With the increase in awareness about the wide range of issues and adverse effects associated with the use of conventional energy sources came an increase in project management research related to sustainability and sustainable development. Part of that research is devoted to the development of sustainable project typologies that classify projects based on a variety of external factors that can significantly impact these projects. This research focuses on developing a sustainable project typology that classifies sustainable projects based on the external institutional influences. The typology explores the influence of the coercive, normative, and mimetic institutional isomorphisms on the expected level of change, level of uncertainty, project team skills and experience levels, and the level of technology information exchange in sustainable projects. Two case studies are presented to demonstrate the use of the typology to classify sustainable projects based on the external institutional influences.

This study seeks to examine the changes in leadership style in four state-owned commercial banks in Vietnam of Vietcombank, Vietinbank, BIDV and Agribank before and after Vietnam joins the WTO, from 2007 to 2015. The study used OCAI culture diagnostic models to assess four different leadership styles using questionnaires and multivariate analysis techniques (paired t test, t test, ANOVA). The research result from 1056 employees in Vietnamese banks shows that there is a shift in the leadership style between two periods before and after Vietnam joins the WTO. The study also shows a significant difference in the change level of the leadership style between banks that have increased competitive and creative factors. This conversion trend is strongly increasing as Vietnam is about to participate in the TPP.

Climate change is a serious issue that not only affects Malaysia but also worldwide. Previous studies found that climate literacy may have a significant relationship with climate response while the level of education does not affect climate literacy. Thus, this study was conducted to gauge the level of climate literacy as well as their responses for Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) students. A mobile climate application named SmaCli is proposed at the end of this study to address the issue of negative response towards climate change. The featuresof SmaCli are based on responses solicited from the questionnaire and the aim is to enhance climate literacy and encourage positive responses. However, for this paper, the prototype of the application is not included. A total of 196 responses were collected which consists of postgraduate and undergraduate students. The study found that 66% of the respondents have high literacy on climate change, level of education has no significant relationship with climate literacy level, mitigation act (climate response) showed a significant relationship with climate literacy level, and adaptation act (climate response) has no significant relationship with climate literacy. Hence, a concerted effort is still needed to improve climate literacy levels to ensure a positive climate response.

ABSTRACTOn January 1, 1978, a new Long Term Care Program was introduced in British Columbia. Five levels of care are offered, any one of which may be provided at home or in a facility. This paper presents data from a longitudinal study of Program clients (N = 3516) in two health unit areas, one urban, one semi-rural. The period of analysis is five years from admission. By the end of the five years, 40.2 percent of clients had died; 35.0 percent were still in the Program; 24.7 percent had been discharged alive and were still alive. This paper focuses on the decedents. It was established that approximately half of the males and half of those aged 75 or over at admission were deceased within five years of admission. Regardless of level of care at admission, at least one-third had died in the five year period. More than one-third of decedents did not change level or location of service prior to death. While these data may assist care providers in identifying high risk clients, probably the most provocative finding was the similarity in the proportion and pattern of deaths among new clients admitted to care at home and those admitted to facility.
