Due to advances in mobile device and wireless networking technologies, it has already been possible to transfer agent technology into mobile computing environments. In this paper, we introduce the Linked Data Aware Agent Development Framework for Mobile Devices (LDAF-M), which is an agent development framework that supports the development of linked data aware agents that run on mobile devices. Linked data, which is the realization of the semantic web vision, refers to a set of best practices for publishing, interconnecting and consuming structured data on the web. An agent developed using LDAF-M has the ability to obtain data from the linked data environment and internalize the gathered data as its beliefs in its belief base. Besides linked data support, LDAF-M has also other prominent features which are its peer-to-peer based communication infrastructure, compliancy with Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agents (FIPA) standards and support for the Belief Desire Intention (BDI) model of agency in mobile device agents. To demonstrate use of LDAF-M, an agent based auction application has been developed as a case study. On the other hand, LDAF-M can be used in any scenario where systems consisting of agents in mobile devices are to be developed. There is a close relationship between agents and linked data, since agents are considered as the autonomous computing entities that will process data in the linked data environment. However, not much work has been conducted on connecting these two related technologies. LDAF-M aims to contribute to the establishment of the connections between agents and the linked data environment by introducing a framework for developing linked data aware agents.

The article is based on the results of analysis of educational subjects for bachelors of the 1st, 2nd, and 3d years of education in the socio-adapted system of remote training for various management and economic specialization profiles. According to the conducted study, the course units have been determined for which remote training and controlled assessment are justified, the results of electronic testing of students have been summarized, the dynamics of the results has been revealed, the directions of enhancement of testing and testing material development technologies have been shown, the socio-adapted types of test questions have been highlighted, and examples of typical test questions have been provided, recommendations on the method of presentation of educational material have been formulated.

The concept of development has evolved over the past two centuries. The main idea of economic development expanded from economic growth to poverty alleviation, sustainable development, human development, Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Preliminary findings show that these concepts are mainly focused on the physical and material development, ignoring social development which is very fundamental to development. In recent years, the literatures have begun to emphasise that social development is an important dimension of development and its importance was confirmed globally after introducing SDGs. However, the findings in these works remain inconsistent to what constitutes social development, they lack consensus and clear definition of social development, they focus on the physical dimension of social development and, they emphasise on the physical dimension of social development frameworks. This study aims critically to examine the shortcomings and limitations of existing social development, along with its features, definitions and dimensions. The study also attempts to identify the shortcomings of social development frameworks, and to recommend the direction towards developing social development framework, which will be more comprehensive in nature. The paper employs meta-analysis and content analysis methods through the review and analysis of related literature on development, especially social development.
