11 ms yang termasuk dalam kategori kualitas baik, Troughput sebesar 0,151, jitter sebesar 0,052 ms yang termasuk dalam kategori kualitas baik, dan packet loss sebesar 0% yang termasuk dalam kategori kualitas sangat baik. Jangkauan maksimal antara client VoIP ke server agar komunikasi berjalan dengan baik adalah 100 meter dalam kondisi Line Of Sight (LOS). Pengujian dengan jarak 25 m dalam kondisi Non Line Of Sight (NLOS), masih menghasilkan komunikasi yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian kuisioner dari 30 pengguna, dihasilkan nilai MOS 3,88 yang termasuk dalam kategori kualitas cukup baik.

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of services provided by the bank in serving kepusan customers using 5 dimensions of assurance, reliability, tangibility, empathy, and responsiveness, so from that dimension is unknown dimension into the client's preferences into consideration the quality of services by banks in Surakarta. The method used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) doped with Miscrosoft software Excel for Windows and SPSS for windows. Questionnaires distributed amounted to 90 respondents with a sampling with accidental sampling method. The results of data processing by using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) obtained an average rate of 95.21% suitability. Furthermore, for the assessment of the quadrant where the priority that should be corrected is related  Equanimity  customers  and  Ease  of  providing  services.  However  the  overall  services provided  by the  bank  are  quite  satisfied  because  of  the  20  attributes,  only  the  second  to  be prioritized. It was also evident from the results of the methods CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) indicates the level of customer satisfaction by 80.80%. The value is in the range from 66 to 80.99%, so overall customers are satisfied with the performance of the services provided by the bank in Surakarta.

Teknologi <em>Wireless</em> LAN difungsikan untuk memfasilitasi kemudahan untuk koneksi jaringan, tidak lain termasuk jaringan internet. Manajemen <em>bandwidth</em> merupakan mengalokasikan suatu <em>bandwidth</em> yang berfungsi untuk mendukung kebutuhan atau keperluan suatu jaringan internet agar memberikan jaminan kualitas layanan suatu jaringan QoS (<em>Quality of Services</em>). Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas layanan dan kinerja jaringan <em>Wireless</em> LAN (WLAN), serta mengoptimalkan pembagian <em>bandwidth</em> secara merata ke sejumlah <em>client</em> yang aktif. Metode penelitian ini adalah penerapan <em>Quality </em><em>of Service</em> (QoS) yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas <em>b</em><em>andwidth</em> internet yang berjalan pada Wireless LAN dengan parameter <em>download</em>, <em>upload</em>, <em>throughput</em>, <em>delay</em>, <em>jitter</em>, dan <em>packet loss</em><em> </em>dan manajemen <em>bandwidth</em> dengan PCQ (<em>Per Connection Queue</em>). Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada rentang waktu 08.00 s/d 16.00 WIB quota IP Address dinamis habis, sehingga tidak dapat mengkoneksikan ke hotspot PNM-MHS. Menunjukkan rata-rata nilai sebelum dilakukan manajemen <em>bandwidth </em>metode PCQ pada <em>throughput</em> adalah 374,98 Kbps, nilai <em>delay</em> adalah 40,16 ms dengan kategori latensi “Sangat Bagus”, nilai <em>jitter</em> adalah 99,43 ms dengan kategori degradasi “Sedang”, nilai <em>packet loss</em> adalah 23,94 % dengan kategori degredasi “Sedang”. Sedangkan setelah melakukan manajemen <em>bandwidth </em>nilai <em>throughput</em> adalah 362,56 Kbps, nilai <em>delay</em> adalah 29,84 ms dengan kategori latensi “Sangat Bagus”, nilai <em>jitter</em> adalah 55,53 ms dengan kategori degradasi “Bagus”, nilai <em>packet loss</em> adalah 14,29 % dengan kategori degredasi “Bagus”. Manajemen <em>bandwidth </em>metode PCQ bekerja dengan sebuah algoritma yang akan membagi <em>bandwidth</em> secara merata ke sejumlah client yang aktif. PCQ ideal diterapkan apabila dalam pengaturan <em>bandwidth</em> kesulitan dalam penentuan <em>bandwidth</em> per client.

Abstract In the use of internet networks that are general in nature need to implement an appropriate network configuration to maximize the use of internet connections provided by service providers. This is important for the optimal use of internet services and in accordance with utilities that are basically general and shared can be achieved. Per Connection Classifier is a load balancing method for distributing traffic loads to more than one network connection point in a balanced way, so that traffic can run optimally. This research focuses on network configuration methods to maximize internet usage for all users. Quality of Service is used to see the performance of network traffic which is indicated by the value of the parameter delay, throughput, and packet loss. Based on the results of testing and research that have been carried out before and after using load balancing per connection clasifier, the delay value is decreased from 180.26 ms to 148.36 ms and throughput increased from 1.76% to 2.03%, then packet loss decreased from 25.37% to 18.59% according to the TIPHON standard.   Over the last decade, wireless devices have developed rapidly until predictions will develop with high complexity and dynamic. So that new capabilities are needed for wireless problems in this problem. Software Defined Network (SDN) is generally a wire-based network, but to meet the needs of users in terms of its implementation, it has begun to introduce a Wireless-based SDN called Software Defined Wireless Network (SDWN) which provides good service quality and reach and higher tools, so as to be able to provide new capabilities to wireless in a high complexity and very dynamic. When SDN is implemented in a wireless network it will require a routing solution that chooses paths due to network complexity. In this paper, SDWN is tested by being applied to mesh topologies of 4,6 and 8 access points (AP) because this topology is very often used in wireless-based networks. To improve network performance, Dijkstra's algorithm is added with the user mobility scheme used is RandomDirection. The Dijkstra algorithm was chosen because it is very effective compared to other algorithms. The performance measured in this study is Quality of Service (QoS), which is a parameter that indicates the quality of data packets in a network. The measurement results obtained show that the QoS value in this study meets the parameters considered by the ITU-T G1010 with a delay value of 1.3 ms for data services and packet loss below 0.1%. When compared with the ITU-T standard, the delay and packet loss fall into the very good category.

With the increasingly demand for reliable mobile communication service in the high-speed railway (HSR) system, the service stability of HSR communication is of great concern in recent research. Focusing on ensuring the quality of services (QoS) and system throughput, massive multi-input multi-output (massive MIMO) and beamforming technologies have been widely applied. In this paper, aiming to minimize the communication outage probability (OP) and not to decrease spectrum efficiency (SE) too much, we propose a fast HBF (F-HBF) scheme for HSR communications. The proposed scheme uses a low-complexity beam-searching algorithm to trace high-speed trains in real time. The simulation results verify that the proposed scheme can significantly reduce OP without too much SE degradation.
