Comprehensively improving the quality of education in resource-poor areas is an urgent challenge to achieve balanced development of basic education in China. In the process of educational development in resource-lacking areas, information technology has: (1) changed the traditional teaching mode and teaching environment, (2) provided high-quality educational resources, (3) promoted the professional development of teachers, and (4) promoted the overall improvement of education quality. Southwestern Guizhou Prefecture in Guizhou Province, China, has become a typical case in using information technology to promote education quality improvement in areas with scarce educational resources. This article explores educational information technology in the region as an example to discuss how to grasp the regional characteristics and local needs in the layout of information technology, integrate information technology into teaching practice, and steadily improve the overall teaching quality of the region.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

This study is inspired by the limited educational resources in sports education, especially those that discuss the role of leadership in improving the quality of education and training of athletes in achieving the quality of human resources in the form of improving performance in sport. Through this research, it is hoped that a pedagogical resource can be used as a model, that improving the achievements of the young generation in the field of sport is not enough with the education and training of athletes, but strong leadership is needed by the Regional Head of Kediri, East Java, Indonesia, and the Indonesian National Sports Committee of Kediri City is the parent of the research. This method of research is qualitative. Data was collected using in-depth interviewing and participatory observation techniques. The results showed that the role of leadership in the education and training of athletes plays a very important role in improving the performance of sport in the area. Its form may be in the form of a leader's decision on the allocation of funds, monitoring, motivation and maximum moral support.

Augmented Reality, as one of the advanced technologies, in-creases the range of applications in various spheres of life every year. The evo-lution of the development and application of augmented reality in various spheres has shown its effectiveness also for the sphere of education. The analysis of varied studies shows the expanding penetration of augmented reality in education, while noting the positive impact of augmented reality on the quality of education. However, the didactic approach to the application of augmented reality in education has not yet been sufficiently studied. The article considers the use of digital educational resources with augmented reality as a didactic teaching tool. In addition, a system of didactic principles for learning using augmented reality is proposed.

To improve the quality of education, one of the things that must be addressed is the educational resources. Where including education resources are energy, funds, facilities and infrastructure. One of the most influential is the teacher. Where the teacher is the determinant of educational success through its performance. So as to improve the quality of education the most important things that mus be improved are teacher and other education personal so they can become profetionals.Improvement of teacher resources can be carried out with the help of supervisors, namely people or agencies that carry out supervision of teachers. So that this article was created with the aim of knowing what education supervision. This article is created by collecting data from various literature such as books, journals, notes and papers related to educational supervision. From this article, we know that educational supervision is a coaching activity planned to help teacher and other school employees to do work effectively.

New approaches, methods, and programmes are being developed.  There is an increased need to introduce innovative technologies that are designed to gain new knowledge, accelerate the process of obtaining knowledge, improve the quality of education, and increase the motivation of children. The development of speech, which includes the ability to clearly pronounce sounds and distinguish them, to control the articulation apparatus, to correctly form a sentence, is one of the most urgent tasks that speech therapists at pre–school institutions should solve.

Information technology today is very much needed by every society, especially during the current pandemic. The development of information technology which is increasingly rapid in the current era of globalization cannot be avoided anymore its impact on the world of education. Global demands call upon the world of education to always and constantly adapt technological developments to the steps in improving the quality of education, especially adjusting its use for the world of education, especially in the learning process. There are many learning media technologies in the form of platforms that are used in every educational institution, at the school level to streamline the learning process carried out, such as classrooms, google forms, quizizz and zoom. PLSP Group of the Indonesian Education University, Purwakarta Campus, endeavors to solve problems through extension programs and instructional media training for teachers. The goal is that the skills of teachers in making teaching materials using learning media based on information technology and the internet can be improved.

This report aims to present the integration of electronic educational resources into pre-school education by applying a convenient electronic form (e-book) for remote pedagogical interaction with children and parents. The introduction of modern educational methods and technologies enriches the learning content and increases the quality of education. The main concept on which the report is based is pedagogical interaction through interactive forms of training to build skills for cooperation between teachers and parents. Thus, the activities in the group create an aspiration for teachers to improve their competencies. By adapting these resources, opportunities are presented for provoking the child’s interest in an unconventional and emotional form of educational and educational activities in the third preparatory group „Smile“ for the expansion of competences in preschool.
